Check in was good, but the receptionist was weird and unprofessional (though nice), not matching the Mövenpick brand. Location is great if you need to be next to the train station - many fast food restaurants are there, and behind the station you have the mall with everything you might need. The old city is a 20 minute walk. WIFI speed was great. We had breakfast - the entire staff was amazing, lovely and nice, but some should learn to ask before removing a half eaten plate with food in it... The bar was also good and a had a good atmosphere, and the chocolate happy hour was awesome! We also tried the Mövenpick Café, which was lovely with a variety of options. One disadvantage is, that you can't leave a tip with a credit card nor charge the room for it, which is incomprehensible in 2025, when we don't necessarily carry cash with us. One evening, some people were throwing a party in the jacuzzi (alcohol included), so we didn't feel like staying there. The next day, the jacuzzi wasn't working at all (maybe because of last night?), which wasn't communicated. All in all, we would (and probably will) stay again.
