The stay was overall good, the hotel has many amenities and the staff is generally helpful apart from one incidence at the very end. Upon checking out I was accused of not paying for the breakfast but I did pay. I payed with my credit card at the counter with a hotel staff the night before the breakfast. I am not sure what the confusion or mistake was but the person gave me a lot of attitude which I don't deserve. I genuinely tried to figure out what the mistake is but I was brushed off saying "it's okay" as if I've done this on purpose and they are letting me go with this. I would like for the manager to look into the matter and write me back personally with resolution and confirmation of my payment. I have payed at the front desk 2 times and have received the payment slips, but I didn't keep them. I payed on the night of 16.09.26 and the night of 18.09.26.

One issue: the temperature in the dry oak sauna should be 90 degrees (it’s even written on the door) and it is 70 degrees - not the first time. Also the cold showers in the sauna area don’t work perfectly

The Bridge Wroclaw - MGallery Collection is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The Junior Suite was spacious, extremely clean and had an excellent view. The technology in the room was also impressive. The spa was incredibly relaxing and the breakfast at Craft was delicious with may options.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location within Ostrów Tumski, making it a great base for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a wonderful view, which made our stay very comfortable. As a Platinum member, however, I felt that the welcome upon arrival could have been warmer and more attentive. In general, the staff did not come across as quite as warm and approachable as those we experienced during our stay at Tribe Krakow. The food at Craft was exceptionally good and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, we had an upsetting experience when drinks that we had never ordered were added to our bill. The bartender insisted that we had consumed them, and it took several attempts of explaining that we had not ordered the drinks before the charges were finally removed. While the issue was eventually resolved, having to repeatedly insist on something we knew we had not ordered was both disconcerting and disappointing. Aside from these issues, we had a pleasant stay. The excellent location, spacious and clean room, great view, and outstanding food at Craft were definite positives. With a warmer welcome and a more approachable service culture, as well as greater care in handling billing, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for your loyalty as a Platinum member. We are delighted to know that you appreciated our unique location in Ostrów Tumski, the comfort and cleanliness of your room and your dining experience at Craft. It is always rewarding to receive such positive recognition from our valued guests. At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you encountered during your stay, particularly regarding the service experience and the billing issue in the restaurant. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we regret any inconvenience caused. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate your trust in us and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back soon, providing the seamless and exceptional experience you rightfully expect.
