I truly appreciate it when my loyalty to ALL is acknowledged and rewarded—thank you for making me feel valued. Our experience at this hotel was wonderful from the moment we arrived until the time we departed. The staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, always ready to assist. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the historic center, just steps from fascinating attractions and delicious restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was excellent with both buffet and à la carte options. All dishes were flavorful. The spa area is pleasant and offers a great view. Having stayed in several hotels in Wroclaw, I can confidently say that The Bridge stands out as my new favorite. Its comfortable rooms, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service made my stay memorable. I look forward to returning soon and experiencing it all again.

While the overall service was good, several aspects were disappointing for an establishment of this caliber. First, at the restaurant, I ordered a single dessert for two. The waiter asked if we would like to share it; I agreed, assuming he would simply provide an extra spoon. We were then served two separate plates. Given the small portions, we initially thought the dessert had been split in two. The waiter later apologized, admitting he had made a mistake and ordered two by accident. Upon payment, I realized both had been charged. While I did not protest, a gesture of goodwill should clearly have been expected from a 5-star establishment following a staff error. The room itself was very nice, though the view of a parking lot and a road left much to be desired. More importantly, there were several lapses in standards: the slippers provided were of poor quality and far too small (I wear a size 42 and could not even put them on), and the scales were out of batteries. In a luxury hotel, these details matter. Furthermore, I arrived at 11 PM for check-in, and the process took 5 minutes, which I find excessive just to sign a paper and be given a key card. To add to this, the employee's English was not very good, which made the interaction more difficult than it should have been for a high-end hotel. Finally, I had planned to book via Super for €107/night, but I chose to book directly on the Accor website for €131 to utilize the 'Best Price Guarantee.' Because the room names were not strictly identical between the two sites, my claim was denied. I found this lack of flexibility very disappointing. As a result, I will no longer book directly through Accor, as it is unnecessarily more expensive.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to The Bridge Wroclaw for orchestrating a memorable 50th wedding anniversary for my parents-in-law. While our stay had its challenges, the professionalism of several key staff members made a significant difference. The Planning & Atmosphere The pre-arrival coordination with Miss Emilia Miklus was outstanding. Her attention to detail—from the anniversary plaque to the room upgrade for my parents-in-law—was greatly appreciated. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is very impressive. Dining Excellence Craft Restaurant deserves a special mention. The breakfast was exquisite, particularly the à la carte items. Even during the busy weekend rush, the team remained professional and attentive. The Initial Setback As an Accor Diamond Member, I value the brand’s hospitality, which made the initial check-in a disappointing contrast. We had just completed a 13-hour flight from the other side of the globe, yet the service at the desk was cold. Despite our exhaustion and the fact that we were traveling with a young child, no luggage assistance was offered. Furthermore, there was no introduction to the facilities, leaving us feeling like a transaction rather than welcomed guests. The discovery of a leftover food container in our room's safe was also a significant oversight. The Recovery: Miss Anna However, Miss Anna handled the situation very well. She dealt with the room issue efficiently, arranged a change to an upgraded view, and ensured we were comfortable. Her genuine care was a much-needed improvement to our experience. A Professional Farewell Finally, our departure was handled very smoothly by Miss Kasia. Her professional, warm, and helpful attitude during check-out was exactly what we expect from a hotel of this caliber. She provided the kind of attentive service that leaves a positive final impression. Final Thoughts Loyalty is built on mutual respect between a guest and a brand. While the start was rocky, the efforts of Emilia, Anna, and Kasia ensured our family left with good memories. We look forward to seeing the service consistency improve in the future.
