A colleague was helping me with check in and taking luggage to my room. The car park attendant tried twice to take their car keys and charge for this time period. Check in took a long time due to an issue with the hotel systems. Lack of flexibility by the hotel to change the booking to include breakfast, with additional costs included.

Checkin fast and helpful Spacious and renew room , shower is good, amenities could be better, as a platinum member. Also didn’t offer an upgrade room and left any complementary offer. Good stay and well predisposed staff. Excellent breakfast. Room cleaning should be improved, as there was some dirt from the shoes in the floor that was not cleaned. Also, bathroom and coffee was not replaced.
