The location is great, but the room that you allocated on the 2nd floor had bird poo in the window, that was very disappointing as it was not just a small amount, but the whole window sill was covered. Please, take this into consideration, as the cleaning staff should open the window and not let this happen. Secondly, there were two old small towels in the room for two. They were neither soft, now white, but worn-out that you would not expect in a hotel. The staff did what they could, but with a delay, whatever we asked or requested. Overall, it was an interesting experience, as we stayed in several Accor hotels, being members for years.

Everything was ok, but not at a level that will bring you there once more. Good location, good bed and shower, and a nice small balcony, but I think they could have put more effort into the facilities and service. For example, the card to the room did not work, and we had to go 5 times to the reception to fix it.

Family stay was expecting a nice Israeli breakfast for me and the kids. Breakfast was only one table of options. No egg station. O coffee station. Limited salads and options

I really enjoyed Ibis Styles hotel. Everything was great: central location, amazing breakfast every morning, friendly receptionists. I traveled solo and felt very safe at this hotel. The room was also very clean and I liked the design.
