Its a nice place to stay. Well located. Nice shower. Very good breakfast. I don't understand why they do not offer small (face) towels... just the big (bath) ones. But anyway, it is a good place to stay.

Short and yet satisfying, given the efficiency of the employees at front desk, the parking and bar service, who also didn’t forget about being kind. Regarding the room itself, its simplicity was proportional to the asked value, and sided with all the aspects required for a place to be deemed worthy, e.g. availability of towels and clean sheets, and comfortable bed as well. Since I didn't have time to use the internet service, I can’t tell in details about the wireless signal for instance. I didn’t have anything to eat in the morning, so that I can’t get into the breakfast either.

Nice location, next to a mall and close to the city center. The hotel was clean and the view from the higher floors is amazing! The breakfast is nice too, as well as the staff.

My stay at the Ibis Curitiba Shopping was for work. The roms were neat and tidy and cleaned well. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection and the price offered excellent value for money.

It was fine. The hotel is not in a very pretty part of the city, but I think many of the hotels are in the same area. Being in Brazil, I was expecting more variety of fruit and juices for breakfast. The room was comfortable and the room service good. The reception staff were also very helpful.

I felt scam when I used laundry service

It was good up until I used the laundry service. I didn’t speak Portuguese so when I tried to take my things to laundry service, for some reason I ended up signing a blank bill, with no total amount of how much it would cost, just with my name and signature. When I came back, they’re was a bill of 138 Brazilian reales, which was pretty high. I talked to the front desk and explained the situation, but they basically said they couldn’t do anything. This is the first time this happened to me at a hotel, and I will surely never stay again on a Ibis hotel and I will make sure I’ll tell my story to friends and family.

Very good location, the proximity with the Curitiba Shopping it was essential. The reception from the crew was great. The breakfast could have more vegan and vegetarian options and have a lower price, a lot of good options just on the corner outside of the Hotel with better prices.

Very pleasant staff, positive surprise was the black pepper grater at the counter with the scrambled egg. One thing that could be improved for women in all the Ibis hotels: Do not place the spare toilett roll next to toilett. Men splash! Thank you!
