Beautiful, elegant hotel with gorgeous rooms, the largest bathtub plus double sinks, a mirrored, walk-in closet! Many good restaurants, AND a great location! Breakfast was good; a lovely selection of foods and juices. Décor is luxurious!

Hotel staf are not freindly

Excellent clean and bright room with lovely view of Amman. Was very good idea from staff to recommend use of the Gold Floor lounge. However, price quoted didn’t match price charged. Please return difference to credit card.

Hotel room fee still not refunded

I paid 150 dinars on checkin and did not use anything and I have still not received this money back. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received replies to my emails either. Terrible service.

Haven’t received my refund

It has been two weeks since I checked out and they still haven’t refunded me 150 dinars for the room and don’t reply to emails either. The hotel itself is in a good location but customers shouldn’t have to reach out multiple times to get something back that belongs to them.
