Honestly, I regretted my decision. AC (Chiller) was switched off. It was suffocating. The reason given to me was "Outside temperature is cold" Despite multiple requests, the chiller was off. I couldn't rest for two days in a row. You must know it's a 4-star hotel

The staff were incredibly welcoming from start to finish. We felt really looked after. We were staying for my Birthday and the hotel put a cake in the room to celebrate which was such a thoughtful and wonderful touch for me. It meant a lot to me. We had massages which were wonderful too. The room was amazing and the Rumors Lounge was our favourite because of the views and how light it was. We loved our stay.

While the hotel itself is wonderful, the exceptional staff are what made my stay memorable. From the front desk’s assistance my travel plans had to be changed at the last minute- and were able to even offer me a better that rack rate, to the perfect espressos in the lounge, the service was top-notch. A special thanks to the 3rd-floor bar staff for their flexibility; allowing my colleagues and me to stay for a final drink was the perfect end to our week- and we are seldom in the same physical location. Housekeeping and room service were equally fantastic. Truly a great team.
