We arrived at the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. I requested early check-in, but we ended up arriving at 2 PM and the room still wasn’t ready. I also asked for a small birthday gesture, but there was nothing in the room. The room was too basic and had several annoying issues: the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the shower drain was clogged and all the water overflowed, and I couldn’t even call the front desk to complain because the phone didn’t work. At breakfast, there was an unbearable crowd and we waited 20 minutes for an omelet. When it finally arrived, it was cold. In summary, we expected a good boutique hotel, but got a below-average standard hotel with no personal touch. A really poor experience.

Beautiful Hotel in lovely location. Muhammed and Musa at the front desk were WONDERFUL and made my stay. Breakfast was wonderful. I wish that the front desk was better staffed as sometimes I couldn't get back into the hotel or couldn't find staff to assist me.

This was my first stay at the hotel and it exceeded expectations. The rooms felt fresh and well maintained, with thoughtful touches like USB ports on both sides of the bed. The shower had great pressure and the towels were large and high quality. The team were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, with Rutie in particular standing out for her helpfulness. While I didn’t get a chance to try the spa, the gym was modern and had everything needed for a good workout. The location is very convenient, with multiple bus routes nearby making it easy to get around Jerusalem. At the same time, it’s set far enough away from the light rail construction areas, so the hotel remains peaceful and quiet.
