My Fifth stay at Fairmont Amman was truly wonderful, and I left with such genuine appreciation for everyone who made it so special, despite being cut short due to the current situation in the region. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully done, but it is the people who make it unforgettable. The staff are an absolute gem and could not do enough to please. Their kindness, warmth, and sincere desire to help were felt in every interaction. I would especially like to mention MALAAK and ALAA, who were absolutely delightful and helpful in every way. They went above and beyond with such grace and genuine care, and I am deeply grateful to them. I must also mention the valet staff and the waiters at Salt Restaurant, who were consistently courteous, attentive, and charming. It is rare to find such heartfelt hospitality throughout an entire hotel. Fairmont Amman made me feel truly valued and at home, and I would return without hesitation.

I was staying in the Fairmont on a work trip with 5 colleagues. We all had an amazing stay and it is the perfect place to wind down after a very long days work. The hotel is beautiful it feels like the stars it is with amazingly friendly staff, from the bottom to the very top, who all make it feel like the Fairmont is a small boutique hotel with a very personal touch. Wonderful rooms with beds to die for. I would of course recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Jordan, it’s amazing.
