Our stay at Elkonin Hotel Tel Aviv - MGallery Collection was amazing, in particular the staff there who were simply fantastic. Whatever we asked or needed they helped with a smile on their face and nothing was too small or too hard to do for us. Great Breakfast as well.

I love the Elkonin - location is great, the rooms are large and nicely designed, and the breakfast is great. But - since you opened the restaurant on the Lobby floor, some rooms are not fit for business travel. The noise from the bar/restaurant continues until late and floors 1-2 are unacceptable for business travel (at least some rooms). The colleague I was travelling with had to change a room in the middle of the night, and switched to a room with a noisy aircon that prevented him from sleeping until 5am. He also said he called reception to help and there was no answer (this was the night between 23 and 24th February). I also experienced issues with check in, taking really long with the receptionist asking for more money for a better room (as for some reason a “accessible room” was booked for me). Check in also took ages, so you need to improve the process there. Thank you Shirley B.
