My entire stay was faultless, from the welcome to the departure. The cleaners never stopped, constantly keeping the premises spotless. The food and drinks were of a very good standard. The bedding was soft, crisp and comfortable. The pools were a delight. The surrounding sand dunes and forests were lovely places to explore and play with the dog. The one thing that made the stay EXCEPTIONAL was the staff. Everyone, was kind, helpful and charming but Vasha (not sure of spelling) and her supervisor went above and beyond to look after me and my dog when I was stranded for 3 days longer than expected. An absolute gem, which I am looking forward to revisiting next year.

We arrived late evening in the hotel on first day. Restaurant was still open and a table was booked for us by reception. We received special attention from the hotel for our anniversary. All the staff was smiling and very kind at all times. Quiet location even if close to the airport

Our 2nd stay not as good as our stay last year. Only one receptionist checking guests in hotel was very busy. Booked a double room but the bed was 2 singles zipped together - if I’m booking a double room I would like a double mattress not 2 singles. AC didn’t work in room as it was humid slept with balcony door open which was noisy in the early morning with delivery , staff and bins being emptied. Extra charge of 8 euros for parking is unexpected when paying €200 + for a room. Hotel clean room basic and so glad we took our Nespresso machine with us. Please sort out your very slow lift!
