We had an amazing couple of days, enjoying all of the facilities. The beach is great, so fun to be able to enjoy the sea, and the multiple pools are also very well organised. Particularly appreciated the 18+ pool, which had incredible views. The spa is beautiful and peaceful and treatments were great. Food was good and service was mostly great but mixed at times.

We love Movenpick hotels for their great staff and great food. I have a nut allergy and need a gluten free diet, the chefs at Movenpick are brilliant, they will take me trough each food option telling me what I can safely eat, or, if there is nothing I like they will simply create something especially for me, there and then.

I was disappointed, the hotel is very old and the facilities need to be renewed. I was staying at room W42, first day the main restaurant was full, so they asked us to go to another restaurant and they were serving coffee and Tea in Paper cups.
Towels look old.

Dead see experience was great. Hotel village is awesome. Room substandard. Toilet flush only works intermittently. Mattress had a broken spring poking my wife in the back!

Our room (upgraded) was quite humid and never got cool enough. The beds were also of low quality - hard and springy. Otherwise size was fine, nice view of the sea. We attended a family’s wedding there and reception tried to charge extra for registered guests. Golf carts were sparse for events, and had to wait about 10 mins on average for a golf cart to arrive to our room. Breakfast was also not good compared to other 5 star resorts I’ve been to around the area. Lastly, gym was very small and hot. Not all was bad though - servicemen were kind, the site was beautiful. Pools closed at 7, which was a bummer because it’s so hot there.

We stayed at the Movenpick Dead Sea resort only for one night but it was great. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, with lots of activities for kids, that make it so easy for parents. I would also like to particularly name the front desk employee named Almutaz who has been super helpful with us.

It could be better
Hotel needs renovation
The bathroom room could not be closed from the outdoor.
Restaursnt are good but we couldn't hsve order from 2 restaurants at the same time

I had a very good experience at Mövenpick Dead Sea during my business trip for the GEF. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. A special thank you to Abdel Hafez, who was amazing throughout my stay. Whenever I needed anything, I would call him and he would come very quickly and make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, it was a very pleasant business stay.

I wanted a nice hotel at the Dead Sea to rest after a few very busy days of traveling around Jordan and just one day before my departure. I hesitated a lot about which hotel to choose, but when I checked the prices, my driver mentioned that the rate for a standard room with dinner and breakfast included was really good, so I went ahead and booked it.
I arrived during a quite busy hour with lots of people checking in, but I didn't have to wait long at all. The front desk staff was extremely nice and upgraded my room to one with a balcony overlooking one of the swimming pools. He mentioned it had a sea view, but I couldn’t actually see the sea from there. That didn't matter much to me, though, as the balcony was a lovely place to sit at night.
The hotel itself is huge, absolutely beautiful, and uniquely constructed to look like an Arab village! I really loved the architecture and design. Because the property is so sprawling, a staff member takes you to your room on a golf cart, and they also take you down to the private Dead Sea beach by golf cart.
There are several swimming pools on-site, including an adults-only pool. I was given a map of the grounds at check-in, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to explore everything.
There are a few different restaurants on the property, but since my one-night stay included both breakfast and dinner, I ate at the main buffet restaurant. The food was good and the variety was enormous!
For dinner, I stuck to a big salad and some dessert, so I didn't try the main courses, but there were plenty of choices available. Breakfast had just as many options to choose from!
The room was massive, extremely spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was large and cozy, which gave me a wonderful night's rest after a day of floating in the Dead Sea and doing a mud bath. They also generously provided two 1.5-liter bottles of water, along with tea and coffee. The bathroom was also large, featuring both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, as well as a toilet and a bidet. It came with all the amenities you could need, including soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner—which is a very important detail to mention, as not many hotels provide conditioner nowadays!
I absolutely loved my stay here. Everyone was extremely welcoming, the hotel is truly amazing, and I cannot wait to go back!

The room were not properly cleaned; we found a dirty sock in one of the drawers and there were some residue in the sink; however, they offered to change our room and were ready to clean the room at night.
None of that bothered my wife that much as how we were denied access to a swimming pool to view the sunset as we had our sleeping infant with us with the excuse that the place was for 18+. She was quiet and the place had only a couple of young men playing in the water. Until a cart came to took us up, we missed the sunset.
