I won a trip here with my job & I am so so glad they put me in the Delano Dubai. Tariq on the front desk was so welcoming even though it was almost 2am. All the staff were wonderful & helpful. I have coeliac disease & was v happy with the selection.

Not worth a stay

Unfortunately the level of service is well below the Dubai standard. Check in was slow, no welcome water or drink offered. Was shocked to find out that 2 of the 3 pools at the hotel you have to pay for and even if you have a spa treatment you have to pay for the spa facilities. Overall better to visit as an external guest and pay to use facilities as not worth being in house guest.

Food was incredible. Loved the vibe of the hotel. Music was spot on in every location. Pool staff were excellent. But breakfast and dinner in Tutto Passo was disorganised and lacked any real direction. Managers seemed to be walking round smiling rather than getting their hands dirty and ensuring each section was up to scratch.

Everything great. Small problem the first night with the loud music coming from the bar, our room was very close. Thanks to MR Diogo Palma he changed us to a much better room and we had an amazing two days.
