My mother and I stayed at the Grand Mercure Curitiba for a few nights, not knowing the area at all. The staff was so wonderful and so very helpful, especially Tyna and Jean. We felt so welcome, which is a really nice feeling when you don't know the language of the country you're visiting.

i got room number 802 and the maintenance conditions were really poor. Honestly nothing to do with a supposed 5 starts hotel .... rather a 3 superior.

As part of team training we will reinforce actions to guarantee the all brand standards and the quality of our services specially in housekeeping and maintenance. A new refurbish will be made during this year to improve structure (room and bathroom) and new furniture / electronic equipments. We already have 70 new rooms.
