The staff at Ibis Amman are honestly amazing — extremely kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their friendliness and professionalism truly make a big difference and are the best part of the stay, thanks to Mahmoud HK and front office B shift I don’t remember his name 😭 However, when it comes to the hotel facilities, the building itself really needs renovation. The rooms and especially the bathrooms feel quite old and outdated, and they don’t match the level of service provided by the staff. Overall, the experience was good thanks to the wonderful team, but with proper renovation and updates, this hotel could be much better. Im happy with my stay.

this is the worst time im really considering to never come to any Ibis hotel ever i have been in milan, Goergia tbilisi but the one in amman jordan was the worst stay ever i understand its budget hotel but i will never understand how they let things get so dirty i also have pictures of the bugs i saw and i complained multiple time

Very well located with multi nearby services, good stay, bad Wi-fi in the first night, coffee machine didn't work correctly, clean room, very good breakfast, collaborative welcoming staff.
