The room 101 needed some maintenance. A dining chair was nearly broken and dangerous to sit on. Returned to reception. The white outer curtain in the bedroom was in tatters. The hot water in the shower lasted about 2 minutes before it went cold. The window above the toilet has been broken and repaired with silicon. Not a good look. Generally, no complaints about cleanliness, but these items mentioned above detract from the appeal of the place, and indicate that the owners do not appear to be concerned about 'small, unimportant' defects.

I enjoyed my room which overlooked the car park as it was very quiet. However, my sister was in the room facing the inlet. She said that workmen on the rooftop adjacent to your hotel were hammering at 7am in the morning.

For the price of this motel I would've expected much better. The exterior is rundown looking, the elevator was something out of the 1950s and lurched and shuddered in a very unsettling way. There was a hive of bees in the wall of the room next door, the shower screen door wouldn't slide/close, there were no screens on the windows and the air conditioning (despite being on 17 degrees) offered no airflow or reprieve from the heat. The only upside was the room was clean
