Arrival at the Ibis Hotel was very good. The staff at the front desk are very respectful and pleasant. Very helpful in any questions that I might have. The bartender was excellent and also very helpful with all my questions. Unfortunately, the hotel facility was not great, I was very disappointed. My room carpet was not clean, I saw spots on the carpet. The shower when I got there looked clean until I turned on the water and I saw the black mold and mildew all over the place. I was in the room for three days and not once did the housekeeping staff come to empty my garbage. The wifi was horrible, was NOT stable at all. I alerted the staff, they had an IT guy come and look at it however it did not get fixed.I was unable to present at two zoom meetings as a result of this. I alerted the front desk about these issues, they did give me a free drink, which was very kind of them, however, the issues I had were never addressed. I stay in hotels all over the world and this is by far one of the worst places I have stayed.

We had an issue is the cleaness of towels. Also the bathrooms could benefit from some rebewal and improvements
