Very helpful and polite staff. Great breakfast, very convenient location. Cold water in the corridor available at all times, nice touch with a pitcher being available in the room that one could refill and keep in the fridge. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The bedsheet barely covered the mattress, which was quite worn, and the bed squeaked with even slight movement. The room phone was dirty and greasy, and the hairdryer was in the same condition and didn't even work properly.

Quiet location, opposite the train station and a short walk into the town centre. Checked in online via Accor app prior to arrival so obtaining our room key was quick & easy. Amazing breakfast - lots of hot & cold options

Inside the room it was 18 degrees... so cold that it took whole night to increase it. Bed quality was poor very uncomfortable. Breakfast was 9/10, just coffee was not so great.

I suggest checking the bathroom as it was quite a smell from the pipes, I assume. This odour was indeed hard to put up and in case of longer stay I would change the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a holiday across Poland. The location was perfect for our travel needs, close to the train and bus stations. Lovely, large room with interesting decor, great breakfast with choices clearly labelled for vegetarians. Easy walk to the Old Town centre.

I really enjoyed the stay. Staff was very helpful in my issue. The location is great and very convenient. Breakfast service great to the price. I was impressed with water pressure since I had issues with it in Mercure Hotel near Dominikanska Gallery. The only small issue I had was with the firmness of the beds. They are veeeery hard. Would appreciate at least an option of adding a foam topper.
