The hotel stuff is definitely great - I was arriving in the middle of the night but the lady at the reception desk was super nice and friendly. The guy next day while checking out was friendly as well as people at the bar. The hotel itself however needs some improvements. I was staying in room 612 and although it was generally ok the bathroom ceiling was slightly damaged and the fridge smelt rather unpleasantly. Knowing other Mercury facilities I would say that a stuff as well as guests deserve a better place

Disappointed. No hair dryer in the room?! No shelf in the shower for my own hair conditioner? (and no conditioner from the hotel, either - which is less of an issue, if I could use my own))

Dear Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Mercure Wrocław Centrum. I am sincerely sorry to learn that the comfort of your room did not fully meet your expectations. Please allow me to clarify that the room assigned to you corresponded to the booked category, namely our Classic room type. In this category, additional cosmetic amenities such as conditioner or body lotion are not part of the standard in-room equipment; these are available in our Privilege rooms, as described in detail in the room descriptions on our website. Regarding the hair dryer, I would like to kindly assure you that each room is equipped with one. This has been verified, and the device in your room was confirmed to be present and fully functional by our maintenance team. At the same time, please note that should our Guests require any additional amenities—such as extra cosmetics or an alternative hair dryer—we are always happy to provide them upon request at the reception. I am also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the absence of a shower shelf. This matter has already been reported to our technical manager with a request to consider installing additional shelving in the bathrooms. Our team truly regrets that these aspects affected your impression of the stay and hopes that, despite this, we will have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a more seamless experience in the future. The stay at the hotel was exceptionally good. The hotel has an excellent location, not far from the pedestrian zone, and there are public transport stops next to the hotel. The room was lovely, with an excellent view. Breakfast was varied, offering local food and products from local producers, which I greatly appreciate.
