If there were a "Best Smile Award" among Accor hotels in Poland, it would definitely go to Novotel Wrocław Centrum! Especially to the two reception ladies — incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the CBD, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and about 10–15 minutes to the Old Town. The room was spotless, and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommended! 😊

This was my 10th stay at this hotel in the past few years. I reserve it basically for the location and the competitive price. However despite that I leave the exact same feedback every time, nothing ever seems to change with these two things and I am therefore considering a different hotel for my next trip as a result: 1) The water pressure in the shower is not good at all. Funny is that in the shower, there is a sign on which the hotel is bragging about water savings and their water control system etc., as if this is intentional to piss off the guests. 2) Breakfast. How hard is it to fully cook the scrambled eggs? Literally they are water with some egg flavoring. I mention this every stay and yet, day after day, this NEVER changes. At least have the decency to supply a spoon with some holes in it so we can drain it before drowning everything on our plate with the eggs.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any report of this issue at the time, but we encourage guests to inform our team immediately — our technicians are on-site daily and ready to investigate any concerns. In cases like this, it could be a technical fault with the showerhead, which we would have gladly addressed. As for breakfast, we’re sorry that the scrambled eggs did not meet your expectations. We do offer the option to order eggs cooked to your preference, including firmer scrambled eggs or other styles — please don’t hesitate to ask our staff, who are always happy to accommodate.
