We had an excellent stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location and easy parking in a nearby carpark.

Ibis hotel same as many others I've stayed in. Main bedroom recently repainted but bathroom needs attention.

Our commitment to offering a restful night's sleep is a priority, and we are pleased it met your expectations. We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our guests' comfort is of the utmost importance to us, and we understand the significance of maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness. We acknowledge that the condition of the bathroom in room 331 needs addressing and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will ensure a thorough review of our maintenance procedures to enhance our guest experience. Furthermore, we recognize that the sense of space is important to our guests, and we regret that the first room did not meet this expectation due to the frosted glass window. We will certainly take this into consideration going forward. Nonetheless, we would like to remind you of our hotel's prime location in the heart of Kortrijk, with convenient access to local shops, restaurants, and the railway station, all within walking distance. Well most of the time bit the weekend. The festival beside the hotel was a hell. It was impossible yo sleep till 4:30. I wanted to change room but I was told it was impossible.
