Good location. Spacious room- vitality. Nice gym amenities in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows (very important). To improve- towels may be better (thicker). Stuff agressively pretends not to understand some language, though they do understand. I come from Moldova and i cant speak georgian, and let say neither english, so russian could be a good option. They could distinguish between russian speakers (post soviet) and russians.

Breakfast was lacking. No porridge, no salmon. Bottled juice was labelled as fresh. Sofas outside were wet on one occasion, so I had to change after breakfast. Asked for second blanked - housekeeping brought it without sheets (makes zero sense). Shoehorn missing from the room. Toothpaste was provided in insufficient amounts and not replenished by housekeeping, had to ask for it twice in 3 nights stay. Worst moment - doorman confused the tags on my bags when I gave it to luggage room. Gave me sense of insecurity - somebody could’ve taken my bags, also wasted time to find correct bags myself - was in a hurry to airport. On a bright side - all staff were welcoming and smiling, all extremely helpful.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is comfortable and stylish with very friendly staff. We had a noise issue one night that was taken seriously and staff took steps to resolve. The pool area was a little busy at times with non-guests but after a short wait space opened up. The mineral water was a great touch and we found it thoughtful after a day exploring in the sun. The hotel is really well located as a base to walk to every area of the city we wanted to explore. Would stay again.
