My favorite hotel to stay in Wroclaw. A lot of good memories. Super friendly staff, decent fitness studio. So close to the city centre.

The location is good and the restaurant is awesome. But the room was freezing cold, in this weather is unacceptable. The reception staff tried to save the situation, but it did not solve the issue completely - the AC and radiator were cold. The situation was even worse because of abysmal pressure in the shower. You can't get warm in the freezing winter weather. The hotel was clearly understaffed, the breakfast tables were not cleared during our stay.
