It was an amazing experience for my family and I. I must say that Novotel, Wroclaw completely exceeded my expectations. Here are few points that stood out for me: 1. Children Play Area both within indoor and outdoor. My son cannot stop talking about his new friends. 2. The warm welcome from reception and continuously ready to help. 3. Stayed with family. This time in the room had inconvenient sofa bed. It was bumpy, hard and narrow, smaller sheets were also not good. I wish it was more flat and wider and little softer. Other than sofa it is very comfortable hotel, little far from city center, but there is a good parking and if visiting Wroclaw by a car, very good location.

A reception that is woefully inadequate to accommodate all guests. There are quite a lot of rooms and guests, but there is only one staff member at the reception. I had to wait a long time. Also, invoices are provided only via email.

I want to make it clear that the staff were great. However we had 2 main issues: 1) Zl 49 to park on the outskirts of Wroclaw when inner city car parks are cheaper and streets close the hotel are free is ridiculous. 2) The noise was horrific. Children running up and down corridors at all hours, other rooms partying with other rooms. Numerous rooms and guests complained about the behaviour of certain rooms and although security spoke to them it didn't stop. They should have been kicked out.

While our monitored, on-site parking offers monitoring and easy access, guests are always free to choose alternative options in the area. As for the noise, we sincerely apologize for the disturbance. Although we did not receive other noise reports that night, we fully believe such situations may have occurred. Weekends are particularly busy during the Christmas Market period, but this should never affect the comfort of our guests. We take every report seriously, our security intervenes when needed, and in cases of rule violations we can discontinue the service or offer a quieter room when available. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and will review the matter with our reception team.
