Not value for money at all

I received a lot of feedback emails but they didn't give me room nights and points. The hotel is not very clean, and there are few portable facilities provided. There are no slippers, no toothbrushes, and the shampoo bottle is broken. The balcony is very small and there is no laundry service.

The hotel was fine, however the rooms are missing some basic services: My room did not have a luggage stand. When I asked at reception if I could get one brought to the room, I was told that they were not able to locate a spare one. My suitcase was therefore lying on the floor throughout my stay. This was rather inconvinient. Also, duringb check-in in the evening I asked for an iron and an ironing board. The evening shift told me that housekeeping was no longer in the hotel and I needed to ask again in the morning. When I did that the next day I only received an iron. The staff memner told me that the hotel does not have ironing boards. Veru inconvinient to iron shirts and trousers on the bed.... as said: basic services missing.

stay was great, the receptionist Yumi was very kind, fast and attentive. The room was good, the restaurant was enough and some good options , the room service is very nice... my stay was excellent!!

As a traveler from a foreign location, it was disappointing to see some services missing and lack of suggestions to offset these services.
