The room is clean despite being small, the housekeeping staff is great. Front Desk though should really agree on the instructions they give guests. We were given different directions about our checkout time that almost disrupted our schedule.

Staff was decent, breakfast was good, laundry was expensive and our 1st room was right across from a very loud bar so we had to change rooms. The light sensor in the shower stayed on for 15 minutes which was horrible when you walked by to use the restroom in the middle of the night and the room wouldn’t get dark again for 15 minutes. Won’t stay at this Ibis location again. Budget is truly what it is.

I have stayed in other hotels from the franchise but this one is the only without soaps and hair products. I understand if they don't want to give us the hair stuff but soap! I arrived there and I couldn't wash my hands properly. Had to go to a place to buy those things and return.

Good location but it needs some updating

Good location near coach station but the rooms are very dated and in need of some care, especially the toilets. The toilets are far too small and the check in is always very lengthy. Good breakfast. Also, I’ve found stressful to be asked by email to provide my card number to secure the reservation. All the required details were already held online with booking.com
