unable to open window while the air condition wasn't working, it might be enough for one person in the room, but not for the three of us. Lack of oxygen and temperature above 25 aren't what you want on a vacation.

The overall experience is 50/50. I have booked two rooms. First one was all fine - clean and everything worked as expected. Yet the second room looked like it wasn't used for a while and was not prepared for next guests - carpet wasn't dusted (paper pieces and a coin lying on the carpet), there was a used dirty towel in the bathroom and the bathroom had a plumbing problem - the shower was clogged and really smelly. Unfortunately there was no other room available as a replacement acc. to the staff. Cleaning lady helped out by cleaning the bathroom and spraying it with detergents, but still the shower drain and smell problem persisted. Since it was a short stay (two nights) and no other rooms available acc. to the staff, we've decided to pull thru.

According to our records, the issue with the second room was reported several hours after check-in. This made it difficult for our team to verify the original condition of the room at the time of arrival and to take immediate corrective action, such as offering an alternative room.
