Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the hotel facilities. However, there were a few areas where I believe improvement is needed. While dining at the restaurant by the swimming pool (the pool with the sandy beach-style area), I requested an ice bucket, but I was told that only a single glass of ice could be provided because there was no ice available. I found this surprising for a hotel of this standard. In addition, I am an ALL Silver member, but I did not notice any particular recognition or benefits during my stay. For comparison, I also hold a lower-tier membership with IHG, yet I often receive more noticeable recognition and personalized service there. I am not saying that the ALL loyalty program is not good—quite the opposite, I believe it is an excellent program. However, I think the hotel staff may benefit from additional training regarding the different ALL membership levels, their benefits, and the importance of recognizing loyal members. A little more attention to ALL members would greatly enhance the guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Facilities are also great. A one feedback on the buffet dinner. A wide choice for sure, however the quality of hot food and main courses is poor, while salads, pizzas and starters are much better. I propose you have less number of dishes to reduce waste, and better quality hot food.
