Dear Kutbi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry for the discomfort you experienced during your stay, especially with the room temperature. Please note that our hotel is connected to the city heating network, and when the heating is switched off centrally, it also affects our system, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Regarding the carpet, the marks you noticed are permanent discolorations rather than a cleanliness issue. However, we are continuously working on improvements and gradually replacing carpets in our rooms. We sincerely hope to welcome you again and provide a much more comfortable experience.
