This was my first stay at the hotel and it exceeded expectations. The rooms felt fresh and well maintained, with thoughtful touches like USB ports on both sides of the bed. The shower had great pressure and the towels were large and high quality. The team were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, with Rutie in particular standing out for her helpfulness. While I didn’t get a chance to try the spa, the gym was modern and had everything needed for a good workout. The location is very convenient, with multiple bus routes nearby making it easy to get around Jerusalem. At the same time, it’s set far enough away from the light rail construction areas, so the hotel remains peaceful and quiet.

Nice hotel, comfy rooms and heated pool. Good if you are looking for a quite weekend. One of the best restaurants in Israel just across the street - Talbiye.

arrived first day of war -- hotel almost empty -- staff stayed and did all they could to make stay as positive as possible the security team, the food and beverage manager and the restaurant manager, all interaction with cleaning staff --- everyone was helpful and amazing (and we knew they must be worried about their own families ) they even promised to keep the hotel open if we were the only people there this hotel really cares about their guests and it is the people who work there that showed this (and the hotel is beautiful and the food for breakfast is outstanding
