About a 25 minute walk from the main square, the hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming upon arrival. Water station fill up on each floor is a nice touch to save on plastic. Room was clean and spacious.

Mr. Rafael who was at the person who helped us while staying at the hotel May 15,16 leaving 17th. The food was very good with good choices and the room comfortable. However the design of the shower is poor, as the glass partisan is too short and the table next to the bed not practical as its far way from the bed with its telephone. Otherwise I was very pleased with my stay.

Check in area serves both Novotel and Ibis hotel, creating lines regardless your status or need.

Perfectly located 10 min walk from the railway station, 8 min walk from the biggest mall and 15 min walk from the old town, this hotel made my trip super special and delightful, filled with high-end amenities, very polite staff, upgraded room, welcome drink, delicious breakfast and comfy bed with quite good ergonomic pillows. I give 9/10 only because some things like carpets or towels/robes should be already renewed, since we are putting 4 stars here at stake. Overall - amazing experience and I would visit that again with pleasure!
