The hotel did not honored their promises, for example I couldn't find the shuttle as I was promised when I booked and when I approached the staff to ask about the shuttle they said we stopped it a while ago and it stays on the booking site by mistake and its not their problem of I don't find a shuttle or not which I found it very unprofessional. The WIFI kept disconnecting. I booked two rooms for six people but they were only two towel in each room.... ect Anyway it wasn't a good experience
