From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing The food in all the restaurants were very high standard with lots of options to choose from All the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The pool and beach area were perfect. no waiting for lounge beds, towels placed on them for you with ice cold water to drink to cool you down This would be one of the best hotels i have stayed in

I was looking forward this stay, but was very disappointed I walked into the lobby to check in there were a few workers but no one assisted me to check me in. I then was taken to room I booked a resort room I was facing the car park a full view no resort view at all. I then got changed went to sit by the pool no assistance at all I felt very uncomfortable I eventually did get a bed then pool staff were so hat to get and not very nice to talk to. Breakfast staff were friendly, I decided to spend my day next door at the Maison revska Wich once nice but that was another day expense but staff were great I had a great day there. Overall like I said it’s Overated the interior was covered in thick blockout interiors Wich I didn’t didn’t like.

Amazing hotel either amazing staff and good food in all restaurants. Loved the hotel style and its location. Still close enough to walk to JBR.
