Had slight trouble finding the hotel but once there was extremely satisfied. The welcome was great and the room although basic was clean and comfortable. Had a good shower and also a good nights sleep, waking refreshed. Would use again.

Excellent reception.excellent breakfast staff, excellent bar staff Rooms a bit dated Coffee and tea facilities much to be desired Paper cups and just two milk portion and wooden stirrer for a suite offer Maybe have the free coffee and tea offer which is offered in several of your other hotels Extra pillows have no pillow cases ! Not very hygienic Evening buffet needs to be revalued I had to drive to get a meal ,shame as I was hungry working all day This is a fair feedback

The staff was very friendly, but the room was small (especially the desk), and charging extra for basic amenities like a kettle really feels cheap, even if the hotel wasn’t the cheapest.

We found the hotel easily but I was a little confused about the parking. Local businesses, I assume, were occupying most of the spaces in the area. I eventually found a space immediately in front of reception! Reception, with our dog, was very efficient and pleasant as was the bar/restaurant service. The outside terrace was a bonus. We went for a walk to relax and, almost by accident, found the rose gardens etc (very pretty) as well as a local bar (Chips) where the owner and others made us feel very welcome. The buffet dinner was decent but it does mean nothing is cooked to order.

Located on a business park, which makes it a good stay for a night or so when on business in the area. Can't imagine having to stay here too long with a family. Excellent breakfast though for a hotel in this class, haven't seen this before.

This was the second year I have stayed at Ibis Styles Kortrijk Expo as a base for the Spring Classics. The rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet.The staff are very helpful. The addition of an optional dinner buffet last Saturday night and the expansion of the drinks menu to include local beers was most welcome.

Despite welcoming staff and a genial ambience there was a mix-up with my booking where I paid twice for the same room. Neither the hotel or Accor have responded to my communications. I’m unlikely to use Accor again, despite being a regular customer.
