The staff were very helpful, and being able to use the car park was very useful. It's tight, but my car was suitable and I preferred it to parking on a street.

Regarding sound insulation, please be assured that we have taken all possible measures to limit noise as much as possible. However, our hotel is located in a historic listed building, full of character and authenticity. While this gives the property its unique charm, it may also involve a few inconveniences that modern buildings, often lacking this historic character, do not experience. just one minute off grand place (direct metro connection to Lille train stations), 5 minute walking from La Piscine museum, 10 minutes to outlet mall, 10 min to train station. - beautiful lobby and restaurant. room was a bit basic, but newly renovated and clean. comfy bed. breakfast was ok. - staff very nice. - I would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons réservé pour une nuit, de passage à Roubaix sans connaître cette ville. L’hôtel est d’un haut niveau architectural avec des pièces de réception avec un grande hauteur sous plafond. Pour le reste, c’est un hôtel Mercure de centre ville.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le cachet architectural de notre établissement ainsi que la qualité de l’accueil assuré par notre équipe, à laquelle nous ne manquerons pas de transmettre vos compliments. Concernant le parking, celui-ci était malheureusement indisponible lors de votre venue en raison d’inondations causées par un fort orage. Par mesure de sécurité, nous avons dû en bloquer temporairement l’accès. Vous mentionnez également la fermeture du restaurant le dimanche soir. Celle-ci est bien précisée sur notre site ainsi que sur l’ensemble de nos canaux de réservation. En alternative, nous proposons une sélection d’assiettes froides sur place. Si cette offre ne convient pas, notre équipe de réception reste bien entendu disponible pour vous recommander des établissements ouverts à proximité. Enfin, s’agissant de l’environnement extérieur à l’hôtel, celui-ci ne relève pas de notre responsabilité directe. Passage dans la région j'ai cherché une hébergement d'une nuit. Ayant déjà séjourné dans cette même établissement il y a 15 ans, j'ai réservé avec confiance. Mais ces 15 ans n'ont pas passé sans laissé de trace, plutôt le temps était figé. Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est et probablement reste correct mais les 4 étoiles ne sont plus méritées, le prix demandé n'est pas justifié.

Notre hôtel évolue constamment afin de mieux satisfaire notre clientèle, tout en conservant le caractère de ce bâtiment chargé d’histoire.
