We had a pleasant stay overall and would like to share some feedback. Communication with the hotel was fast and efficient, which we really appreciated. The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food and a convenient serving time. The only real issue was the bathroom sink in Room 119. The surface inside the sink is quite rough, causing everything to stick to it, and the drain did not work properly. Even toothpaste would not wash away. We had to keep filling the sink with water and wait for it to slowly drain. We didn't report it to the reception because our stay was short and our English isn't very good. The room had good air conditioning and was very clean. However, there was only one chair at the desk, so we had to eat the food we brought with us while sitting on the bed. The window couldn't be opened, although the blackout curtain was excellent. There was only one trash bin, located in the bathroom. We were also provided with only one towel per person, which felt a bit limiting—for example, as a woman it would have been nice to have separate towels for hands, hair, and body. The double bed had one shared duvet, and the mattress was quite hard and worn out, so we kept sliding toward each other or felt like we were sleeping on a slope. If these small issues were improved, I would happily rate the hotel 10/10. None of them would stop us from staying here again. We really enjoyed our visit and would like to thank the staff for a pleasant stay.

Even during short stays, many concerns can be resolved quickly, allowing us to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also appreciate your comments regarding the room furnishings. Our Standard Rooms are equipped with one desk chair as part of the room's standard layout. Should any additional item be needed during a stay, we always encourage our guests to contact the reception, and we will be happy to assist whenever possible. Regarding the windows, please note that the information about non-openable windows is available in our hotel description on the booking channels. We understand, however, that natural ventilation is important to many guests and appreciate your feedback. As for the waste bin and towels, our rooms are equipped with one bathroom waste bin and one bath towel per registered guest, in line with our brand standards. Should additional towels be required, our reception team is always happy to provide them upon request. Thank you as well for your comments regarding the bed and duvet. Our double beds are prepared with one large duvet as part of the standard room setup.
