While it is indeed located in the shopping center next door, and pricing is not directly set by us, the rates are comparable to those typically found in the centers of larger cities. Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your seven-day stay. We are pleased to read that you found your room clean and well-appointed and enjoyed our breakfast offerings. Your kind remarks in these areas are sincerely appreciated. At the same time, we deeply regret that your final night did not reflect the overall quality of your stay. Please accept our apologies for the discomfort caused by the room temperature and for the inconvenience of the telephone not connecting to the Front Desk. This is certainly not the level of functionality and comfort we aim to provide. Both things have been reported to our technical team for verification and action. We are particularly sorry for the disturbance caused by the event taking place in our conference area. While occasional functions are part of our operations, ensuring our in-house Guests’ comfort remains our priority. As soon as the noise concern was reported in the evening, our Reception Team immediately offered you an alternative room so that you could rest peacefully. I am glad we were able to provide a practical solution at that moment, although I fully understand that the situation itself should not have impacted your sleep in the first place. Our Front Office Manager also appreciated the opportunity to speak with you personally the following morning and was grateful for your understanding. Nevertheless, please rest assured that we continuously review our event management procedures to better balance conference activities with the comfort of our Guests. We truly value that you chose to stay with us for a full week and hope that, despite the unfortunate final night, you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
