Breakfast was good as always; reasonable choice, good area for seating, seemed to be plenty of everything available. Room was clean and presented as well the space allowed. Bed Comfortable. Towels were clean although quite thin and worn and needing replacement. Sadly the bad drain smells were evident in the shower room, this is a persistent issue at the hotel over the last 2 years I have visited. Not sure if it is the water traps which are not performing the purpose or it comes through another way?

We believe our breakfast buffet offers a varied selection of quality dishes that cater to all tastes such as freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh Belgian waffles, bread, croissants, yogurt, cheese, Italian bacon, chicken fillet, eggs, sausages and beans, as examples. We regret that you were not completely satisfied in this respect. Can we ask you to inform us about your disappointment? However, we are always open to further suggestions on how we might further improve your breakfast experience on your next visit. I had the most disagreeable experience of my car being removed from a public parking spot early morning due to local market taking place every Monday, even when accidentally on a public holiday ... I would have appreciated a warning from the hotel staff to prevent this from happening. However staff was very helpful and friendly upon helping me tackle this unfortunate issue ...

It was on the whole a pleasant stay. The firmness of the new beds were great. However the mattress slips of the frame underneath if you are a active sleeper. Nice breakfast.

The hall lights directly outside my room filtered into my room through the door cracks and disturbed me. However, the most annoying thing was that the poor design of the hot/cold mixer tap and washbasin. I had to turn through cold to reach the hot water and the water would only come out with such force that it splashed out of the washbasin - very poor design. The lift was also out of operation.

This was my first stay with IBIS. I would like to take this moment to appreciate Sara and whole ibis Kortrijk team who made our stay comfortable alongwith a 2.5 yrs old toddler. Although room size was small which made me uncomfortable a bit initially and I looked for other hotels nearby but I decided to stay back just only because of the hospitality and warmth I felt with IBIS Kortrijk team. Breakfast buffet was great as well. My last day was made wonderful by Sara when I was allotted same but bigger room which I was expecting since beginning but I understand it's about availability of rooms as well. Thank you again!

Very helpful and friendly reception at check-in. Everything explained clearly in English - truly appreciate it. Helped us with late-checkout, too - thank you!! Room was comfortable as expected with the premium. Lovely breakfast with wide variety of items - the fresh orange juice was so nice to have!! Coffee was great, too!! Stayed with Ibis many times, and this one was up to the standard for sure. We would recommend and return.

The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. However, there are maintenance problems with the room and the housekeeping is poor.
