Clean room, secure car park, located 5-10minute walk into centre. Close to free boat shuttle which is a fun activity with kids. 30minutes from airport. Easy check in and check out. Nice bar area with chess.

This hotel is in a great location, a short walk or free boat ride into the old town. Right next to the Hotel de Ville, loads of local bus routes come past here too. The room was very comfortable and clean with plenty of storage. There’s a good shower and good towels. Secure outdoor parking was handy for the car. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. We extended our stay multiple times and we’d definitely stay here again. Recommended.

I stayed 2 nights at Ibis Martigues. The first day, I arrived at the hotel quite late after a business dinner (around 10 PM) and when entering in the room, the room was really hot (heatwave period) and I discovered that the air conditioning was malfunctioning. Fan, whatever the speed, was really low and no cold was generated. I explained the situation to the hotel employee who told me that the hotel was full (not possible to change my room) and gave me a portable fan instead. At around 1 AM and after unsuccessful temptatives to find another hotel with air conditioned room closeby (all full), I went back to see to the hotel employee to express my dissatisfaction and real discomfort (I felt tired and was expected for an important business meeting the day after) and I required a change of room for the second night, what the hotel did. In my mind, being in South of France during a heatwave period, I would expect from a renown Group (like Accor) & hotel to check that the air conditioning is working and that room conditions are acceptable before the room is provided to a customer. I travel a lot for my job and since it is the second misfortune I had with Accor hotel during the spring-summer 2026 period, I strongly hesitate to stop booking Accor Hotels. I am really disappointed.

the lobby is well renovated yet the AC was working or very weakly. the welcome drink is very nice at the counter. the room was old, I do not know why I had a old sofa in my room, nor the bed sheets and cover. felt like sleeping in a locker room when i took shower the shower gel was empty and the bathroom floor got wet due to lack of a seal of the shower

Easy on site parking. Staff seemed disinterested. Short walk to some restaurants and water. For us the room was and no heating? No smart tv or casting, thus seems to be standard for country France. Breakfast very ordinary, poorly presented, not stocked and not very clean area. .

I spent two nights in your hotel, had dinner once and breakfast both morning; I asked for an apple and was charged 1€ Not sure that it has really a good idea rest of the stay was fine, just a bitter taste for a small apple

Good and comfortable hotel rooms. However, there are noise sources that wakes up many guests. On the morning of 14th, that noise started 0630 and lasted for 30 minutes. What is it? Why is it and why is it permitted to make that much noise in a hotel?

They sent me an invoice which stated that I stayed at the Ibis Martigues. I did not stay there ever. I had paid my cancellation fee already! It appeared like they were demanding money, again. The words were wrong. The official outcome never understood this!

My daughter and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for us with some space to store our clothes and belongings. The room was very clean too. The staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was very good too. We are very happy with our experience and we definitely recommend this hotel.
