The staff is friendly and welcoming (English speaking), the breakfast is excellent, but the pillows are so uncomfortable that it's impossible to get a good night's sleep. The soundproofing is also very poor (most likely due to the hotel's price; it's hard to complain about that). I hope the hotel replaces them and we'll return to Ibis.

it was pretty well 10 minutes walking to tram station and it take 15 minutes to get to the centrum ,it was quiet and calm maybe really good for families with kids but there were 2 disadvantages first was the rooms were soo small but also it was enough for just two people and second the smell coming from toilet it was little bit harsh but i am sure if we tell this to the reception they would find something to figure it out :) Very nice and welcoming staff...

Stay was ok, but shower and tap water was only warm, not hot.

The room was as expected, and the hotel was very quiet at night. The breakfast was good. I recommend it. The pillows were of poor quality and way too small to stay inside their cases. The room didn't smell fresh. The TV was old and not smart; it only showed local channels.
