I wasn't expecting this kind of stay in a 5* hotel with 320 $ per night I have been to many 5* hotels in Jordan and in more than five countries around the world and this was the worst experience for my family I will not go to the positivities as this is expected form 5* hotel But I will shortlist the negativities as this may help you to improve your service - we were given a room that meant to be for disabled people without letting us know . There was no bathtub and the sink was low with some limitations. -The front disk didn't give us enough information about the facilities that are available in the place apart from the timing of the breakfast and the dinner. I had to take more information from the cleaning personnel rather than the reception -I didn't feel my self in a luxury hotel with the old furniture in the room, the cracked cups and the hard mattresses — with paying extra 70 $ for the dinner, I was expecting good food. That wasn't the case with very bad main dish and dry food. After a long day, my girls ended sleeping without eating -No one told us that we can call for pickup to help us moving around the facilities and going to the faraway beach - The unforgivable mistake for me : At some point, my five years daughter who is a good swimmer, while swimming in the warmed pool suddenly struggled to come up for breathing and I had to jump to the water to save her while the lifeguard was playing on the phone. All filmed on video as my wife was filming from faraway. I didnt feel safe to leave my kids for a second. Some people would share this on the social media but I don't like sharing this kind of experience and I think you need to work more on the safety around the pools -the lighting was bad in the room and the AC was very noisy and we had to turn it off to fall asleep Am expecting gusts from the UK and I was thinking which hotel should I take them for the stay Now I think I need to count to ten before choosing Thank you for taking my comments Dr J.
