Let’s start with the fact that the staff does not speak English, or make any attempt to communicate properly with you, we can continue with a bad smell all over the hotel, the lack of room service the fact that I’ve been there for three days, and they only came one time to change the sheets and they didn’t manage to change the sheets. They just basically turn them around all the way to the fact that there is a full on. Ight club in the lobby so if your floor 8 and down your night is done, very basic gym Milano or any other type of facilities No massage The floor is crappy and low quality And the breakfast (get this ) is20$!!!! Yep 20$ for shit Service and food Do yourself a favor Find. Different hotel

I was disappointed with my room. Everything was very old including the smell in the room. I couldn’t take shower because the water was crazy hot or crazy cold - I tried to balance the water but all my tries used to fall apart in a second when the water gets hot or cold again. I spent 20 mins and ended up with going bed without taking shower indeed. There was no complimentary water in the room that is ridiculous for the hotel chain they used to be.

The hotel is well located in Downtown, has a very good breakfast. My room was on the first floor, it was dusty, the floor and desk. The windows were double, although the first window was possible to open the second was firmly closed. It wasn’t possible to have fresh air in the room. The bathroom had no window or ventilation. I used the sauna (70*C) it was good but small(1 or 2 persons) No pool in this hotel. The jacuzzi was against costs. I took the massage against cost and it was excellent.

I was surprised (shocked) that breakfast is not included with the accommodation. The bathroom facilities are a bit older, and the shower is not working properly. The homestay price is high if you look benefits x costs

Receptionist didn't find a solution to make a check in at 13:00 even paying, spa was closed without being informed, Japanese restaurant was terrible (my girlfriend had a stomach ache with trouffle sashimi). I would not select your hotel anymore
