I recently stayed in Room 306 at your hotel, and I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. While there were positive aspects, several issues significantly impacted my stay. Cons: 1. Noise: The air conditioner, or another source, caused excessive noise during the night, making it difficult to sleep. 2 . Key Card Issues: The electronic key card repeatedly needed reconfiguration—at least five times during my four-day stay. It was particularly frustrating to return after a long day of work and be unable to access my room. On one occasion, the issue occurred immediately after breakfast. 3 - Breakfast: While the breakfast was adequate, the bread seemed to be from the previous day. Given the proximity of a 24-hour bakery nearby, I had hoped for fresher options. 4 - Shower: The bathtub appeared to be clogged, leading to water pooling around my feet during showers. This was unpleasant. 5. Room Condition: Room 306 is in urgent need of renovation, as the overall condition was not up to expectations. Pros 1. Staff: Your staff were outstanding. The front desk team was exceptionally helpful, spoke excellent English, and were always friendly and approachable. Their professionalism was the primary reason I chose to stay despite the issues. 2. Location: The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback. I hope you’ll consider addressing these concerns to enhance future guest experiences.

The hotel is situated in a nice area in Curitiba. The rooms are nice, good internet connection, very nice breakfast with good fresh options (although the espresso machines were not working properly).
