The hotel has a good location, but the male staff member at the front desk was very indifferent. They first asked for my name in Portuguese, but I didn't hear them clearly. Then they asked me in English, and I provided my passport. The receptionist just shook his head helplessly, and I felt disrespected, even discriminated against.

The experience you describe is definitely not the standard we strive to offer. Thank you immensely for bringing your feedback to our attention.
