Window blinds that didn't work. Tatty screen blinds. Dim lights (not all worked). Broken desk chair and an awful musty smell. Restaurant only doing breakfast (not dinner) - that wasn't what the ad said. I was tired and was only going to stay 1 night so couldn't be bothered complaining - it was hard enough to find someone for check-in anyway. What a dump

The room door had clear holes that were patched up and not painted over, which didnt make me feel overly safe, the lift is outdate and jarring when it stops at any of the floors. there is no clear way to check out if you need to leave before 7am. The room smelt clean which is a bonus, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. some on demand tv and movies were available on a tv across from the bed. the resturant wasnt opened when i visited and the majority of guests appeared to be truck drivers/ tradies.

When staying in Queanbeyan we always stay here. The location is very handy to Canberra but being in NSW still gives you a country feel. The Motel is very comfortable, clean and the staff are very friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.
