Dear Management Team, Thank you for reaching out and asking for our feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel from October 3rd to October 8th. We booked one of your most expensive suites to celebrate my 60th birthday. While the room itself looked beautiful, we unfortunately cannot recommend your hotel, as our stay fell completely short of our expectations. In fact, as frequent travellers who usually stay at premium 4-star hotels and above, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in a long time. Here are the main reasons for our disappointment: • Severe Traffic Noise: There was almost no peace for sleeping due to constant traffic noise from the street, particularly from the trams. The only time we could get a decent night's sleep was between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM. • Air Conditioning Issues: The suite features two rooms with separate A/C units, but they are synchronized and cannot be controlled individually. If we wanted it warmer in the living room, that setting was forced upon the bedroom as well, which is highly inconvenient for a suite in this price range. • TV and Remote Control Problems: There were two televisions in the suite but only one remote control between them. This meant that if one of us wanted to watch TV in the living room, the bedroom TV could not be used independently, and vice versa. Furthermore, the remote barely functioned at all. • Poor Housekeeping: We were very dissatisfied with the cleaning. We even sent an email to the hotel on October 5th regarding the housekeeping issues but received no response whatsoever. • Lack of Staff Service and Professionalism: The staff's attitude was severely lacking in hospitality. When we asked for assistance regarding the remote control issue, we received no response. Furthermore, the service at The Gate restaurant and the café was highly unprofessional. For instance, we repeatedly tried to order an Irish Coffee but were constantly told at the bar that they had no cream. Only once during our entire stay did a male waiter help us, stating that it was no problem at all and that cream was always available. Wroclaw is the third city we have visited in Poland, coming from Iceland. We have previously stayed in suites at 4-star hotels in both Gdansk and Warsaw, and those experiences were in a completely different, superior class compared to your hotel. Given the occasion of my milestone birthday and the price paid for a premium suite, this experience was deeply disappointing. Your hotel simply does not live up to the standards it claims to hold. High quality amenities and service

The hotel seems renovated recently. Rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms very good. The bar and restaurant are excellent.

Thank you for looking after us, on arrival the receptionist in my opinion went well beyond what is expected with lots of information and recognised our Accor status. She was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we even had an evening meal with you which again was excellent. Loved the room but it is quite a walk into town. The only real negative was I did ask if we could keep our room the night before checkout and was turned down flatly without consideration, we were only looking for an extra hour and 15 minutes!!

Convenient location, directly at the railway station, unfortunately also with the discomfort of the tramways being directly in front of the hotel creating some acoustic discomfort. Beautiful design, large and comfortable rooms (with a great bed), and at a convenient walking distance from all you would want to visit in Wroclaw. The daily housekeeping was 'minimal', with a quick replacement of some (not all) towels and making up the bed. Given that I stayed for an entire week, I had expected a bit more.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Plus for the iron and the ironing board in the room. Also great breakfast!

Simply saying perfect

The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. The staff are friendly and the restaurant food excellent. I felt it was very reasonable too.

Great location, convenient if you’re coming from the train station. Rooms are modern and spacious. Incredible value. Breakfast was great.

This was my second stay at Mövenpick Grand Wroclaw and it was just as good if not better than the first stay. The staff are super helpful and welcoming and the rooms are all modern with great little touches. Will definitely be back!!!!!

Breakfast was a bad experience. The room itself is cozy and pretty so all could be changed. First, turn the elevator music off and put on some soft classical to go with the elegance of the ambience. Next, teach your emplyers to greet customers, most preferably with a little smile. The the way food was put up is a big mess. All items all over the place, so that eggs, cheese and dried apricots for example are set on several different spots. Many interesting looking dishes but no idea what they were so they were left alone. Plenty of signs though, but saying obvious things like ’red grapes’, ’green grapes’ etc - too many signs altogether so they couldn’t possibly stay in order. Take the obvious signs off and put up new ones with big clear easily read font so they would serve a purpose. It someone doesn’t know what a watermelon is, you don’t need to teach them here. But a sign with a word quiche is next to a quiche dish isn't helpful. I would have loved to know it was made of bacon before taking a piece because I dislike bacon. I tried to order an omelet from a person standing by the omelet station. She gave me an angry answer in Polish, no idea what she said, but a customer standing close by told me not to bother because he’d waited for over half a hour. During the time I was having my breakfast nothing was prepared at the omelet station, so clearly it doesn't function. The guy who decided what goes where probably never stayed in a hotel himself. In the bathroom there is a tiny tabletop where you need to fit your necessary and tooth glass etc, and soap dispenser is attached way back in the corner of the little counter so when you try to reach for soap drops of water and squirts of soap will fall on everything you have put on the top. None too practicable. There is a coffee machine but not cups small enough to fit. I used my tooth glass. There are coffee capsules in different colors but no indication of what is what. I want coffee for coffeine - what if I ended up having decaf? Maybe suitcase racks are oldfashioned but are you really supposed to open your suitcase on the floor? Not easy with a knee problem. In the bar, I tried to order an Irish coffee. The first night the waitress looked awkward taking the order and it took ages, but finally she'd prepared the best Irish coffee I'd ever had. Later she told me it was the first one she'd made. The following evening I ordered the the same. What I got looked like chocolate milk with no whipped cream on the top whatsoever, only three coffee beans. It was lukewarm and extremely sweet. No-one would have guessed I'd ordered Irish coffee. The reception lady was very friendly. Room was quiet. Bed was good. Everyhting was very clean. With only a few easily adjusted changes this would be an excellent hotel.

Hotel is very spacious and luxurious and a perfect base if travelling by train, which I was. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Very nice bathroom with a radiator to dry stuff, if necessary. Great to have a little fridge in the room. Corridors to bedrooms are incredibly bland - this doesn't fit in with the opulence of the ground floor. I would suggest making them look pretty. The receptionists were fabulous - super efficient and very friendly. I couldn't get the aircon to switch off, but managed to increase the temp a bit. However, I did not ask for assistance. If I return to Wroclaw, I will definitely book the hotel again.

We saw that during the breakfast should be there glass of sparklig wine. We was there for 3 nights and it was there only ones. In the Sunday morning there were so unpleasant service also we didn’t get chance to try chocolate fountain. At the reception was everything perfect 👌.

Movenpick was an excellent accommodation during our stay in Wroclaw. Very convenient to bus/train station, restaurants and entertainment. The hotel was very clean, new and had very courteous and professional staff. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. The staff at check-in were friendly, attentive and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the spa was lovely. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Caring, respectful and fun

It was good, but the restaurant closed early and was empty of diners!

Great hotel, however, something changed for last few month not in the good way. From July last year, pretty much once a month I staying at your hotel for 3-5 days, I can see big differens compare what it was 6-8 month ago. It was much better before. I was stay in the room 414 13-15/09/2026. First thing: this week in the shower, body gel was like a water. look like instead of top up, some one added just water and make foam water instead of body gel. and body lotion next to sink doesn't working is well. Second: face towels. I used them at the morning and leave them on the one side of the sink. when I back to the room in th evening, towels still in the same place, house keepening don't even touch them, even they look dirty. Third: water. This week I found water bottkes size changed. In the passed it was 2 big bottles with still & sparkling water, now size 0.33ml. I undestand all companies trying to make cost down, I would like to make suggestion: please keep 1 big bottle of still water, and sparkling could be available at the bar. first and second things I found out late evening and don't want go down to reception to say anything.
