Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la qualité de notre petit déjeuner, la literie, la propreté de votre chambre ainsi que l’accueil réservé par notre équipe. Concernant le parking, il est vrai que son accès peut être délicat pour certains véhicules. Lors d’un prochain séjour, n’hésitez pas à solliciter notre équipe afin que nous puissions vous orienter vers une solution alternative à proximité. En ce qui concerne l’attribution de votre chambre, nous avons privilégié une chambre côté cour afin de vous garantir un maximum de calme. Nous sommes ravis que l’hôtel vous ait plu, même si nous prenons bien en compte vos remarques concernant le besoin de rafraîchissement. Les parties communes ont été rénovées début 2024, et les chambres vont bientôt se refaire une beauté pour offrir encore plus de confort. En ce qui concerne la qualité de la viande, nous sommes quelque peu étonnés par votre retour, car c\'est la première fois que cette remarque nous est faite. Cette observation sera remontée à nos fournisseurs, soigneusement sélectionnés par notre groupe Accor, afin de garantir la qualité de nos plats.
