I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at one of your properties. As a Gold member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, I have always expected a certain standard of service and quality. Unfortunately, this experience fell significantly below those expectations. During my stay, I encountered multiple hygiene and housekeeping issues: 1. Unclean utensils – The knife provided was visibly dirty, with food residues still on it. This raises serious concerns regarding hygiene standards. I have attached photos for your reference. 2. Bathroom amenities not replenished – The shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty upon my arrival, indicating that the room was not properly checked by housekeeping before being assigned. These issues reflect a lack of basic quality control and significantly impacted my stay. For a brand of Accor’s standard, and especially as a loyal Gold member, this is quite disappointing. I kindly request: - An explanation of how these issues occurred - Immediate corrective actions to prevent recurrence - An appropriate gesture of goodwill to compensate for the inconvenience caused I look forward to your prompt response.

Excellent staff, good structure but windows don’t have good soundproof quality. Parking is awful! It took one time more than 20 minutes for our car to be delivered.

During check-in, the front desk staff was listless and unresponsive. I asked for toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving cream, and was told they were already in the room, but I found nothing there. When I went to the front desk again in the evening to request these items, I was told they had none available and was told to buy them myself outside—this is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. As for the room condition, it felt like staying in a basement. I’m only grateful there was a TV and one small window. I cannot believe this is a premium hotel under the Accor brand.
