The best thing about the hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff but the food is a let-down. We were part of a tour group of 35 and found the staff very accommodating and relaxed in not enforcing checking of room numbers at breakfast for example. However the drawback was good of a very mediocre standard both for the dinner buffet and the breakfast. The breakfast was especially disappointing as you had to work so hard to get your food, making the pancakes yourself and even having to cut up the chunky fruits yourself, sawing through the hard-shell melon for instance. Seniors especially struggle with juicing the fruits and vegetables and having to cut up everything yourself, not enjoyable when you're rushing for an early morning excursion. Otherwise the hotel is fine and room facilities good.

All good. One remark the separate toilet is tiny, and doors are opening in a dangerous way. In case of any incident (e.g. lost of conscious) it would be not possible to open the door from outside.

I just had a delicious breakfast and drank great coffee. I am Very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel. However, there is one more thing that complements this place. Waiter Łukasz🫶 is a wonderful person who greets guests in a completely natural way, wishes them a nice day and is very helpful. I wish all hotels in Poland have such gems among their staff!!! A very successful trip to Wrocław with my girlfriend. All thanks to the wonderful care from the hotel. Mrs. Gabrysia at the reception was a wonderful, very nice and helpful woman. Who provided us with fantastic care. The entire hotel did a great job, Mrs. Sylwia at the bar and the chefs preparing delicious meals. The hotel was clean and very well-kept
