The experience was bad, the room service opened the door while I was there with my wife despite having the do not disturb sign on And we felt uncomfortable and unsafe of this happening again and decided to leave the same day This thing happening in a 5 star hotel is concerning Also, after leaving I called the hotel multiple times after to check on something I might've forggotten in the room and they kept on saying they'll check and call me back which never happend.

I visited the Movenpick Hotel for 7 days. The first two days were fine, but the remaining five days were a disaster. On the third day, I noticed that the AC unit in my room was not providing any heat. I contacted both room service and the reception to request a fix. I called five times during the same day, and each time the technician told me it would be fixed in “10 minutes,” but the issue remained unresolved. Eventually, I was told that the hotel does not activate the heating system unless several guests are using it. I explained that I was paying the same rate as other guests and should be able to decide whether I want heating in my room or not. For the remaining five days of my stay, my room had no heating despite multiple complaints and discussions with the reception. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
