Checkin fast and helpful Spacious and renew room , shower is good, amenities could be better, as a platinum member. Also didn’t offer an upgrade room and left any complementary offer. Hotel restaurant is very good also the breakfast. I don’t receive the invoice from restaurant service also the points related of this spend.

Good stay and well predisposed staff. Excellent breakfast. Room cleaning should be improved, as there was some dirt from the shoes in the floor that was not cleaned. Also, bathroom and coffee was not replaced.
