I had a very good stay. The hotel is very well located, has a modern interior and very friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good with very tasty coffee (but it could have a bit more vegetarian/vegan options). Perfect location in the city centre- just in the big shopping mall building and 5 min from the old market square. Wireless phone charger hidden in the bedside table was really cool. There are also some minor issues that i didn't like - window can not be open and the central air-condition seems to be not very efficient as the room was a bit stuffy. The shower tray is very flat what looks really nice but is very unpractical - after few minutes of shower the water is overflowing and flooding the entire bathroom (in my case even some part of the hallway). But i must say the staff reacted immediately and helped to remove the water. In general I had a very pleasant stay and will stay there again.

The hotel is in the great location with extremely nice view (in Priviledge rooms). The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. On the downside, on the first night the room service was not able to provide the linen (quilt) for the additional bed.

hello, In general it was ok but I would expect for such a hotel : - iron and iron desk in the room not somewhere on the floor, I do not like rooms without open Window, the air inside is really heavy. Regards, G.

Przykro mi jednak, że nie spełniliśmy w pełni Pana oczekiwań jeśli chodzi o udogodnienia. W dodatkowe wyposażenie takie jak deska i żelazko znajdują się w pokojach typu privilige. W hotelu mamy również ogólnodostępną prasowalnię. Nasz personel zawsze służy pomocą i z chęcią udostępnia potrzebne wyposażenie na życzenie Gościa. Mam nadzieję, że zaufa nam Pan ponownie i podczas kolejnej wizyty będziemy mogli zaprezentować najwyższą jakość świadczonych przez nas usług. Serdecznie zapraszam.

It was such a pleasure stay for me and my boyfriend! Staff is enormously helpful, food is tasty and location of the hotel is the best one you can expect when you travel for tourism purpose! Many shops and center is just a few steps from Mercure Wrocław Centrum. The only one thing we want to complain about is air conditioner or maybe air conditioning system generally as you cannot choose a proper temperature in your room by yourself. It was very hot in the room and we couldn’t open windows. But we also understand that it’s not staffs fault. But generally we liked hotel very much!

Lovely welcome from reception staff. You can tell she enjoys her job. I had a wonderful room. The staff are generally very helpful. The room was not cleaned during my stay. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. Food was very good.

Friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant during the breakfast service, very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a decent walk-in shower. Breakfast quality was excellent with a great choice of food and drinks. Room was cosy and clean - I would definitely stay here again as the location is very convenient as well the only downside is a limited choice of toiletries available in the room, but this didn’t impact my stay too much.

Everything was actually pretty good until checkout. Where the desk boy devided that we are liars and refused to reply to our questions just because he cant verrify our claims. The collegue was working that day bus was on her break.

Great location, but need to update the rooms

The hotel is nicely located very close to the city center and old town. I only stayed there one night and I did not take advantage of many service offerings. The bar and restaurant area look nice, but I cannot evaluate their service offering. I had a standard room after having rejected a room upgrade that comes for being a gold member (only available option was with a connecting door to another room, which I did not want). I felt the room to be very old. The carpet make it look dirty and I did not feel super comfortable. Not that it was dirty, but it gave me the impression. Given the high price (approx. 150 €), I find a miss match of price vs quality. People at the reception were very kind, the breakfast buffet was good. But when it comes to business travelling you want to feel comfortable in your room, which was not really the case. Unfortunately an overall not so good experience.

I stayed there 4 month and the treatment was awful. Everytime I prolonged my stay, reception made a lot of incidents, like forget about my reservation and leave me without room. Not only me but even with my colleagues, it looks like we are not welcomed there, even if we stayed for months

The hotel is exactly at the level you would expect from a Mercure, very good location if you want to visit the city. Breakfast more than sufficient. There is one issue where you have to pay attention if you arrive by car. The parking garage next door closes at 21.00 (if I am not mistaken) and unless you are lucky as I was and could park (limited space) in front of the entrance, you will have a problem parking your car.
