First, upon arrival, I waited for more than 15 minutes for the valet service to take my car. There were three employees standing at the entrance talking to each other, but none of them came to assist us. Eventually, we had to spend a considerable amount of time looking for a parking space ourselves. After that, the check-in process at the reception took more than 20 minutes. The receptionist was constantly interrupted by other staff members. At one point, another employee even came over and started asking him, “What shift would you like to work next week?” and discussing the work schedule while we were waiting to be served. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of attention to the guest. Unfortunately, the room was also in very poor condition. The bathroom was not clean at all and was extremely worn out. The bed was clearly old and heavily used, and several accessories and items in the room were broken or damaged. Overall, the room was nowhere near the standard expected from a hotel of this level. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. At around 7:30 AM, the tables were not properly prepared. Our table was missing cutlery, and throughout the entire breakfast, no staff member came to ask if we needed anything, offer us drinks, or properly clear and reset the table. Overall, the entire experience was disappointing from arrival to breakfast. The level of service, cleanliness, room condition, and staff professionalism were all well below an acceptable standard. Frankly, I consider this hotel to be far below the standard it claims to offer. I expect the management to take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and provide an appropriate response regarding these issues.

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at Mövenpick Dead Sea. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly well designed for families. Everything feels thoughtfully planned, making it so easy to relax and enjoy the stay with children. The beach access is very easy and convenient, which was a huge plus for us, especially as a family wanting to enjoy the Dead Sea without any hassle. We also loved that, despite being so family-friendly, the hotel has beautiful adults-only areas that feel peaceful, private and secluded. It really gives you the best of both worlds. A special mention to Rawan from Guest Services, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always available to assist with anything we needed and really helped make our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, an amazing hotel, beautiful setting, wonderful service and a fantastic family getaway. We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back!

I booked a stay and spent one night at the hotel, but honestly, I really regret it because the room was extremely disgusting. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep and ended up checking out earlier than planned The bathroom had a very bad smell, and the room felt like it had been cleaned with something dirty. Even just walking on the floor made the bottom of my feet turn black, as if I had been walking on the street. I reported the issue and asked them to clean the room again. They did come back and clean it, but the room was still dirty, and the cleaning itself was not done properly. As for the facilities, they were good, and the service was good as well. However, because of the condition and cleanliness of the room, I will not be coming back again

This was not our first visit although it had been well over a year since we were last here, and it was wonderful to be back. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Tareq D. for his professionalism, hospitality, and warm welcome. He took the time to attend to our room preference right away, making the whole arrival experience smooth and made us feel genuinely welcomed back from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Mohammed from the reception team, who assisted with our check-in and was very welcoming and helpful throughout our arrival, as well as Malek Kanash, who drove the resort cart. He made every ride enjoyable, and we actually found ourselves looking forward to seeing him and riding with him again. While everything went smoothly overall and we really enjoyed our stay, there are a few areas that we felt could be improved. We spent a lot of time at the adults-only pool and noticed that there were not enough umbrellas available, with a couple of the existing ones appearing to be broken and in need of maintenance. The pool water was also quite warm and somewhat cloudy, so a little more attention to its cleanliness would be appreciated. Given the heat at this time of year, it would also be great to see additional shaded areas around the pool and slightly cooler water to make the experience more comfortable for guests. Also, while the dining experience was enjoyable overall, we felt the buffet could offer a wider variety of fresh fruits. Overall it was a lovely stay, and we look forward to returning!

It was a pleasant trip overall. Great value for money as I booked to rooms for us and the 2 kids No rooms was available although I arrived at 3. They said use the pool and we will call u when it’s ready. I had to call several times until they found a room at 5ish. Rooms was not super clean. Staff are super friendly house keeping and at breakfast. Luigi’s were under l staffed and not easy to get staff to do anything.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel. Upon entering the hotel, I was stopped by security simply because I was carrying my violin. I was told that I was not allowed to bring it into the hotel, as though carrying a violin automatically meant that I intended to give a performance or play music in my room. Even more concerning, I was told to leave my violin in the hotel's storage area. This is an instrument worth tens of thousands of dollars. A valuable violin is not ordinary luggage that can simply be left in a hotel storage room. Has the hotel seriously considered the insurance and liability implications of such a request? Who would be responsible if the instrument were lost, stolen, scratched, or damaged? Would the hotel be prepared to compensate a guest tens of thousands of dollars if an irreplaceable instrument were damaged while in its custody? There is also the fundamental issue of temperature and humidity control. Fine string instruments are made primarily of wood and can be extremely sensitive to environmental conditions. Asking a musician to leave such an instrument in an ordinary storage area without any assurance regarding security, insurance, liability, temperature, or humidity demonstrates a concerning lack of understanding of how valuable musical instruments must be handled. Musicians routinely travel around the world with their instruments and stay in international hotels. Carrying a violin into a hotel does not mean that someone intends to perform, hold an event, or disturb other guests. It is a valuable and often irreplaceable personal possession that musicians keep with them precisely because of the risks of loss and damage. I have stayed at hotels in many countries and have never encountered such a policy or treatment. I will certainly make other musicians and colleagues aware of this experience. Based on what happened, I would strongly advise musicians travelling with valuable instruments to think twice before choosing this hotel. I personally will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff were amazing and the food fantastic however, the room was a lot to be desired. We were upgraded which was fabulous however the toilet didn't flush properly, the only time it flushed was when maintenance arrived and it never flushed again, we had to use the hotel toilets going forwards. The fixtures and fittings were old and there were stains on the walls and old coffee marks on the dresser and wardrobes, the bathroom looked like it had been patched up over the years, when taking a shower the bath filled up so showers were kept short. The terrace was meant to have loungers, these never materialised. There was only 1 chair on the terrace and this was a dinning room chair, there were 2 of us, for this room I would have expected a minimum of having 2 chairs that matched the table and not random bits of furniture. If I had paid the additional funds for this room I would have been even more disappointed.

the ants were everywhere on the tiles. Check in we saw missing mugs and we called multiple times , they said no they must be there , as if we we lying and then realised they have missed adding them, and not to forget if we need room service takes ages for someone to answer.
