Hotel has an unusual gamer theme. Carpets in hallways were stained, hallways smelled unpleasant, unable to control heat/AC as it is automatically controlled, no vent cover to ventilation shaft in my room, door laminate was peeling, door to room didn’t close properly on its own.

I generally like this hotel, I use to go to this hotel 2 times a year. This time, no hot water in the morning, bad shower moment for my wife.

The drain smell in our first room was terrible. However the young woman on reception found us another room which was much better. Food was much better than we expected. Pick up drop off from airport was excellent.
