Everything was good but the bathroom was very outdated and was falling apart. Additionally, the blinds on the window were faulty. Other than that, staff were very helpful and price was reasonable. Will stay again.

The motel is always clean and the staff are helpful, but the place needs updating.

The BreakFree appears to have untapped potential. The property is clean with adequately equipped and maintained. It is centrally located and quiet. Platinum membership was recognized however not all options or benefits were explained. The welcome drink is always "take any 2 drinks from the mini bar". This suggests that the dining room and bar, both well appointed" are not open. When travelling as couples often having the opportunity to stay in house for a dinner and drinks is preferrable to having find an external venue. This is our third stay. We have family close by and the BreakFree ticks all our boxes for these visits. However when we travel to the region for a break we always choose a property close by that offers added facilities. Fortunately Accor have many properties close by albeit close by in ACT.

Queen ground floor room was comfortable and quiet but really needed to have a microwave oven.

I Love staying at Breakfree Queanbeyan. It is the best place to be. Only disappointed in as a Silver member, I booked direct with the Motel as I always do, But never got my Welcome Drink Card. But other than that, lovely place to stay.

Reasonable priced comfortable stay in a handy location. Added bonus was the availability of breakfast which is becoming increasingly rare in budget priced hotels.

Good check in friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable, however didn't have a spare blanket.

Location was fine to walk to the main street but the room is aged, toilet cistern had been changed but the stained old toilet seat was left. Breakfast selection plentiful but the hot food was cold and the pouched eggs left in a cold water bath for serving. Would not comply with any standard of health regulations.

Place was very comfortable and clean. The TV remote in the lounge need new battles, but overall very happy with the accommodation.

It just missed the mark. Air con but no extra blanket. Just sheets and a thin cover. Woke up freezing in a Queanbeyan winter night. Cranked up the air con, but it was not comforting and cosy. The door handle had a specific trick to open. I struggled several times to open my door and had to engage staff (which was a decent walk away) to assist. Having to pack up all my luggage to go and get staff. On the third level- the veranda pathway literally tilted down. Just overall old and tired with no effort put into convenience or comfort. You want at least some comforts.

The Breakfree is well located but it suffers from being old and tired. The rooms are generally clean, beds comfortable and has ample hot water. But the carpets let the experience down due to a dirty appearance.
