The hotel has a lot of potential — it’s beautifully located and the overall design and atmosphere are lovely. We were also very happy to hear that we had been upgraded to a room with a courtyard. Unfortunately, we couldn’t really enjoy the courtyard or even keep the window open because there were so many mosquitoes outside, and the courtyard floor was extremely dirty. The cleanliness of the room also didn’t feel up to the standard you would expect from a hotel at this level. There were used coffee capsules from the previous guests still left in the coffee machine, some corners of the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there were marks from squashed mosquitoes on the walls. I’m also very sensitive to dust mites, and unfortunately I could barely sleep. I think the rooms need to be aired out and cleaned more thoroughly between guests. The hotel really does have so much potential, which is why these details stood out. They made the experience feel much less polished and luxurious than we had expected.

First of all we must say that the personel service was excelent ! The Room itself : Parts of it was not so clean, there was no cover in of the trash cans The shower was klogged and very fast became a "pool" you stand in it We doulnt finda sproper solution to dry our bading suits

We had much higher expectations from a 5-star Accor hotel. From the level and variety to breakfast food, to room cleanliness, the gotel left a lot to be desired.

This was our second time at the hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay last time, everything was just perfect, so we decided to come back. We enjoyed ourselves very much this time too, but there were a few things that disappointed us this time. The first thing was during breakfast, we ordered our food and drinks, the food came fast but the drinks took about an hour to arrive and we had to keep asking for them again and again… our coffees came when we were almost done eating and our daughter’s drink came after we were done already. I heard 3 other tables complaining about the same thing. We only found out about the second disappointing thing a few days after our stay. Apparently my grandmother wanted to surprise us with something nice in our room when we arrived. She called the hotel and was told it would be taken care of, but we didn’t actually get anything… We didn’t have any of these problems last time. The service was perfect during breakfast and during our whole stay, and we had nice surprises waiting in our room that my parents arranged for us. Overall, other than those 2 problems, we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves very much this time too.

The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. When we asked for small items like an extra tea bag or a pen, they either told us to come to the front desk to get it or they didn’t bring it at all. When I booked the hotel room over the phone, I was told different price quotes and when I explained this, while there was only a two hundred shekel difference, they refused to the accommodating. We paid thousands of shekel for one night. We were completely mislead by the concept of “conjoined rooms.” We’re a family of five and we need to be able to have easy access to all three of our kids. The conjoined rooms shared a small hallway to the main hallway. So, if we wanted to have the kids door open, we’d need to have ours and theirs open to the hallway with a. Door that doesn’t seal, so we were exposed to all the sounds of the remaining guests. The room was not stocked. We were lacking body soap in the shower. But god forbid we request it because that would never come. The rooms were dirty with scuffed walls. And it’s a new hotel! Do better. And of course to top it off, the garage experience was incredibly confusing. The signage isn’t clear. You need to switch elevators midway. And the sticker they gave us for the free parking didn’t work so we still had to pay for that as well. We paid premium price for nothing. Very disappointing. You need to train your staff better to be friendly and helpful. And the hotel is not up to par. I’ve also requested a copy of the receipt by email and am yet to receive it. But that makes sense. The disappointment continues. We are sure to tell all of our family and friends about our experience. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the treatment and pricing.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, new, clean, well maintained, and in an excellent location. It is easy to find, parking is convenient, and the spa and pool facilities are very nice. However, several small operational issues made our stay less comfortable than it could have been. The route from the underground parking to the hotel is quite inconvenient. Guests need to transfer between elevators, and the signage is not clear enough, making it confusing on the first arrival. The Front Desk staff were not familiar with all the benefits included in the "Design Week" package, even though we had received a confirmation email from the hotel. We were sent from one staff member to another before receiving an answer. When we asked how to get to the spa, we were directed to the far elevator. The signage there is confusing, and we had to return to reception twice for additional directions. Only on our departure day did I accidentally discover that the elevator right next to reception goes directly to the spa. Breakfast is advertised as starting at 7:00 AM, but the restaurant staff recommended arriving after 7:30 because the kitchen was not fully operational. Food preparation was also quite slow. On Friday morning, I planned to swim before my 9:00 AM meetings. I arrived at the pool at 8:00 AM, but it was still closed. I waited until around 8:15 and called reception, then went to reception in person around 8:25 to ask why it had not opened. Unfortunately, the response from Musa was not welcoming—he simply told me to "send an email." The lifeguard arrived only around 8:30-8:35 to open the pool. This was disappointing. On Thursday evening, we wanted to enjoy a drink at the bar, but we were informed it had already closed at 9:00 PM, which felt rather early for a hotel of this standard. Despite these comments, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The hotel has excellent facilities and great potential. Addressing these relatively small operational details, improving staff communication, and making signage clearer would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Such a wonderful hotel! Beautifully designed, with stunning sandstone on the walls and throughout. Breakfast was great, hotel rooms well laid out. Lovely stay!

I was first assigned room 423, which is above the kitchen and background noise is clearly audible. I'm guessing that this room is assigned to single occupants in the hope that a single occupant is less likely to complain, but I knew the noise would keep me awake. I therefore had to ask for a change of room at midnight. This was granted with good grace but it got my stay off to a bad start. After that however my stay went very smoothly. A few suggestions for improvement. The room doors bang shut. This must be annoying for all guests, They should close gently and quietly. The toilet plumbing in my room was not great. It refilled slowly after flush with a dripping noise. The light control panels are badly designed as you can't see or feel them in the dark. Mine were incorrectly labelled. A couple of times during my stay all the room lights came on spontaneously, once while I was asleep. The hanging light is exactly at head height and I banged my head a few times, although not painfully. The breakfast was wonderful but I personally would prefer hot drinks to be self-service rather than ordered. That way you can have exactly what you want exactly when you want it. All in all though I was very comfortable and really enjoyed my stay.

We received significant value to our paid money. Perfect welcome, perfect room, perfect breakfast. All are very clean, the SPA was perfect and pool. We definitely will visit again and recommend to others

We arrived at the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. I requested early check-in, but we ended up arriving at 2 PM and the room still wasn’t ready. I also asked for a small birthday gesture, but there was nothing in the room. The room was too basic and had several annoying issues: the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the shower drain was clogged and all the water overflowed, and I couldn’t even call the front desk to complain because the phone didn’t work. At breakfast, there was an unbearable crowd and we waited 20 minutes for an omelet. When it finally arrived, it was cold. In summary, we expected a good boutique hotel, but got a below-average standard hotel with no personal touch. A really poor experience.
