I have traveled for more than 45 countries, tried many 5 stars hotels, and I decided to try Delano Dubai for family staycation, and it was best hotel experience I ever had, the half board option was so different, many fine dining options, staff are amazing, breakfast was so so so good, and service is so fast , professional and kind! , I wish I can give it 20/10 , because everything was perfect, beach, kids club, pool, restaurants rooms, gym, was beyond expections

This is my second stay. Overall is amazing. I encountered a problem on the beach service on Saturday. It was very crowded and the service was very slow. Mr. Tareq at the reception took my complaint and apologized. Next day at the beach the lady in charge said Saturday’s order will be free of charge as a compensation. I would definitely come again to relax but avoid weekends.
