Helpful staff, clean room, easy parking, comfortable bed, what else could I ask for? ... answer: a covered path from parking to lobby, luckily it didn't rain. :)

Bad stay...the room was in poor conditions and services in Hotel were lower than my expectation. In times of Coronavirus the hotel services were not able to make good services, eg: kitchen services

As usual all staff extremely nice and hotel clean and very pleasant stay The restaurant was one of my complaints, the new dinner buffet I believe is a result of that and I congratulate and thank for your attention. Needs to improve a little more, but you need my congratulations

Very good hotel, better than regular Ibis for the same price

As always it was a very pleasant experience to stay on Ibis, this time a little bit better than usual. Only issue was related to not being able to pay my stay using fidelity points I have, but this is due to Accor systems and not the hotel itself.

All the people that works at this hotel is extremely friendly and do everything they can to make our stay feeling at home at the same time with a hotel service. The negative point is the restaurant that is terrible, the menu a La Carte do not give variation of plates for choice and THE TIME TO BRING A HAMBURGER WAS 1:10 Hours during my last visit and dinner !! McDonald's, Burger King and other similar ones, would be in bankruptcy in one week if they take this time to serve an hamburger. Other day the lettuce was terrible, they should feel shame to even have such quality of lettuce in their kitchen. I'm guest of this hotel even before its inauguration, when they were still training all employees, I like it very much, but be sure that the last two stays I even did think to change the hotel for another one mostly because I stay tehre minimum twice a month for 3 days !!!
