The bathroom and toilet were very old and in a poor state; it was very loud to open/close the door. We have a baby, and that was very annoying. The quality of 3 different dinner dishes was bad, the children refused to eat

We are very sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly with regard to the condition of the bathroom, the noise caused by the door, and the quality of the dinner dishes. Please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort this caused, especially given that you were travelling with a baby. We would like to kindly note that we did not receive any report regarding the noisy or squeaking door during your stay. Whenever such issues are reported to our reception team, we always aim to respond immediately and resolve them as quickly as possible. Our technical team is present on-site and is available to assist promptly with any maintenance issues to ensure our guests’ comfort. Regarding your comments about the dinner experience, we would be grateful if you could provide more details about the specific dishes ordered. As the payment was made in cash, we are unfortunately unable to identify the exact bill connected to your stay. Additionally, no concerns were reported by our restaurant team during your visit. In order for us to properly investigate and improve both service and food quality, we would need to understand exactly what was consumed and when. We appreciate your comments regarding breakfast, Wi-Fi, check-out experience, and our team’s service. Staff, food, bed, room and the whole site was excellent. The only downside was the room was incredibly hot every night and sleeping was difficult. When I asked about air conditioning the staff said they are not allowed to turn it on at this time of year

During your stay, the system was still in heating mode, which unfortunately made it impossible to switch to air conditioning. Few challenges with invoicing system, which should be somehow solved. At least for foreigners if local guests managed by authorities.

Please note that the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) has been obligatory across Poland since April and applies uniformly to all businesses, regardless of the hotel or brand. As such, these procedures are regulated externally and remain the same across the entire market. We understand that this may be unfamiliar or inconvenient, especially for foreign guests, and we appreciate your understanding. A reception that is woefully inadequate to accommodate all guests. There are quite a lot of rooms and guests, but there is only one staff member at the reception. I had to wait a long time. Also, invoices are provided only via email.

Regarding invoices, please note that they are issued in accordance with current regulations and are sent electronically to the email address provided at check-in, which allows for faster and more efficient processing. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) has been introduced in Poland since April and applies uniformly to all hotels and companies, regardless of brand or chain. As such, this process is standardized and not dependent on the property itself.
