I made a reservation for two rooms for two adults and two kids. My booking clearly said that breakfast for the kids was included for free. Yet, at check-in, they forced me to pay for four breakfasts. When I complained about it, they only refunded me for one of the kids. Where is the logic in that? My booking conditions were clear, and I shouldn't have paid for the kids' breakfasts at all. This is not an honest way to do business. I usually visit Accor hotels to avoid exactly this kind of scam. Completely unprofessional.

After verifying your reservation, we can confirm that you were travelling with two children aged 4 and 14. At ibis hotels, breakfast is free for children up to 3 years old, a 50% discount applies for children up to 12, and children aged 12 and above are charged the full price. Your booking confirmation clearly showed two adult breakfasts, and the children policy also states that additional charges may apply depending on hotel policy. We apologize if this pricing structure was not sufficiently clear during the booking process. Please note that these conditions are set centrally by Accor; however, we will escalate your feedback to help improve clarity in the future. Regarding the charges, although standard policy would apply a full price for the older child and a discount for the younger one, both children were charged at a reduced rate, resulting in a lower total amount. We regret any confusion or frustration this may have caused and hope that other aspects of your stay were satisfactory. It was very convenient because of the location. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was baggage storage which was very useful.

Hotel is located about 15 mins walk from the old town centre, but has so many bars, restaurants etc within a 5 mins walk. A very friendly welcome at reception, no fuss. The room was excellent, comfortable bed, clean and as expected.

The room is lovely well designed with great colour coordination- only flaw are the pillows small and not comfortable- the room was spotless - this was our second stay and will stay again - breakfast was beautiful 😋
