The customer service at check in was not helpful. The room is dated and the shower didn't function properly. I think you would get a lot further if you would skip the breakfast and just update the hotel rooms. There are so many cafes and restaurants in the area no one needs the breakfast as part of the room fee.

very good location - just off the main hustle and bustle of Jaffa street/Ben Yehuda. the Friday night dinner was excellent as were the 3 breakfasts we had. Jonny the manager in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to assist us. we had issues with the safe in our room which they could not fix so they changed our room without any issues or problems.

We had a great vacation in an excellently located hotel with a very good breakfast. The Hanukkah candle-lighting tour was also included and very interesting. The only drawback of the hotel is the limited parking within walking distance, but you can’t really blame the hotel for the parking difficulties in Jerusalem.

We also stayed at the Ibis Style right on Ben Yehuda for one night. This was much better. Better lobby and sitting area where we could meet friends. Much better breakfast. Exceedingly helpful staff. The location was perfect for our needs. I would be happy to return and have already recommended your hotel to friends.

We stayed at the Ibis Hotel in Jerusalem for a weekend in November 2025 – two adults and three teenagers. We booked two rooms. Overall, our experience was excellent. Check-in was quick and efficient, and we got access to our rooms without delay. The rooms were clean and well arranged. One room had a sofa bed opened for the third guest, and the other was a clean and comfortable double room. Breakfast on Saturday morning was outstanding – a rich variety of fresh, tasty food, with plenty of seating. The hotel also provides free water, tea, coffee, and other drinks throughout the day. The location is truly unbeatable – right in the city center, within walking distance to the Western Wall, the market (Mahane Yehuda), and many attractions in downtown Jerusalem. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I want to personally thank Mr. Aharon, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to assist us before our arrival . He helped coordinate the rooms and made sure everything met our expectations. Thanks to him, our entire experience at the hotel was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We like the hotel and stayed there before, but this time we were shocked that as of 06:30 in the morning there was an incredible construction noise which even passed the sealed windows so that we simply couldn’t sleep any more. This really destroyed our short weekend breakaway to Jerusalem. We appreciate the fact that you can’t avoid constructions around the hotel, but no-one warned us in advance that this is the case, as we could have chosen another hotel if we knew it before. This is terribly disappointing.

Good Hotel. Ideal Location in Jerusalem with very good breakfast. Most of the guests where religious and the Lobby and Lounge crouded, where the launge turned into sinagogue and the Loggy became Woman's part of the orthodox Sinagogue , so practicaly in Friday evening there was no Lobby and Launge.
