Great hotel! Excellent location, contemporary design, decent gym, good breakfast spread with lovely views from the restaurant, friendly staff. Overall, good value. Would recommend for a stay in Tbilisi. Walking distance to everything you'd want to visit without be "stuck" in Old Tbilisi and high traffic areas.

The main reason for my high rating is the cleanliness of the room and accommodation for my hypoallergenic requests. That was executed phenomenally. The room and bathroom were very clean. That is very important to me when staying at a hotel. The breakfast was extensive and executed well. Small improvements: I will say some of the staff felt a bit cold in welcoming and usually it is not common practice to say a guests room number out loud during check-in. Mine was said in front of other guests during check in. For safety reasons, please do not say room numbers aloud. Someone could follow people to their room.
