Location was fine to walk to the main street but the room is aged, toilet cistern had been changed but the stained old toilet seat was left. Breakfast selection plentiful but the hot food was cold and the pouched eggs left in a cold water bath for serving. Would not comply with any standard of health regulations.

It just missed the mark. Air con but no extra blanket. Just sheets and a thin cover. Woke up freezing in a Queanbeyan winter night. Cranked up the air con, but it was not comforting and cosy. The door handle had a specific trick to open. I struggled several times to open my door and had to engage staff (which was a decent walk away) to assist. Having to pack up all my luggage to go and get staff. On the third level- the veranda pathway literally tilted down. Just overall old and tired with no effort put into convenience or comfort. You want at least some comforts.

The Breakfree is well located but it suffers from being old and tired. The rooms are generally clean, beds comfortable and has ample hot water. But the carpets let the experience down due to a dirty appearance.

The staff were great. Super lovely to deal with. The rooms were great. The only issue we had was the hot water. The room slept 6. There were 4 of us. Even with a short shower, the water was freezing by the 3rd person. Not so much an issue in summer, but fairly painful in winter.

I always stay at Breakfree Queanbeyan when I visit the area for work. It is in a quiet street only a short walk from the main street, shops, park and bowling club. Staff are friendly rates are good and there is plenty of parking available.

We arrived late which was not an issue as I received a call informing me that the key would in the key box and I was advised of the combo. However we should have also been advised that as an accor plus member we could get some free drinks from the mini bar which I didnt know until I checked out. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet, modern and spacious. We had the 2 bedroom family room. There was an aircon unit in each room however the main aircon unit didn't work. Not much view out the windows to talk about - looking out over the car park of the hotel or the car wash next door. Hotel is well located, close to shops & groceries if you wanted to do any cooking. Kitchen was well supplied with useful utensils. Reception staff was friendly and helpful Overall, we're pretty happy with our stay. This is our second time here, I'd be happy to continue to come back.

The rooms are comfortable and well serviced. And the location is great. However, the old windows at the front of the rooms have very degraded seals so they don't close properly and are so thin I could clearly hear someone on their phone in the carpark and the person they were speaking to

Apologies for the negative feedback. However, Room 118 when arriving at night time is terrifying. You go down the dark mini alleyway that has no lights, then into a pitch black room, with no heater on. The heater barely worked and I slept literally in a coat. Then breakfast in the morning, the food was cold and the eggs looked rubbery, the baked beans had a crusty top. The people working there were lovely. But overall as far as an Accor hotel, I was very disappointed and will request to stay elsewhere in the future I'm afraid.

We were surprised that when we had to stay on longer due to an injury, we were actually charged a higher rate. Comfier firmer bed in room 108 than other rooms. No bed valance which looked awful. Big open crack between window and wall. Needs curtain over blind in bedroom because of lights outside. Broken blind in lounge room. This is our go to stay in Queanbeyan to visit family but rooms are very hit and miss.
