Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the airport location, we understand your comment, but we would like to clarify that the distance between the hotel and Marseille Provence Airport is clearly indicated when making a reservation on our website and on the different booking platforms. The hotel is located approximately 4 km from the airport. We therefore recommend that guests check the location and distance before confirming their reservation. Concerning the taxi fare, we are sorry that you were charged an amount that you considered excessive. However, taxi fares are set by the taxi company and are unfortunately beyond the hotel's control. We nevertheless regret that this contributed negatively to your experience. We sincerely apologize for the other issues you encountered during your stay. The problems with the room lighting, the empty body wash dispenser and the shower drain should not have occurred. We will share these points with our technical and housekeeping teams so that they can be checked. We are also sorry about the confusion regarding breakfast. The information provided by our team should have been consistent, and we regret that you received contradictory answers when you were leaving the hotel. Regarding the absence of a fridge, coffee/tea facilities and the number of power sockets, these are part of the room facilities and are indicated in the room description when booking. We are nevertheless pleased that you found the bed clean and that our team was able to arrange a taxi for your departure. Arrived late due to confusion with ibis Marseille Provence Airport (1093), my own mistake when took shuttle from Airport about 22h15-22h45 Night receptionist very welcoming kind and helpful with hot drinks and phone charger borrowed from him Breakfast kindly advised by night Receptionist would be ready to take away about 05h50 as I meant to leave with 6 am shuttle Lady driver also at early breakfast very kind and very helpful too

Hotel has an unusual gamer theme. Carpets in hallways were stained, hallways smelled unpleasant, unable to control heat/AC as it is automatically controlled, no vent cover to ventilation shaft in my room, door laminate was peeling, door to room didn’t close properly on its own.
