The experience was good, rooms are big. We used the parking which was a third party but the hotel said they take the responsability. When we checked out they were unable to find the key of the car for more than 30mins and no one responded to our questions of where was the car. It was a very uncomfortable moment and no one from the hotel showed up to provide an explanation.

Solid property and good location. Minor finishing issues in recently refurbished room. Toilet seat was loose, would fall when it was raised. Bathroom tap is loose. Paint marks and other miscellaneous black marks on bathroom ceiling, dead bugs. AC didn’t work well. When I checked in the display said it was 27 degrees in the room. I left the AC running for two days and it still hadn’t got to 21 degrees on the display. Very hot! DND sign was missing from room had to request one twice before it was provided.

Some renewing and deep cleaning wouldn’t do any bad to the building. Our windows clearly hadn’t been cleaned on the outside for months. Bathroom a bit smelly and outdated, not what I expected from a Grand Mercure.

Let’s start with the fact that the staff does not speak English, or make any attempt to communicate properly with you, we can continue with a bad smell all over the hotel, the lack of room service the fact that I’ve been there for three days, and they only came one time to change the sheets and they didn’t manage to change the sheets. They just basically turn them around all the way to the fact that there is a full on. Ight club in the lobby so if your floor 8 and down your night is done, very basic gym Milano or any other type of facilities No massage The floor is crappy and low quality And the breakfast (get this ) is20$!!!! Yep 20$ for shit Service and food Do yourself a favor Find. Different hotel
