Unfortunately the check in and the the check out takes more than 15 minutes with three staff engaged and only one or two infront. Very slow handling by the staff. The rooms are small but we know that and they are clean, this is really positive, but we had children to use the sofa bed and that was not done and required a second visit to the reception, with a new amount of time lost. We had our pet with us during our stay, everything registered and arranged but not communicated to the cleaning staff. Luckely we arrived just after they entered the room. We also booked a late check out, of course the key was dis functioning after the normal check out hours and required a new visit and waiting. Breakfast, yes if you only want some pancakes and a coffee its ok, but we want a real breakfast. The list is long whats missing. The breakfast is very basic and on top the main issue is that it was not really restocked after nine so arriving after nine did not make our experience better. The positive part is that the staff are fast to clean up and seat new guests. We also had a dinner in the restaurant and this was good, we tried several different dishes all both tasted and looked nice on the plate. The reception and breakfast experience in combination really drags down our impression of the hotel.

Second time coming. Love the location. Breakfast great and staff great. Room: toilet smelly with poor ventilation and Nespresso machine not working well. Needs updating for us to returnagain. We do love it though! Just ideally would be refreshed.
