Thirteen people waiting in line during check-in. The two check-in employees were tired and couldn't handle the situation. A couple with three children ahead of us argued and yelled at the attendants because they had booked the couple and the children under 10 years old into apartments on different floors. There was no priority line for people with special disabilities, which is not in accordance with Brazilian law. Poor personnel management. The only person prepared and qualified for the job was working at the bar.

Satisfied with room. Clean and newish. I had dinner at the restaurant and will stay at another hotel next time. Waiters dint come to the table and pretend they don't see you calling them. I had to stand and go to counter to ask for drinks, then food etc.
