Our stay at Mövenpick was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clear with all the information and instructions. They also prepared a lovely surprise in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel really special. The room was beautifully presented, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. We also enjoyed the sauna, which was perfect for relaxing, and the daily chocolate experience, where you can try different flavors, was a unique detail that we absolutely loved. Overall, it’s a hotel I would highly recommend and would happily stay at again. For me, it’s a 10/10 experience.
