Perfectly located 10 min walk from the railway station, 8 min walk from the biggest mall and 15 min walk from the old town, this hotel made my trip super special and delightful, filled with high-end amenities, very polite staff, upgraded room, welcome drink, delicious breakfast and comfy bed with quite good ergonomic pillows. I give 9/10 only because some things like carpets or towels/robes should be already renewed, since we are putting 4 stars here at stake. Overall - amazing experience and I would visit that again with pleasure!

The stay was comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful! But I think there is much room for improvement. A few things that come to mind are - The shower area - felt cramped because of the placement of the toiletries and the drain. The leaky shower head also did not help as it further lowered the water pressure. Also felt the cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved, there were traces of grime/mold in many areas especially around the toiletries attached to the wall, behind the door and around the faucet. Apart from that, I found the placement of the espresso machine the most inconvenient! It was placed on a high shelf and we had to used it standing on our tipped toes!

Hotel is on good location - walking distance to center and well connected with public transport. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional, especially front desk staff who helped me a lot and was available throughout the stay for all the questions.
