The location is great. The rooms are very nicely furnished and logically laid out. Works perfectly for a couple in a hurry to get dressed. The supplies in the room are what you expect in a five star although some items were missing or not easy to locate. We elected to have breakfast at the hotel despite all the attractive nearby restaurants. This turned up to be a good decision as the breakfast (and service) were excellent and very convenient.
Room dining was also excellent when needed late at night. Their menu draws from the 3 in-house restaurants.
If i am to be picky, some things in the room need refreshing/tidying up/maintenance. The hotel website could be improved. It was not flexible in case you needed to make changes but customer services made up for it through email exchanges.
I would stay there again.

The room was smelly with very disgusting smell in the bathroom. The TV is small and operated with an outdated software that doesn’t allow com-cast or screen mirroring, instead it allows “USP” connection!!
The breakfast has big variety but everything tastes bad. The toasted bread is not fresh, it’s obvious that it’s been there for few days. If you see the toaster device you’d never even think of using it, disgusting!!
