The woman at the reception with the glasses yesterday at 3pm spoke to me in a rude manner. It’s unacceptable just because I asked to take my luggage in a luggage room and she was told me in a rude way. No wait … I asked her in a polite way and she was doing something else and for no reason she answerd me in a rude way impolitely and stare me with aggressive manner .. it’s a shame

It’s just unfortunate that the staff isn’t professional enough to welcome the guest nor know how to treat the guests. My food was delivered at the reception as I was 5mins late and the staff behaved and yelled as if I have committed a crime despite apologizing three times she continues to yell and I’m not aware of the hotel policy so she could stay calm and say that rather than behaving as if she’s done some favor for me and I have committed a crime! This is just one of the experiences but it’s unfortunate that a chain like this hires and doesn’t train the staff properly

The Bridge is located right in the heart of the city, yet in a quiet neighborhood on Ostrów Tumski, near the cathedral and surrounded by other churches. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the market square. I highly recommend it.

Extremely good. Best experience. This was our third visit to The Bridge. We have booked for July also. Want to commend Jadwiya. Please excuse spelling error. She was awesome. A great advertisement for the hotel. One younger receptionist very dismissive and rude. We just avoided her and spoke to other lovely staff.
