Room was not clean. Amenities were opened. Was garbage in room. Room location was next to breakfast area snd smelled bad. It was a Saturday night check in and was told there were no other rooms available. Breakfast in the morning was sub par. Asked to speak to manager and he was “unavailable “ for over 2 hours as I sat in lobby after check out. Was promised a return call which I never received. Whole stay was totally unacceptable

The service level was totally unacceptable; we received the wrong code number for the parking lot by email. That caused us inconvenience; no apologies were offered by the receptionist, who did not understand the problem. The key for the room stopped working at 12:00, so we had to go to the reception twice. Instead of apologizing, they blamed the "system" and us. Generally, they were unfriendly and hostile. There was a lot of noise from the elevators and corridors that prevented us from sleeping. The food was very standard, not suitable for this hotel's level. The gym is not equipped with basic essentials, such as towels and cleaning supplies for the accessories.

You have a very nice venue with great bedding and shower and lovely amenities. Your breakfast was adequate in comparison to other hotels in central Jerusalem we’ve stayed at. But we do have one major complaint. You literally need to clean up your act. While our room was clean, the patio area in the adjacent room, number 120 was a terrible sight.. Garbage had been dumped in it for what must’ve been days on end. It wasn’t pleasant to sit next to it. And we worried that animals would come and try to eat the what was left. We waited for three days while in our room to see if this was cleaned up. On our fourth day, it was finally attended to. It’s a shame that this was a problem. The hallway rugs are also not adequately vacuumed each day. You have a lot going for this hotel, especially with the construction cutting off many areas in central Jerusalem. But you really do need to fix this issue.
