We enjoyed our stay, there were a few things that could have made our visit even better …. Our rooms weren’t made up till late evening.. the pool service was not great, no pool staff available to offer drinks, no water, were abruptly ordered to leave the premises promptly at 18:00 before the sunset… No Clarinse cosmetics provided in the room, although promoted on website The staff were very friendly and helpful and apologized, in all we enjoyed our stay

Regarding the pool hours, I understand the frustration of having to leave at 18:00, but this is in place for safety reasons as a lifeguard must be present when guests are near the pool. That said, we are reviewing how we can extend service hours while maintaining a safe environment. As for the late room cleaning, we are addressing this matter with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are serviced in a more timely manner. I came for one night with my daughter . We enjoyed the clean room the French breakfast and the workers were nice and tried to help. the hotel looked amazing on the website, and we chose it because the spa received high ratings. I had planned to spend the second day at the spa with my eldest son who was supposed to join and promised him a special day. I was surprised to discover after two days of trying to reach the spa that on Wednesday, during our stay, the spa was closed all day, despite the schedule I was given beforehand. This significantly impacted our vacation and the plans for that day. From our conversation, I expect some form of compensation – with so little time off, every moment counts. Regarding the pool area, unfortunately, despite its enormous potential with the rooftop view, the area was very poorly maintained. There were no towels available, there was no way to contact the hotel as no one answered the phone, and the waitress only came up rarely it seems that there was lack in staff members . Additionally it was quite dirty there, and there weren't enough seats for everyone to sit. Please let me know how you are going to deal with the lack’s i mentioned because the great location and staff it seems that there is a big potential for the hotel. For the booking question - I combined calling the hotel and than made the order through the site . They told me the booking rate is the same as the site because of tnt מע״מ but later I understood it was cheaper in booking by 200 sh and I was mis guided by whoever talked to me from the reception of the hotel

We stayed with you for two nights. I stated my.three points of disappointment to the lady at the check out on Tuesday morning. 1. The first was the website states the amenities in the room include Clarins soaps and shampoos etc.. There was no Clarins liquid soap in the shower so I asked housekeeping to provide. They showed up with small bottles of a dead sea brand. I don't want that. Don't sell yourselves as being something that you can't keep up with. 2. The floor in the bedroom was so slippery that I slipped and flew over on the first day. After that I walked very carefully. 3. The breakfast on Tuesday morning was a complete disaster. August 27. The system completely broke down but no doubt you are.aware of this. 4. The lady at checkout said that someone from customer service would be in contact with me. That has not yet happened.
