Elkonin Hotel Tel Aviv - MGallery Collection 5 stars

I have stayed with your hotel twice for extended periods this year. I will stay more often moving forward. It's been quite lovely, and most of your staff are fantastic. The rooms are well-appointed and reasonably large. The location is a 10! A few things I'd point out as areas of improvement: 1. Morning access to the steam room in the spa is quite limited. And when it's available, it's not very hot (I assume it's turned off overnight). Having earlier and later access would be amazing, but I understand the need to secure/staff the spa is a barrier. 2. The gym can be better stocked (towels, water, etc.) and kept cleaner. The yoga mats are quite dirty. 3. Evening amenities (like drinks, ice, snacks, etc.) are non-existent. That's tough when you come back after a long day and would like something simple to eat or drink.

As a frequent traveler, I have high expectations when it comes to hotel accommodations, and I am pleased to say that your hotel not only met but exceeded them. My team and I were truly impressed by the property—its rich history, impeccable cleanliness, and meticulous maintenance. The food was exceptional, the location was ideal, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and positive. I also appreciated the thoughtful design and layout of the property, which added to the overall experience. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend your hotel. I look forward to returning soon.

This was the second time we have stayed at the Elkonin and we truly enjoyed both experiences. The staff was friendly and was willing to help with any problems that arose. We had a few problems with things that were not right in the room, ie ... the electrical socket in the bathroom and the light not going off in the closet, small things that when brought to their attention, were fixed in a timely fashion. We were hoping that the restaurant would be open this time, which it was not, but very close, maybe next time. The coffee was amazing as well as the breakfast menu. The bed was comfortable and the bedding soft and beautiful. We had a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and view of the city. The only major complaint was that the air conditioner was turned off for the winter season and the room was very warm! We tried leaving the window open at night, but could hear the cats fighting and unpleasant noises. We also wished the pool deck would have been open as well. Overall, we would definitely stay at the Elkonin the next time we are in Tel Aviv. We can't wait to try the new kosher restaurant and sit by the pool!

Well located. Very professional and helpful staff. Great breakfast and atmosphere. Need to update hotel info in all app. The description tells that there is parking place at the hotel.
