Excellent staff, good structure but windows don’t have good soundproof quality. Parking is awful! It took one time more than 20 minutes for our car to be delivered.

During check-in, the front desk staff was listless and unresponsive. I asked for toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving cream, and was told they were already in the room, but I found nothing there. When I went to the front desk again in the evening to request these items, I was told they had none available and was told to buy them myself outside—this is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. As for the room condition, it felt like staying in a basement. I’m only grateful there was a TV and one small window. I cannot believe this is a premium hotel under the Accor brand.

the room was not very nice to start with. The A/C did not work so they moved me to another room that was in worse shape still with no A/C.
