The hotel is generally very nice and has a good reputation. However, I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. While staying in Room 210, I discovered that USD 200 had been taken from my wallet, which was kept inside my luggage bag. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel administration. Unfortunately, it took three days for them to provide feedback. I provided all the necessary evidence, including bank SMS notifications and money exchange records from Jordan, to demonstrate that I had the cash in my possession before the incident. After their investigation, the hotel informed me that they had questioned the room service employee, who denied taking anything, and no further action was taken. I would also like to point out that I did not request room cleaning during my stay, and both room key cards remained with me at all times. Furthermore, no orientation or information was provided regarding hotel security procedures, such as the availability of a safe deposit box. Had I been informed, I would have either stored my wallet in the safe or carried it with me. I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way this matter was handled. What happened was very disappointing, especially considering the hotel's otherwise positive reputation and quality of service.

We also interviewed the team members who had access to the floor during your stay. The investigation did not reveal any evidence of unauthorized access to your room. Regarding room cleaning, as explained during your stay, our Housekeeping team performs cleaning services only when there is no "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed on the room door, in accordance with our operational procedures and guest privacy standards. We would also like to clarify that all guest rooms are equipped with an in-room safe deposit box, which is visibly installed and available for securing valuables throughout the stay. While we understand your disappointment, we take all guest concerns seriously and conduct investigations with the utmost care and professionalism. We appreciate your recognition of the hotel's positive reputation and service quality and regret that this experience has affected your overall impression.
