I think it’s important that I give you 100% genuine feedback and I’m certainly one that doesn’t not complain but I was left with a bitter taste to be honest. Arrived at the hotel, Bags taken and off to check in, Sadly this was the first very frustrating part, We are residents of the UAE, Upon checking in I was asked for my EID, My wife had hers which we passed on, I had left mine at home in my wallet but NO we could not check in without. I had my digital copy on my phone in my apple wallet, My copy in my UAE Pass, Photos of the complete valid EID but none of these could be accepted. This process at 10pm at night took 30 minutes and in the end I was asked to email them my copy, I used a screen shot from the UAE passport and emailed, But this was not good enough as it wasn’t a clear copy!!!! I could not change this it’s on the UAE pass and accepted in there so I suggest looking at a smoother process as this was not fun. We headed off to our room with your colleague with our bags, Very friendly asked us lots of questions but then I believe 6 times told us that on the birth of his nephews his sister had passed, If this is true is awfully sad but I get the impression that this was more about extracting money out of us and a story shared on a daily basis. We ordered room service that night, Food promptly arrived, quite a large bill and I added 15% Tip which I thought was enough on the bill that I signed to book to the room, Only to be questioned!!!!!!! Only this small amount of tip? Do you have cash, I said unfortunately no which was 100% True I had nothing with me. Do you have any English pounds I take that too. Lovely hotel, Great location, Lovely food, Was it a great experience absolutely not. I wanted us to love this place, The company I worked for had the December celebrations here and I was so impressed I wanted to bring my wife back.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with excellent facilities and outstanding hospitality. The staff and overall service were truly great, and we enjoyed our stay in general. However, there were a few disappointments. I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and while I appreciated the kind gesture of a note and a cake, it was delivered the day after my birthday, which slightly took away from the moment. The main issue was related to the facilities. During our four-night stay, we were informed only the evening before that the pool and private beach would be partially closed the next day due to events. Since these amenities are a key part of the experience, this information should have been communicated in advance, ideally before booking. On our check-out day, late check-out was not available due to a private event that booked the entire hotel. Although luggage storage was offered, we were again unable to enjoy the pool or beach before our evening flight. We were redirected to a nearby beach upon request, which was appreciated, but it would have been thoughtful if this had been proactively suggested. Overall, the hotel is lovely, but clearer communication and better planning around private events would significantly improve the guest experience.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay, with the intention of supporting continuous service improvement. I was aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM; however, I had contacted the reservations team in advance to inform them that I would be arriving earlier due to an important personal occasion, my wedding anniversary. We agreed that the check-in would be arranged between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, this arrangement was not handled with the expected level of seriousness. I ended up waiting for approximately one hour without any progress, which eventually forced me to leave the hotel for lunch and return later. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and negatively affected the atmosphere of what was meant to be a special occasion. Additionally, I noticed a slight weakness in the cooling performance of the air-conditioning system in the room. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent overall. However, I kindly suggest focusing on further training for staff regarding proper egg preparation, as well as reviewing the type of eggs used, which felt somewhat unusual. Thank you for your time and attention. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to enhance the guest experience going forward.
