I had two nights with you and was grateful to be upgraded to a higher room. This is always a welcome privilege. The two members of staff on reception on both Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings were marvellous. I couldn’t spell their names in Polish, but the young man was 22 and the young woman 19. They were so very helpful throughout my stay.

Best hotel in Europe I’ve stayed in! Huge room! Mega comfy! Nicely decorated and location is superb! The only thing I missed was being able to connect my iPad to the TV via HDMI or AirPlay so I could steam movies or english programs to the tv.

Very comfortable stay. Rooms are well equipped. Climate control is excellent and furniture is practical, aesthetically pleasing and of good quality. Bathroom overall is great but perhaps could be improved by somewhere to hang towels outside of shower cubicle and more space around sink for guests' toiletries etc. Spa and fitness facilities of a high standard. Staff on reception desk very pleasant and patient. Overall a super new hotel in a great location next to train station and a nice shopping mall.

The hotel location is perfect, opposite the station and 10 mins walk to the old town. The interiors are beautiful, spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are super, modern and well appointed with a super bathroom. Breakfast was superb, a huge selection of quality options. The stay was faultless and we will definitely be staying here again. In fact, I'd go back for a weekend just to stay at this hotel!

Great location, lovely stuff, comfortable room. SPA is a big plus. Unfortunately some guests have a hard time keeping it quiet. I believe it would be nice to put some information boards asking for quiet use. While definitely it won't solve the issue 100%, some guest may be more considerate. Breakfast is amazing.

Out of the five hotels i had stayed in Poland, i like movenpick wroclaw the best! The service is good, reception is friendly and welcoming when i arrived. Staffs at bar and restaurant are friendly and smiley, eventhough their English are not as good as in other Polish cities but the service and friendliness make up for it. The mocktails at the bar were awesome! I am glad i could redeem them with my welcome drink voucher. The restaurant foods were also good. My loyalty with Accor was acknowledged with a room upgrade to Deluxe room facing the beautiful train station. The size of the room was spacious, the decor was tasteful and cosy. I also love the furnitures, art deco and framed artwork around the hotel. The chocolates served at the Chocolate Hour was of good quality, though there can be more variety such as having Movenpick ice cream. Two other things to improve will be the generosity of welcome gift and minibar drinks & snacks. For welcome gift - there was only a bottle of juice, given that it is a movenpick hotel, it would be nice to include a bar of movenpick chocolate bar. If Tribe hotel could gift a box of artisan chocolates, i am sure Movenpick could at least gift a bar of chocolate that is easily available at the cafe. For in-room minibar, other european and polish hotels (including novotel and mercure) refill the juices and soft drinks on a daily basis especially in hotels that do not have a lounge. I hope that movenpick wroclaw can be on par as them. Despite these, i totally enjoyed my stay!
