Everything was perfect. I would only add two comments. 1 - Breakfast starts only at 7.. Ideally it would have to start at 6:30 .. I could not have breakfast as the city tours picked me at 7am in the hotel. 2- Parking is paid. Its not that expenisve but its paid.

Old accomodations with no acoustic isolation. I heard lots of noisy coming from the streets by the hotel. I had allergies problems, probably due to the air-conditioning not being clean. All of those resulted in a bad night of sleep. On the other side, good breakfast and good staff experience.

I stayed in this hotel for many many times in the last 3 years, and I started noticing in a slowly way how the service and general support is going down. During the last trip, two times (different days) I had to ask for towels for my bathroom, something I consider essential and basic. The gim has a watter machine but no cup or glass. I already ask my agent to book somewhere else in Curitiba. I travel there every 3 months.

Hospedagem em geral boa. Apartamentos com bom tamanho. Café da manhã variado, mas senti falta de opções regionais como em outros hotéis da rede. No check-in fomos trocados de quarto sem sermos informados, e aí ao chegar no quarto não tinha o brinde de boas vindas pelo status Gold. Só entregaram depois que eu perguntei. Ou seja, falta de atenção nos detalhes que sempre me fizeram escolher a Accor.
