Though the decor is wonderful and the ambience luxurious there were some facilities, like the pool, that were very disappointing - mainly maintainance wise.

We arrived for 1 night, unfortunately we weren’t greeted, there was no one at reception, we had to wait to ask if there was parking anywhere around the hotel. Only one of the lifts in the hotel was working which was quite annoying. Breakfast was nice but no atmosphere, We booked a deal with a massage and there was no sync with the Spa - they asked us to pay at the end, which felt a little awkward. Too Expensive for such a standard experience

Very nice and hospitable! Water in the fridge included - awesome bonus :) professional and nice men working on reception, tasty breakfast. Big and good room, champagne on birthday, we liked entering very much!

Great bedrooms. Staff at breakfast need to clear up empty plates more promptly and restock clean ones For Shabbath keepers, unfair to charge late check out fees, David Intercontinetal. KEPINSKI, Hilton and others don't
