It wasn't the first time that I stayed at your hotel for business trip. Services are at a good level, the choice for the breakfasts is correct and the personal is always available. The covid19 protocol is applied seriously for your clients and your own personal.

In 6 days I took only one time the breakfast, in rest coffee only. Careffour and Auchan was the breakfast provider. In the last night I asked somebody from Reception to prepare the bill because I'll leaving the hotel at 4:00AM. He told me is not possible and somebody will be there. At 4:00AM a guy who don't like the computer gave the bill after 15 min

This hotel is situated near a marina, a beach is 10 minutes walk away and close to a main road without the noise of this road. (it is up 200 meters)

I stay in this hotel regularly when visiting Martigues, and I have always had a pleasant stay. On this occasion, reception staff have also been very helpful in sorting out my own booking mistake, for which I am very thankful.

The heating did not work, and the chair kept loosing screws to the extend that it became very unsafe. Reported, but nothing done. Door extremely stiff to open, and usual problem half though stay with non working key cards. Staff friendly, helpful and adaptable to our various requests, including taxi for us at short notice, and confirming that it would take us where we needed to go (out of town). Still a shame it does not have a restaurant as finding a restaurant open at the weekends close by was a problem.

We are regular users of Ibis and have stayed at Martigues a number of times. We find your staff to be always welcoming and very helpful. However, this time our stay was spoiled by the loss of my tablet. It was definitely in our room (212) on Sunday morning and when we left the room appeared to be empty of our property. However, on arriving home the tablet was not in any of our bags and I thought that it must have been left behind. I rang twice but it was not found.

They always give to the reception what they found in the room (laptop, money etc...) Room was very basic and in need of some refurbishment as it is showing signs of age and doesn't look good. Would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The sealant around the shower was black with mold, this a quick job to to and would make this area look so much better. We asked reception to book a table at a local restaurant, the lady said she would, however this was not done resulting in us not being able to eat at our restaurant of choice as they became very busy.
