Despite computer issues at the check-in, the staff was very welcoming and customer oriented. (offered a drink while solving the situation: much better than waiting at the checking desk: best practice in case of an issue: to be deployed as a standard in all the hotels) Room was very clean every day, thanks. Covid 19: safe feeling Breakfast: one coffee machine (main one) is over aged.... (very very slow coffee maker)

All perfect from the Shuttle service, the stay itself to the check out, the staff members were so friendly and professional. A big Kudos to Soraya (from the Restaurant) ... she just went above and beyond all expectations. I will definitely come back.

The hotel has a good “quality/price” ratio. The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, it is located in the middle of an industrial zone, at least 5 km from the airport and the bus shuttle only stayed at 6pm. My flight being early in the morning, I had to order a taxi to take me to the airport. The short ride was 30 euros. It is a good hotel if you have a car but I will avoid if you don’t have a mean of transportation.

Effectivly, our hotel is situated 4km far from the airport. Our shuttle is working from 6:00AM to 11:30PM and our reception can book for you a cab if you want to go at the airport earlier. A nightmare

When I made the booking I added a note asking for a room either on the ground floor or on a floor with a lift, this was because my wife has a respiratory illness and finds it difficult to walk even short distances or up stairs. We arrived at the reception and were told that our room was on the first floor but there was a lift. In fact the lift was at the other end of the hotel, a long way from the reception, restaurant etc and our room even further, about 100 metres. When I mentioned my request on the boking to the receptionist she said there was no problem as there was a door at the other end of the hotel and I could ferry my wife to our room and back by car. I had the impression that nobody had bothered to look at the request on my booking and I wasn't very happy with this but had little choice. That evening I left our car parked near to the door which gave access to the lift but the next morning when we tried to leave by this door so that I could ferry my wife to the restaurant for breakfast it was locked. We had no choice but to walk which gave my wife a lot of difficulty and I spoke to the person at the reception who didn't seem to give a damn. After breakfast we had to walk back to the room and then when we left the door was still locked so my wife had once again to walk all the way to the main door so that I could go and get the car from the other end of the hotel and pick her up. I made a compliant to the person on reception and also let her know that we had been unable to connect to the wifi in the hotel and there is nothing in the room to explain how to do so. They didn't seem to care about the problems caused by the locked doors or to care much about the problem with the wifi. I explained to them that I did not hold them personally responsible but that I would be making an official complaint.

The location is close to the airport and the hotel serves food until late hours. Very useful for late evening trips if you don't want to move your car for a pizza. The rooms are old but still efficient. Clean but would need a refurbish.

Worst Ibis we've ever stayed at

Run down rooms, carpet was disgusting. Room in ground floor even if we had requested at reservation a room in an upper floor. Cleaning service was a joke, they only made the bed and it was full of wrinkles, they didn't even bother stretching the sheets a bit + everyday they left the ac on max, the room was freezing when we would get back late in the night. Breakfast was the poorest I've ever seen in an ibis hotel with hardly any choice, and the queue on the first day was ridiculously long and slow, with staff totally unable to manage it. We booked here because it was a last minute trip and only room we could find, but it was eventually really expensive for what you get and not at the standards usual of an Ibis hotel. We will make sure to never stay here again.

From the moment I arrived at Hotel the staff were very helpful. Arthur was very helpful and couldn't of done anymore to help me. Sami and Julie whom were on Reception were also very helpful. Dominic whom was the Shuttle bus driver was also very helpful and friendly. The Room was very clan and tidy, the breakfast there was a good selection of food. Julie on Reception ordered me a pizza this was very nice I would recommend it. If I was to return I would definately stay at the hotel again. thank you hope to see you soon.

This hotel is approx. 3 km away from the airport and a shuttle bus which you call and wait for at number 2 bus stop Terminal 2 arrives within 10 mins. The hotel is very quiet and very clean. The staff all speak english as well as french. We stayed on a Saturday night and only snacks were being served so a member of reception called for a pizza on our behalf which arrived very quickly. We booked our shuttle bus for the next morning and were on our way.
