Easy to book. only issue was after hours key box issue. Card dispensed but didnt work in the door (worn card is my guess). after hours phone help was great. Found another room and only took 15/20 mins to resolve.

My experience was completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and safety standards at your property. I phoned the office to report the incident and spoke to a staff member. I was informed that the manager would return my call once they arrived; however, I never received any follow-up. While I did notice the sheets had been changed upon my return that evening, the lack of communication and acknowledgment of this serious issue is very disappointing. Given the severity of the situation, I feel compelled to notify the appropriate authorities and provide them with the images I took as evidence of the blood-stained sheets. I would have expect this matter to be treated with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.
