After carefully reviewing the situation with our housekeeping and laundry services, we can confirm that the sheets were changed after your first night. The stain in question was not blood, but rather rust or another type of mark, which we immediately addressed with our laundry service for further investigation. We deeply apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Should you have any other concerns, please feel free to reach out. Great time!! This is my second home, where i spend almost third of my year. Thanks to Ela, Justyna, Damgmara, Patryk and Łukasz I can feel as good as in my home. Most important thing for me is to eat appropriately to my glutenfree diet and Im never leaving hungry :)
