convenient location, but the hotel is very old, tired, and not renovated. The rooms and corridors look like a hostel. A lot of details should be repaired and renovated. If you are staying just for sleep - this is OK, but if you need more - not recommended. Staff OK - but could be much better.

Very nice service with great passion performed by Mr Lukasz. I recommend that place for nice stay. In addition very good cuisine with polish traditional dishes served in pleasant surroundings where you can meet very interesting people ;)

We stayed at the exact same novotel a couple of years ago and it was really great, staff were nice, facilities were really good, it felt like a rare family focused hotel. This time we were back and it was very different.

Very nice stay with a good price. As always decent breakfast and clean rooms. Although hotel is in the city centre there was no issue coming from traffic. Service was excellent and mr Marek from reception is the nicest guy I’ve ever met. I would recommend anyone that needs to stay in Wrocław.
