Very nice facilities and great service. I just have a few comments/areas of improvements: 1. My room smelled a lot like smoke first time I entered it, even though it was non-smoking 2. Housekeeping had a tendency to give me only decaf coffee pods for the machine in the room 3. In the fitness changing room, there was a hairdryer but no shampoo or conditioner

Yes, the room is spacious and looks luxurious at first glance, but almost everything else was disappointing: - The espresso machine was broken, and when I called the reception, the employee actually laughed and acted like I didn’t know how to use it. Only after sending someone did they realize I was right and that the machine needed replacement. The employee who replaced it spilled water all over the floor, left a mess behind, and didn’t care at all about cleaning it. - There was also no hairdryer in the room, and I had to wait more than 15 minutes to receive one just before an appointment. - The glass jug was dirty a littlebit, with small black particles stuck at the bottom. - The bathroom mirror wasn’t properly cleaned, and I found two long hairs in the shower. - One of the electrical outlets didn’t work, which made me think the iron was broken, and the staff’s “solution” forced me to use another outlet in an uncomfortable setup. - The toilet door handle was extremely greasy, and honestly disgusting. - On top of all that, the room alarm clock doesn’t work. - The iron bottom was dirty, and made 2 black spots on my shirt. Overall, this stay was far below the standards a hotel like this should maintain.
