expérience satisfaisante mais qqs remarques toutefois: tarifs changeant d'un jour à l'autre, nous sommes passés de 87€ à 114€ lors de notre 4ème nuit...on aurait espéré un "bonus "pour cette 4ème! 2 serviettes seulement au lieu des 4 habituelles dans l'hôtellerie française. Téléviseur de qualité mais gestion complexe de la télécommande !!! Avons bien dormi cependant !

I like that the Hotel is PET FRIENDLY and allow us to share the Hotel with our "little dog boy". Staff was kind enough to allow me to bring breakfast to my wife to the room every morning because she prefer to stay in the room with the dog (during breakfast) and do not interrupt -with a dog in the Hotel restaurant for other costumers-. Also, I requested days before the possibility to adjust the room from 02 individual beds to one big couple bed instead and we found that in place. Very happy on our experience for my wife, my dog and me..! Will come back, Thank you!! Merci..! Gracias !!

Not very customer friendly. Unlike the Ibis Styles we stayed in earlier in Chalons en Champagne it was demanded that we paid our bill at check in not at check out. Other problems occurred later with paying for a bar bill. Two features in the room did not work. One was a serious safety risk for children.
