Stay was ok, but shower and tap water was only warm, not hot.

The room was as expected, and the hotel was very quiet at night. The breakfast was good. I recommend it. The pillows were of poor quality and way too small to stay inside their cases. The room didn't smell fresh. The TV was old and not smart; it only showed local channels.

The hotel is perfectly located for our visits in Wrocław. We need a late check-out time, so 12 is just enough for us. This time we planned to go to the restaurant, but decided to visit the Novo one. We got a pretty nice discount, and the food was amazing. Although I like scrambled eggs for breakfast, I understand it is a budgetary option in Ibis Budget and can eat some other proteins :)

This is a budget hotel and it delivers a decent budget experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Beer, soft drinks and chocolate were available from the fridge near reception. Hot drinks from the breakfast room....just pay at reception. Discount available if you want an evening meal from the hotel next door. The area was mostly residential and we couldn't hear any traffic from the nearby roads. For us the bed was too hard but it was clean and probably perfect for anyone wanting an orthopedic mattress. I could have done with another pillow and no doubt I could have got another if I was really bothered. The shower didn't have the best pressure but it was hot and worked well enough. Very, very excited and noisy children running about on our first night but the staff were quick to speak with them and no more noise was heard. We got a 48 hour pass for the trams so we could hop on and off as we wanted. Only 20 minutes from the Sky Tower which is definitely worth a view...do check out the lift walls...entertaining as you rise/fall the 42 floors. We decided on breakfast on our last morning, it was buffet style and included hot and cold drinks. Do remember this isn't the UK so no full English breakfast here. We enjoyed the experience. So, would we stay again? Yes but we would ask for a room with a softer Mattress and either a plump pillow...or an extra pillow. We enjoyed our stay, definitely a good base to visit the city if you don't mind the fun of using the local trams as it is about half an hour outside the main city...we thought it added to an amazing experience.
