+ Good location - 5 minutes walk to old town. + Decent breakfast. - booked double bed/twin room, received single bed - probably the smallest single bed setup in the world of hotels. This issue may be caused by travel agent instead of the hotel, never confirmed. Couldn’t sleep well during my stay and hotel did not offer any upgrade or makeup option. - there are two elevators in the hotel, one of which was malfunctioning during the whole duration of my 3 nights stay. This created long queues and inconvenience to access my room and the lobby given that my room was situated on the 5th floor out of 6th floor building. I understood the issue with deactivating the elevator was due to safety reason but I have not seen anyone working to fix the situation and nor a pro-active communication to suggest when would it be fixed. - hotel staff was generally nice, though one of the nights I went to bar and asked for a bottle of water, she was there working but instead she told me that she is closing, she could have sold me the water instead decided not to. Not very solutions oriented. - in addition to small single bed setup of my room, the furniture seemed outdated.
