good shuttle service from the airport. i felt isolated from the world out there and had no choice but to eat in the cafe. the food was awful and overpriced. the staff were friendly

I was impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of your staff. I was also very pleasantly surprised that you serve a buffet dinner. I had never encountered this before. The selections were elaborate and diverse. I was sorry that I had to leave before breakfast. The room was clean and fine for my short stay.

The area around the hotel is bleak, and not at all bicycle or walker friendly. But the staff did a great job with buffet dinner and breakfast

Luckily the hotel staff were nice as the hotel isn’t. The swimming pool was dirty, I fished out a clump of hair, half the sun loungers were broken. On arrival I was told that the restaurant wasn’t serving dinner so I had to order takeaway pizza as you cannot access anything on foot. Lots of long term guests staying at hotel , all male boat crews which leads to a strange atmosphere.

The swimming pool was dirty, clumps of hair floating around in the water and full ash trays everywhere, half the sun loungers were broken.I was told the restaurant wasn’t open as I arrived so I had to order takeaway pizza as you cannot access anything on foot. Breakfast buffet very limited… no cereal or hot items and there was a dead fly in the Nutella jar. Lots of long term residents staying at the hotel…all male boat crews which led to a strange atmosphere at hotel. The staff however were very nice and helpful and the navette service was great…every half hour. I have previously stayed at the ibis at Marseille airport … it was much better and I would recommend.
