The room assigned did not match the description on the website. I booked a deluxe room but received a space that resembled a standard or premium room. I raised this concern, but the response was that standard and deluxe rooms are essentially the same, with the only difference being their location within the building. The hotel website clearly specifies the differences in size and interior design between premium and deluxe rooms, which were not reflected in my experience. Clarifying the hotel's policy on room categories would help prevent future misunderstandings and ensure transparency. The room on the first floor was affected by street noise, and neither the cooling nor the heating systems functioned properly. A portable hot-air heater was provided, but it was inadequate to heat the space effectively. These issues significantly impacted the comfort during my stay and require attention. Breakfast was decent; however, the limited selection of dishes/products was not what one would expect at an Accor luxury brand. Messages left for the guest relations manager to discuss the dissatisfaction went unanswered, which may have made the guest feel ignored and undervalued as an Accor ALL Platinum member.

Regarding room categories, each category at the hotel is indeed distinct; however, the overall interior design, atmosphere, and boutique French-inspired aesthetic are intentionally consistent throughout the property, in order to maintain a unified identity and experience across all rooms. The differences between room categories are defined by specific features such as room size (square meterage), bed type and size, balcony availability, and view (city view, sea view, or partial sea view), depending on the category booked. These elements — rather than a different decorative concept — are what distinguish one category from another. As mentioned during our conversation, we were happy to review this together with you and provide clarification at the time. We also addressed the points raised regarding comfort, and we appreciate your acknowledgment that the room was clean and the mattress comfortable. Your feedback regarding breakfast variety has been noted and shared with the relevant teams, as we continuously work to align the experience with our brand standards. Breakfast is way too late. 7:30. For working people. Not as a tourist. At 7am on All.com web site. So that is false. As I was there at 7:05… someone was starting to prepare the breakfast room. As I then asked for a coffee I was told, a bit harshly, to wait for 7:30.. The same person served me one at 7:30. Clearly knew the machine. Not the end of the world. It sets the tone still. Hotel is a bit difficult to access. Clean though. Will stay at the Dan panorama next time where I sent one of my employee to stay also to try as we were trying options. Location is better. Breakfast earlier. Cheers

Our stay in the old part of the hotel was cozy and very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area in which the hotel is located is very pleasant and definitely worth a visit.

I was bombed with many offers for SPA, really do not appreciate this Reception is not aware you need to issue the invoice for the stay, not booking.com otherwise very nice atmosphere, premises and accommodation, however price too high, there are better offers for this price range
