We stayed during the Christmas/Hanukka week and it was great. We could walk to many places very easily. Staff were instrumental in helping us find a large taxi when we had to go to a hotel elsewhere with all our luggage. They had gelt for everyone, people used the first floor lounge, the place was clean. Unfortunately some nearby buildings were being renovated, so that made the neighborhood look a bit shabby. Lots of places to eat for coffee, lunch, dinner within walking distance.

Reception has to be better...not so proffessional... Located in a very central place (rooms are clean, however some things around arent with attention) very close walking everywhere...good places to eat and buy around (all is Kosher) Thursday is full of people if you like it

The restaurant manager provides excellent service. The maids do a great job cleaning the room. The women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful but one of the men at the front desk could be more helpful
