Front Desk staff ignored us and took other guests in front of us. Then tried to pass the blame on us. Bad first impression.

The room heating system was not working, the carpets had a lot of stains and was smelling. I was there only for one night but could not sleep at all as it was cold. Finally at 3 pm I had to call the reception, and they send me small electrical heater but that was not enough for heating the room.

Please note that our hotel is connected to the city heating network, and when the heating is switched off centrally, it also affects our system, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Regarding the carpet, the marks you noticed are permanent discolorations rather than a cleanliness issue. However, we are continuously working on improvements and gradually replacing carpets in our rooms. We sincerely hope to welcome you again and provide a much more comfortable experience. Staff was willing to accomodate my requests, namely to change to a room not facing the construction work and for a shorter pillow. Only minus was the sunlight coming in the morning. Please install blackout rollerblinds on the windows. It's cheap and lets the guest adjust the amount of light to his liking.

I stayed there for one night. The hotel is nice and clean. However, the pillows were very uncomfortable and of poor quality. I was also surprised that there was no fridge in the room at all. I didn’t need one, but it was the first time I’d ever seen a room without a fridge.
