The hotel is located in the centre of the city, the room is clean, and breakfast is o.k. Unfortunately, the people at reception are not professional and they don't care too much about the service. They didn't give us information about the size of the car that can be parked at the hotel parking, before our arrival even though we called and asked about parking facilities, and we lost a lot of time and inconvenience trying to park at the hotel. The hotel charged us a higher amount that we should pay as per our order +taxes, and they didn't refund or explain the difference.
