The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and the room was what I would expect from an Ibis. The only real negative is that the walls are quite thin, so I could hear a lot of other guests in my room. I should have realized that would be the case when I saw the complimentary earplugs sitting on the desk.

Overall, the experience at the hotel very good, the online experience beforehand was not great as we could not check in on line or view our booking as having constant technical issues.
