Excellent location. Nice staff. Clean rooms. However, I noted a lot of dirt under the bed.

I did not know that there are nonsmoking rooms/floors. Otherwise I would have stayed in one of them. Despite this the room smell was nice.
Front desk personnel were helpful.
I wish I was able to finish the checkout while I was there. I was told I need to wait several days before I get an email confirmation of checkout.
I tried breakfast one time only and noted a good variety of food.
Definitely I would comeback to the same hotel.

but I would strongly encourage the hotel management to reconsider its policy regarding the jacuzzi. Charging hotel guests an additional fee to use the jacuzzi does not align with the expectations
from a 5-star hotel, especially when guests are already paying for their stay and access to the hotel’s facilities
