The hotel is excellent, and the stay was outstanding. However, we suggest to improve your bar services. The selection is very limited, there is no food or desserts available, and it’s not possible to order from the bar when sitting upstairs at the pool. Also, I would like to mention that Michael provides exceptional service.

Food and location was excellent, The staff were very friendly. we had a really good time but i suggest you to take care of the smell inside the elevators. Maybe install scent diffusers there. the smell was unreal, other than that everything was perfect. thank you

Unfortunately we only stayed a night but we loved the decor of our room and that it has such high ceilings. The welcome was wonderful and allowing us to use the pool and facilities earlier than our checkin. Also phoning the day before to see if we had allergies and tell us about parking was very unusual and appreciated. Love the integration of historic building with contemporary elements. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard too and the view from the pool is wonderful. The hammam was set at a very high temperature which almost burnt us...pls reduce (we are used to them and this was not set correctly).
