Nice staff in the breakfast restaurant Too crowded on the rooftop (could not get a sun bed during several days) Nice room but extremely unpractical. Very little room for storage of clothes and as an example only 1 hook in the bathroom despite need for hanging 2 bathrobes, towels, etc)

I arrived as a return guest. This time to stay in Israel [alliyah] . It felt like coming home. Outstanding team members: Revital, Tamar, Laurent. F&B Xenia, Matthew Gal and barman Jonny found food at restaurant deteriorated from November/December 2025. Not as delicate. Unfriendly staff except Gal waiter and chefs and barman. Breakfast staff one man miserable never smiles; Elona always miserable, difficult and tired, Manager tried to talk with her and seemed uninterested. Unpleasant breakfasts except when Xenia was there. I stopped going because 1 breakfast I received butter that someone else had used, and smoothed over the top. Another time upset stomach from eggs. In general F & B needs attention.

The atmosphere was nice. Saturday's breakfast was a bit disappointing; we didn't know what to expect. Unclear how, but the reservation was listed for only one person, and the reception manager came up to us during breakfast asking for an additional payment of around 230 NIS. Given what was actually served, it definitely wasn't worth the price, and it also felt quite embarrassing to have them approach us like that regarding money.

Prior to arriving at the hotel, we anticipated a higher standard of service. The hotel failed to inform us in advance that there would be no coffee machine or eggs, omelette, and similar items available at Saturday's breakfast, which was disappointing. Additionally, the service at the pool and bar was minimal, and we expected the ability to order food directly from the hotel rather than through third parties like Wolt. Overall, it was a good experience, but we expected more.

We arrived for 1 night, unfortunately we weren’t greeted, there was no one at reception, we had to wait to ask if there was parking anywhere around the hotel. Only one of the lifts in the hotel was working which was quite annoying. Breakfast was nice but no atmosphere, We booked a deal with a massage and there was no sync with the Spa - they asked us to pay at the end, which felt a little awkward. Too Expensive for such a standard experience

Saturday breakfast is inexcusable. Not because it is Shabbat.
