Had a great stay while we were there, rooms were comfortable and clean The only reason the room didn't get a 10 was the price changed from the original price given when we reserved, we selected the 'pay when you arrive' but hadn't realised the price could rise over that time. It wasn't a lot but not what we expected.

I am especially pleased to hear that you appreciated the warm and friendly service of our team and our standards of cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. I am sorry that we did not manage to obtain the highest rating. However, I assure you that the amount charged for your reservation at the hotel matches the price that is given for our hotel on the websites where you made the reservation. Our staff can always print a confirmation from the official website where you made the reservation. However, please bear in mind that the prices are given in Polish currency. When paying by card, our Guests choose whether to pay in their own currency or in the currency of our country (this is exactly the price that we have in our system and that our staff sees on all booking websites, consistent with the time of booking). When travelling, it is worth remembering that using an ATM or paying with a card to your account or credit card may involve currency conversion costs and is based on the current exchange rate - which may change. Additionally, the bank may charge a commission on foreign payments. Currency conversion also depends on the ATM or terminal operator and is settled as the so-called DCC, which is not always advantageous. Card payments while travelling may therefore involve a currency conversion commission, exchange rate differences and a fee for this operation, so it is worth checking with your bank to see what the most advantageous solutions are to reduce or avoid additional fees, and this is absolutely possible.
