I thought we were making a reservation at the Ibis in Curitiba, but clicked on an offer without knowing it was at Novotel. Making that more clear would have been helpful, but in the end, was inconsequential. Our room was very nice, and the hotel staff was friendly, courteous and efficient.

I got a terrible experience. An alarm went off inside the room at 4:00 in the morning with no reason. That is ridiculous.

Loved the quality of the service. The rooms were so comfy, modern, and cozy. Tasty breakfast with lots of options, just a bit chaotic because the espace wasn’t so big. But overall, it was a really good stay!

Very good facilities. New Hotel. Cordial staff. All good. The only point to be considered as negative is the prices from the restaurant. I live in NYC and it is cheaper to eat in Manhattan than asking a club sandwich or burger in the hotel... makes no sense.

new and good facilities, but poor wifi, bad sound-proofing

Bed is good, room is new, nice that there is no carpet. Wifi connection is really bad, keep disconnecting and I need to re-log in every time. It is even not working when it shows connected. Maybe it is because my room is the furthest one, but stable and workable wifi is super important. There is no iron in the room, there is only an iron room in the whole building. There is no water boiler, no coffee or tea bags in the room. Need to ask the restaurant to bring pot of hot water to the room and the pot is really small. I think it is basic to have iron and water boiler in each room, especially a business hotel. Sometimes the lady in the restaurant cannot speak English, need reception to be the translator.

Generally ok, points to note: - my room did not have a coffee or team maker usually the hotels I stay with Mercure in SP provided complementary water, this hotel did not. the bathroom amenities insufficient.
