The room is clean and decent but not even a bottle of water or chocolate (as it used to be!) In breakfast the staff made so much noise - standing doing nothing and talking loud. This was really bad experience. We came to relax and have quite time - and this didn't help

Well located, good breakfast, BAD ROOMS

The rooms are outdated, super thin mattresses, narrow single beds, standing shower with moldy curtain. Construction sounds from the very early morning hours - there wasn't any note on the website. Great location on Jaffa Street, meters from Zion square, walking distance to Machne Yehuda Market and Mamilla. Good, surprising breakfast.

The location was great - walking distance to the Ben Yahuda market Efrat at the front desk was just wonderful and very helpful with all that we needed. We appreciated her warmth and willingness to assist in whatever we needed. The bathroom did not smell nice at times, but the room was otherwise great!
