Me and my family went on a trip to france before my daughter in year 8 would've went and they constantly knocked on the hotel door saying that we were getting complaints from other people because i am "scaring them" just because im black.They refused to serve me anything as they kept on saying "we dont serve fried chicken" in a broken english accent.There was also skid marks in the toilet of my hotel room!!!All together racially motivated service.

The superb breakfasts compensated for the fact that the room needed many minor repairs - it seemed unloved (and probably not thoroughly checked by managements). Hotel is easy to locate.

We had stayed here some years ago and were not disappointed. Again the hotel lived up to expectations; it is very clean and comfortable and the rooms are a good size for a budget hotel! There are a number of amenities close by, so a really good place to stop overnight if you have come by Le Shuttle, about 1 hours drive from the shuttle at Calais! Highly recommended!!
