Booked at short notice. Very nice property both in and out. Dark quiet corriedors in sleek design. Modern spacious room. Struggled a little with the modern type light switches. Took some getting used to. Team at the front desk and bar very friendly and professional. Dinner in the craft restaurant twice. Tasty food with a local twist. Service in the restaurant was outstanding. Location of the Hotel is pretty close to the centre. Just a short walk to the main market square.

Beautiful interior and garden, clean, comfortable beds, everyone friendly, great location. We used the sauna and the fitness room and loved it. Would have been awesome to have pool and the spa open more time during the week.

I was only there for a short time, but I am quite sure that it is by far the best hotel in Wroclaw. I can highly recommend this hotel and found it to be an extremely well maintained hotel with all the amenities you could wish for. The only negative thing I could say, is that the breakfast was quite crowded on Sunday, leading to a bit of a que in front of the restaurant.

Online check in / check out. Key drop off not working. Need to go thru the payment process. In the spa area the used towels where lying in the bin for over one day or more. The welcoming drinks are at Ibis level no more cocktails which is usual in 4 stars novotel or mercure. Printed Management welcoming card and not hand written as in Mercure or Novotel in Wroclaw. I can not comment on the breakfast as we did not enjoy it this time as the previous experience was not very satisfying. .
