The hotel was in the ideal location for us. Everywhere we wanted to go was no further than a 20 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even offering us recommendations on some places to visit for sightseeing, and for food and drink. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. We would definitely book and stay here again.

The room was clean but compared to the pictures on All Accor the toss cushions and the bean bag type of seating in the corner were missing. The reception could not fix an extension cord during our two night stay. The floor lamp did not work.

My stay was very pleasant. the hotel is very convenient for the main sites in central Wroclaw as well as many restaurants and public transport stations. The availability of a water drinking fountain on each floor is a great idea.

We just returned from Wroclaw. The hotel is highly recommended for not one, but several reasons. First and foremost, the warmth and professionalism of all the staff, always ready to help, especially Dominik and Aron at the reception, truly fantastic guys. The breakfast was fully satisfying for all tastes and had a wide selection. The room was clean and large enough for a comfortable stay, with a breathtaking view of the city center. The location was convenient for walking to all the capital's attractions. My wife, son, and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire Mercure Centrum staff for giving us the opportunity to have an unforgettable experience and a very pleasant vacation. Lovely experience, not being able to stream my phone screen to the tv (or Chromecast or something similar to watch youtube/Netflix or other streaming services) is not the best, I'd say this is the biggest problem

We fully understand that the ability to cast content from personal devices and access services such as YouTube or Netflix directly on the TV is a valuable convenience for today's travelers. At present, not all of our televisions offer this functionality, and we are aware that this can be disappointing for some Guests. As we currently do not provide this feature consistently across all rooms, we do not advertise it on our website to avoid creating expectations that cannot always be met. However, please be assured that upgrading our TV equipment is part of our future plans, and we hope to introduce more modern streaming capabilities as soon as possible. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We arrived late, and everything was ready for us; the beds were already made for the kids. Like they were waiting for us to arrive :), and the rooms and hallways were tidy. The breakfast was good. The location is top-notch. There is a mall adjacent to the hotel.

Our stay at Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations. We got an upgrade to our room free of charge, complementary natural juices from a partner of the hotel, extra pillows on request and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located right in front of a tram station so we got there by taking a bus from the airport and a tram for 3 more stations right from where the bus left us in the city center. At the end we went by Uber at the airport as it was pretty cheap (around 10 EUR) and the ride went smooth and only took 25 minutes on a week day. We definitely recommend it as a stay when visiting Wroclaw.

Perfect location in the very center of Wrocław. All major attractions are easily reachable on foot. The interior of the hotel and rooms features a very beautiful and interesting design. There is a perfect view from the windows overlooking the Church and Monastery of St. Adalbert. The breakfast is very good and rich in options. The parking is good, though a bit expensive.
