Hotel did not reply for nearly a month to my email until I asked them during the check out if they received it. 3 off employees confirmed that they did. I blamed manager for lack of care and control. I asked for manager to reply back, which I did. I have been accused for being rude to reception by Ms Kamila Cieslik, which is a true lie and not true. I highlighted that I blame management for lack of control and poor management, not the reception.It is not down me to to judge who does what in the hotel,hence it is manager's fault. I was also told to be polite, which I was towards the reception and two other colleagues, however Ms Kamila in her email blamed myself for the whole situation and passed the bucket. In her reply she did not apologise at all, which I find as very rude and unprofessional and also did not explain the reason, why my email was left unattended since 27/2. All I wanted was to extend the stay so I could have a proper sleep after long journey and check in at night.Instead of having a good sleep and breakfast I left the hotel without having a breakfast and early,because I was worried that I will oversleep. Hotel is good and in good location and breakfasts based on previous stays, however people who work there looks like do not care/pay attention. If something goes wrong, you may not receive reply as you would expect. Why I did not receive apologies and explanation as requested is the question to the hotel management.

Excellent location with convenient access to trains, shopping malls, and major sightseeing attractions. The stay was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.
