This Ibis unit has very old installations: inside the rooms, everything looks old. It needs a total reform.

Nice location near best places and shopping. Clean room but need renovation because it is a quiet old. Average breakfest with not to much assortments. Quick check-in and check-out with friendly staff !!

Bathroom had rest of other people’s hair; sink was clogged; bottom rock of the shower was broken; the mattress was awful; paint on the walls was old and we could see old repairs; price was too high for a hotel in such conditions. Only advantage was the location.

The hotel was going through remodeling and the noise disturbed my work a bit. Also, my the rubber around my window was cracked, so a lot of noise from outside came in. Besides the two issues, the stay was as always in a IBIS.

The staff of the hotel is very kindly and supported me when I faced problems. However, the main reason that make me to give a negative rate, is because I needed to replace the key card of my apartment for 4 times. In the last time an employee of the reception follow me until the room and explained me the door was not working properly and I advised me to use a lot of force to open the it.

Hello, Everything on the hotel was great, except the acoustic isolation on the bedroom. I could hear all the conversation of a neighbor room up to long time during night. It was difficult to sleep and also if the lady would be talking about something confidential It would be a big problem because I could hear everything very clear. I propose that you improve all the rooms or at least offer better acoustic isolation for guests that needs that.

Hotel has a great location and good value for money. Everytime I go to Curitiba I stay there. Staff is always nice and friendly, the restaurant is at a nice building. Rooms are always clean, WiFi works just fine

It was our very first time traveling with our baby. The staff was all very attentive and friendly. I am a regular at Ibis or Mercure however this time we felt something going above and beyond. Well done to the girls at reception at the check in and the bfast team.

The hotel could offer smartphone battery charger. The room did not have extra blankets in place. I had to require by the phone and go downstairs to take them at around 2 a.m.
