We absolutely loved our stay at the Delano Bluewaters. The staff were super helpful, check in was seamless and the hotel was well explained to us. Our suite was outstanding and the decor and amenities were outstanding, especially the bathroom! We used the halfboard service and the food was delicious and generous apart from one exception at Gohan, where my 12 and 8 year old boys were served a mini slider with no sides and 1 scoop of ice cream as their entire half board meal which really was unacceptable. The staff at the restaurant did not remedy the situation and as adults, we gave the children our food. The pool area was lovely and also the beach was well kept and so beautiful. On the whole, a great stay with brilliant service.

We recently returned from a wonderful stay at Delano Dubai, and as a family, we couldn’t have been more impressed. The family suite exceeded our expectations — incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with plenty of amenities and bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable. The location was ideal. It felt like a serene resort escape, yet it was easy to get to JBR and The Palm when we wanted to explore further afield. Despite the extreme summer heat (which we were expecting), the well-functioning air conditioning and the refreshingly cool water in the pool made it very manageable. We had fantastic food and service in most restaurants, though a few lacked atmosphere — but this is understandable given the time of year. One minor issue arose around the half board menu and our son’s choice from the adult menu (he’s 13), particularly at Goran, where we initially felt a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, this was resolved without further issue. The main pool area was a highlight — super comfortable loungers, attentive staff, and a great team of lifeguards who made us feel very well looked after. A special thank you to: Patrick and Alex at the front door, Wilson and Sandeep at the main pool, Honouring and Mohammed at Tutto Passa. Each of them went out of their way to make our stay memorable and truly made us feel like valued, returning guests. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Delano Dubai for a luxurious and family-friendly stay.

The design and the elegance of the staff has no match— it truly gives an experience. From the moment you check in Maria with a soft tone of voice formal but warmth English spoken in short sentences explains the process, with a smile she seals every step and off you go to your suit. The room a magnificent work of delicate design with great details and just bright light. Sure, there are a few hiccups but too few to mentioned.
