For some reason and without telling me during check-in, I was assigned to a room for handicapped people (I´m not). That´s ok, I don´t mind, but three times during the night (1am, 3:30am and 4:30am) and again at 6:30am, some of the emergency device started to beep. That made impossible to get good rest. Only in the morning while taking a shower I was able to find the source of the beeping: the emergency toggle button on the bathroom. No, I didn´t call the front desk, I hoped it was nothing and tried to get back to sleep. Had I call the reception, and someone had come to the room, I would have lost the sleep. Guys: if you install emergency devices, please make sure you check them regularly. I had a terrible night. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, well located and the breakfast is very complete.

Hi guys, your gym is small, even with little number of people, there is no space to exercise. And very little sort of equipments too... but your restaurant is pretty good and staff are great.

My family and I had a great experience during our stay in Curitiba, from the booking process, reception, accommodation, rooms, cleaning, organization, breakfast, restaurant, parking, etc... Everything was very well organized and the staff was very well trained and attentive. Our only observation is that there are four of us in the family, two adults and two children; ideally, we could all stay together in the same room. Thanks.
