I was extremely eager to stay at your hotel , I have previously visited the location for Dinner Location 10/10 Aesthetics 9/10 Style 9/10. Everything I rated within 5 mins of arrival. Unfortunately 5 * require more than the above categories Your staff Effort 10/10 Manner 10/10 Appearance 10/10 However the service was well below par of your employees due to the tools provided by the hotel The hotel failed unfortunately despite my very generous ratings and I am a very experienced guest. Roof top - your hotels crown 7 guests - sea view - 38 degree heat No wine ?? No local rose or white wines available. ? 15.00 no room service available on roof for a plate of fruit ? Next day 10.00 am. Same heat. No glasses for water despite several requests I stayed in room 111 on your 1st floor above the reception /lobby. I was forced to listen the whole night to your interior and exterior music despite the lobby being empty at 01.00 when I searched for help At 03.30 after I could no longer bear an Elton John cover in French 😩😩 I returned to the lobby where I found your superb night porter who was very professional and agreed the music was OTT and made me a coffee. I suggest you lower the volume at night. I will definitely return to stay with you again , I hope next time the wine list is available. Also saccharin would be nice in hotel I hope my review is of assistance as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with all my family. Thank you

Well located and beautifully designed. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and staff are nice and welcoming. However, there were few incidents that are not very appropriate for a hotel at this level and for this price. 1. Many time when one takes a shower, the entire bathroom floor gets flooded. It happened to us when we were getting ready for dinner at around 8pm, and the entire floor got flooded with the water from the shower. We informed the front desk on our way out that evening, and they promised to take care of that. 2. We got back to the room after 11pm, and were disappointed to find out that it was not fixed. We couldn't even get to the toilet without getting our feet wet. The front desk was surprised that this was not fixed and promised to get back to us. 3. It was already 11:30 pm when they got back to us to let us know that there is no one at the hotel to clear the floor from the water, and that we need to wait until the next morning. It took us some 'back and forth' and not before I volunteer to mob the floor myself, that a person did show up and mob the floor from the excess water to allow us to use the bathroom again. 4. Excessive noise from construction outside already at 5 am. Not something that you can do much about, but did impact the overall experience. 5. Breakfast - orange juice was not freshly squeezed, confitures were not available, the waiter (who was extremely nice!) forgot what we ordered and mixed the order (we were a party of 4). At the end of the day -one major and few minor incidents that should have been, and could easily be, avoided to make the experience much better.

We came for a one night stay and we're very satisfied with the hotel location and service. The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop pool is great. I wish the breakfast would a buffet instead of full service as I like to have more choices in what I eat.

friendly staff, good location , nice building. a hotel is Israel (Tel-aviv) and the people in the front desk/reception - mostly speed English ??? where is the Hebrew speaking staff ? the shower drain was clogged. we have reported this after one night, and the issue was not resolved the next day. the solution offered - to get a shower in another room.... we booked the stay using the ALL app in our local currency (ILS) and we got a confirmation that the price quoted is including all taxes and fees. at checkout we were told that 17% VAT will be added. later , I was showed that there is a "small print that shows in a different section of that app that VAT will be added, however - it was almost hidden and very hard to find. why not to show it on the confirmation? why not to show it in the price info section ? We had a small refrigerator in the room, however - it was not working/cooling. we complained about that. no solution was provided. As a "compensation" for the shower issue - we got 10% discount of the gap between expected final price and actual final price - we got 500 courtesy points (not even sure how much those points worth and what to do with it...) Disappointing.......
