The towels need to be a bit more plush and absorbent. There should be a space in the lounge or access downstairs for coffee and tea; I know there was a coffee maker in the room. As the room is a bit small, it would be nice to have a coffee or tea in a larger more relaxed area.

The customer service at check in was not helpful. The room is dated and the shower didn't function properly. I think you would get a lot further if you would skip the breakfast and just update the hotel rooms. There are so many cafes and restaurants in the area no one needs the breakfast as part of the room fee.

very good location - just off the main hustle and bustle of Jaffa street/Ben Yehuda. the Friday night dinner was excellent as were the 3 breakfasts we had. Jonny the manager in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to assist us. we had issues with the safe in our room which they could not fix so they changed our room without any issues or problems.

We had a great vacation in an excellently located hotel with a very good breakfast. The Hanukkah candle-lighting tour was also included and very interesting. The only drawback of the hotel is the limited parking within walking distance, but you can’t really blame the hotel for the parking difficulties in Jerusalem.
