There is nly one think that was not satisfying, and that is the water pressure from the shower. I was on 4e level in the hotel and the water coming out of the shower was absolutely limited.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location, would happily stay at again. However on our second last day, there was no hot water coming through in the bathrooms which wasn't a pleasant surprise in the shower

Check it was easy and simple, the reception is welcoming, I was served quickly. I was luck to get a free upgrade, breakfast was nice and a good selection of foods. the room was very clean and looked like new and the view from the room was a great view of the city. Would recommend this is a great hotel for the price.

Lovely hotel in great location with friendly helpful staff. Prior to arriving I requested a quiet room & travel cot for my baby Upon arrival they upgraded us to an apartment complete with a travel cot and on the same floor as the playroom which I thought was wonderful for kids! Would stay here again

The experience with staying in hotel in very good excpet one thing that i didn't get my hotel invoice during check out as the booking was showing from agoda and the hotel has the policy that they will share the invoice only with agoda, not with me. I also tried contacting agoda but didn't get the same as they said it will only be available from hotel. if you can do something in it please look into this.

Bed was comfortable even the single pillow was just right. The water dispenser was great dispensing fizzy, hot and cold water on each floor. Really nice touch. The AC was very effective and so quiet. Staff were lovely and all spoke really good English. Shower was huge and the soap lovely. Food in the restaurant was so yummy. For the price we paid i would score this hotel 11/10. I could not fault the place.

The tram noise overnight is heard in the bedroom which makes it difficult to sleep well.

The hotel was in the ideal location for us. Everywhere we wanted to go was no further than a 20 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even offering us recommendations on some places to visit for sightseeing, and for food and drink. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. We would definitely book and stay here again.

The room was clean but compared to the pictures on All Accor the toss cushions and the bean bag type of seating in the corner were missing. The reception could not fix an extension cord during our two night stay. The floor lamp did not work.

Regarding the furnishings shown on All Accor, the room features can vary depending on the category booked, and not all room types include the additional decorative cushions or the seating shown in other room categories. We understand, however, that the photographs can create certain expectations, and we appreciate you mentioning this. We are also sorry to hear about the difficulties with the extension cord and the floor lamp. We understand that having reported the issue to reception and still not having it resolved during a two-night stay was frustrating, it is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. My stay was very pleasant. the hotel is very convenient for the main sites in central Wroclaw as well as many restaurants and public transport stations. The availability of a water drinking fountain on each floor is a great idea.
