I was most impressed with the manager of the hotel. I had a little complaint after my first night. The way it was addressed left me feeling like a very special guest. I will definitely stay at Novotelu in the future. I hope they are all managed as well as the one in Wroclaw.

Stayed with family. This time in the room had inconvenient sofa bed. It was bumpy, hard and narrow, smaller sheets were also not good. I wish it was more flat and wider and little softer. Other than sofa it is very comfortable hotel, little far from city center, but there is a good parking and if visiting Wroclaw by a car, very good location.

Staff, food, bed, room and the whole site was excellent. The only downside was the room was incredibly hot every night and sleeping was difficult. When I asked about air conditioning the staff said they are not allowed to turn it on at this time of year

Few challenges with invoicing system, which should be somehow solved. At least for foreigners if local guests managed by authorities.

A reception that is woefully inadequate to accommodate all guests. There are quite a lot of rooms and guests, but there is only one staff member at the reception. I had to wait a long time. Also, invoices are provided only via email.
