I arrived at 4:00. And my room was not ready. At 5:30’i was told I would get an upgraded room. I appreciated that but the delay did cut into my time at the Dead Sea.

Approach to the Hotel is a bit of a mess, scruffy, unfinished etc. Buildings are a little bit tired, Dead Sea isn't really worth the hype, not exactly attractive....beach bar was OK, pool ok, service sketchy. Rooms pretty good but getting on. Food disappointedly average. Usual buffet style with lukewarm food and cold plates, nothing that had any great flavours. A lot of show and not much dough Nice views and staff trying hard.
