Room/bathroom in terrible condition

I booked my room directly with the Accor website. Upon checkin I was allocated room 608. The bathroom was full of mould and wall was peeling off. The bathtub looked dirty. After complaint at the reception, I was given room 101 (very small) and very basic. On the following day I was moved to a room at the 12th floor which was ok. Very disappointed with the standard of rooms at this hotel.

All staff were nice and accommodating. However there seemed to be spots of mold in the bathroom and damage to the room.

- Sliding window for the first room I had was unable to lock, plus air conditioner was making a lot of noise. So, I requested to change the room as the repairman was not available to fix at that time. The new room was okay. - The receptionist has not fluent in English. - The receptionist should have informed us that there was no free drinking water provided in the room. The drinking water cost 12 reais per bottle. - Housekeeping threw away my personal stuff in the bathroom. - Laundry bag should be provided in the room without any request as I need to request the bag almost every time I need to use the service. - Staff was trying to speak in English, which was nice!
