Please don’t hesitate to report any technical concerns, such as water pressure or drainage, directly to our reception team during your stay — in many cases, these are maintenance issues we can resolve quickly. As for the unpleasant smell in the lobby, it was unfortunately caused by a serious technical malfunction, which has now been successfully resolved.
