Nous sommes ravis que l’hôtel vous ait plu, même si nous prenons bien en compte vos remarques concernant le besoin de rafraîchissement. Les parties communes ont été rénovées début 2024, et les chambres vont bientôt se refaire une beauté pour offrir encore plus de confort. En ce qui concerne la qualité de la viande, nous sommes quelque peu étonnés par votre retour, car c\'est la première fois que cette remarque nous est faite. Cette observation sera remontée à nos fournisseurs, soigneusement sélectionnés par notre groupe Accor, afin de garantir la qualité de nos plats. Please be assured that we understand your concerns—these choices were made for safety and practical reasons in the context of a specific event, but we remain attentive to our guests’ experience and the image we convey. Additionally, information about the height restriction in our parking area is clearly communicated prior to arrival. Regarding Sunday evening dining, we regret that our restaurant’s closure may have limited your options. Your comments have received our full attention. Regarding the room, we regret that certain elements were not satisfactory. We have noted your observations about the courtesy tray, the bathroom layout, and the condition of the extra pillow packaging, and will forward these points to the relevant teams for improvement. Concerning the courtesy tray, please note that individual milk portions are no longer provided in the rooms, as their packaging does not comply with the CSR standards set out in the Accor Group’s eco-friendly charter. However, our team remains at your disposal and will be happy to serve you some milk and offer you our tea selection at the bar. As for breakfast, our choice to offer loose-leaf tea reflects a commitment to quality and sustainability. However, we understand this may not suit all guests. Our staff is always available to assist with any request (tea filters, individual teabags, milk, etc.) to ensure a pleasant breakfast experience. We also regret that the elevator felt unstable to you. It is regularly inspected to ensure the safety of all guests, but we will share your feedback with our service provider. Regarding the staircase, your safety suggestion is appreciated and will be taken into consideration. Lastly, regarding parking, while our website states that it is “subject to availability,” we understand that the lack of available spaces may have caused frustration.
