Excellent service from Tamar in Guest Relations who always went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. If there could be an improvement it would be in housekeeping. There were a few days where our room was not serviced. One night in 21 we received a turn down service. We had to ask for extra amenities like toilet paper, soap etc. The level of service should be commensurate for what you you pay per night - ie excellent!!

Significant lack of service at breakfast — we had to take our plates and food outside ourselves with no assistance. Casting to the TV doesn’t work. YouTube on the TV doesn’t work. Several cleanliness issues throughout the room. Very poor attitude from the lobby staff and often no response at all when asking for help. No coffee machine in the room — we had to request it twice before receiving one. Water in the shower overflows due to insulation/drainage problems. Breakfast was disappointing: no fresh eggs, poor coffee, stale bread, overall low quality. Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Overall, the experience did not feel like a 5-star hotel.

Room great, breakfast ok. Such a pity that there is no service at the bar by the pool and no bar during the day. Importantly the outside, which used to provide breakfast now looks like a closed premises during the day as all the chairs are stacked on the tables until the restaurant opens.
