Poor communication on what restaurants were actually open. The food outlets that was open were poorly executed. Please consider transparency, communication and respect for your clients. Booked direct with Delano reservations and also through a travel agent. Perhaps when the current situation changes it may improve. Unfortunately this has left a bad impression which is a shame as I was looking forward to staying. Checked out of hotel 3 days early.

The room was incredible & the service as well. The beach clubs in the surroundings made it easy to enjoy a different beach / pool every day. We really loved our stay.

We stayed with our two young children as a staycation and we're blown away by the service, the vibes and the food. A real treat to be so looked after - the kids loved it. Special shout out to the concierge Sam and Winston by the pool who made the stay extra special, particularly for the children. We can't wait to come back and will be recommending to friends and family.

Quiet and calm place like I wanted. Staff was very polite and helpful, especially Ekaterina from the reception. I enjoyed the Maison Revka restaurant as well.
