Dear Management Team, Ibrahim I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding our recent stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea. We had booked four rooms, expecting a pleasant weekend; however, the experience fell significantly below expectations. Cleanliness was a major concern throughout the property. The swimming pool contained visible dirt and dead insects, and the elevators and corridors were also not properly maintained. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Housekeeping was equally disappointing, as we had to contact reception multiple times to receive basic amenities. In addition, the food quality was below expectations, particularly the breakfast, which did not meet the standard we would expect from your hotel. Overall, the stay did not reflect the level of service and quality associated with your brand and was notably below the standard of neighboring hotels. This experience has negatively impacted our impression. Given the above, I kindly request that you review this matter and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the substandard experience. I look forward to your response. Please note that I did not raise this with the hotel management at the time due to time constraints. However, during my stay at your premises, I was bitten by a spider while sleeping, despite all doors being closed. My left leg became swollen for 5 days (until today) and a scar is still visible.

I was upgraded to a ‘Viva’ room which was a great size and comfortable. The room led onto a pool that was allocated to these rooms and was quiet, relaxing and no children. Enjoyed my stay - thank you!
