I am a regular at the movenpick Dead Sea. This time I really noticed how old and outdated the rooms are. The bathtub was like one in an old highway motel. The pool towels were old and torn. Such a shame. But as far the general facilities and service they were great. The movenpick is my go to hotel. But I will think twice before I book there again. The room was very disappointing

We enjoyed our time at the Movenpick. Staff were excellent, especially Neveen at Zara spa and the ladies at breakfast in the buffet restaurant. We were disappointed that for most of our stay, the à la carte restaurants (other than Luigi’s) were not open. We appreciate that it was Eid but we wish we were informed of their closure beforehand as we would have booked half board to save a lot of money for the price of dinner.

This is our third time visiting during low season and our most recent experience did not disappoint. Great value for a premium experience that is perfect for families! Nermeen and Wijdan helped us when there were some small problems with our All Accor reservation and even allowed our group of 12 to check in early and check out late! :) The less than perfect weather wasn’t a problem when you have so many heated pool and jacuzzi options along with tennis, volleyball, and jumbo chess to spend quality time. The breakfast is always great and our group agreed that the smaller alternative dinner buffet offered due to low occupancy was even better than the larger standard dinner buffet we’ve had in the past. This time we had no issues with waiting for the connection between rooms to be opened and the staff was responsive when we encountered issues with some room keys as we have had in the past. Will definitely come back as our family default if the rates remain good like this!!!

Absolutely love the rustic look buildings all bearing names related to different parts of Jordan- highlighting the rich Nabatean, Byzantine era. Staff- always very hospitable. Gardener said hi to us 3 times in one day:) Rawan Fakhoury Guest Manager available on WhatsApp throughout the day to best advice on any matter relating to our stay.
