Cleanliness, very good. Comfort, very good. I asked for a wake-up call for 4.45am in order to catch an early flight. This was NOT received. Fortunately I was able to wake in time. I went to the office and found the male attendant asleep in his chair!!!! The booked taxi came about 10 minutes later and I caught my flight. NOT impressed with that part of the service.

Comfortable room and bed. Nice clean bathroom and shower. But it wasn’t as close to the airport as depicted. The neighborhood was not very nice, rather industrial. But everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Lots of smiling faces and good attitudes.

Firstly - the staff are great and the issue is with the design of the hotels and the bedrooms in particular. + Plenty of parking 10mins from airport Pool Outside area Nice bar Restaurant is ok Bathroom had a good shower and our room a bath - Totally outdated rooms No coffee/ tea facilities/ no kettle Aircon was cold but the unit was about the front door and wasn’t as effective as it could be in the main room Lift is tiny and really far from reception Over priced Not recommended Narrow corridor and entry to room Toilet is tiny and hardly any room to move

Nice stay (as usual in the past during my previous stays but this time with a heavy Nogo in the bathroom

The sink in the bathroom had a big crack that was temporarily filled with green glue: here you should definitely not rent the room to any guest until this damage is repaired. Such a damage should not be visible in a 3 star hotel as IBIS Styles. All the rest was well OK, as usual.

We landed at Marseille airport at 10.55 pm and arrived at this hotel at 11.30 pm upon which we were informed that no drinks or food were available; not even a vending machine! Given that this hotel is called 'Ibis Styles Marseille Provence Aéroport', many other guests must arrive from late flights needing refreshments. Not a good start to our holiday in Provence.
