It was just OK. We did expect more, especially regarding staff readiness and awareness. Hotel needs some renewal and better cleaning. Elevators are horrible, slow and outnumbered given the number of floors. It takes ages to get in and out of the unit. Which also needs better cleaning. Gym is bad, old weights and no proper spaces to use. Overall would not recommend or book again.

Everything was fine except for the cleaning details. Upon arrival, I found the room with grass on the carpet. The trash cans were not emptied every day of my stay.
