I had visited the restaurant a few times before and had the impression that it was a great hotel, so I arrived withe high expectations. It was my first time staying at a hotel, and I was very satisfied with the spacious room and the open view. However, the cleanliness did not seem to match a five-star standard. The inside of the refrigerator was very dirty, and there were many stains on the carpet, so it didn't feel particularly comfortable. I'm not sure if I was assigned a smoking room, but there was a cigarette smell coming from the bedding, which my stay a bit unpleasant. The breakfast was excellent, and I was very satisfied. If the cleanliness were improved, I think I would be even more satisfied on my next visit.
