I just rated 8 because the hygienic shower did not have a trigger. How is one supposed to use that without a trigger!?!? Except for that, the experience was amazing. The breakfast was just superb!!!

It´s a nice hotel however, as I was on the 2nd floor, the noise of the cars was a little loud. Maybe invest in some soundproof windows...

The staffing is always great! The rooms need urgent improvements as the one we were in had mold and small spiders. The curtains were full of mold and it was hard to breathe overnight.

The whole staff is very friendly and amazingly helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and with great selection of everything. So delicious. Great and safe location with bus stop near, gym, park. Great neighborhood. Food at the restaurant is amazing. Try the pizzas and canja. Staff is amazing ( Regiane, Danieli, Jonathan, Vitor, Guilherme and Specially Cristiano o Cris made so unique and special. Can’t wait to come back.
