We arrived at the hotel following a cruise and prior to our early flight home the next morning. We arrived at the hotel before the check in time, but the staff kindly took in our luggage whilst we awaited our room to be ready. After about 30 minutes or so, we were offered an early check in at a price of €30, which we accepted as we were both very hot and tired. The room was ok and roughly the same as other Ibis hotels we have stayed in previously. Sadly, the air conditioning was very poor and, on a very hot day, it was inadequate. We did allow it time to kick in over a few hours to see if it improved, but sadly it didn't. My wife did mention it to reception to see if there was abything they could do, but sadly there wasn't. This was disappointing as we always look to book hotels with air-conditioning as we dont sleep very well in hot weather. When we have had problems with air-conditioning in other hotels in the last, they have normally offered us a change of rooms or to send maintenance out to check and clean the filters to try and improve things. It was a shame nothing had been offered. There was also a lack of plug sockets in the the room, with an extension cube added to to try and help with this. However, this meant that any electronic devices had to be plugged in away from the bed, which was inconvenient. The bed itself was very comfy and the room was plenty big enough for us for a one night stay. The shower was surprisingly big and had good pressure. The only issue with the shower was that the temperature wasn't very consistent and would get hotter and colder at regular intervals. There was a nice swimming pool and terrace area, which was great for us to relax with some drinks and enjoy the beautiful weather. Overall, the staff were very good and friendly. The restaurant in the evening was excellent and had very good food. A free airport shuttle was provided in the morning, which saved us walking across with our luggage. The airport is very close by, so you could easily walk if you dont have much luggage. Overall, our stay was fine, but the issue with the air-conditioning sadly meant that we didnt sleep as well as we would have liked and, with an early start the next day, was for from ideal. It would be great if the hotel could invest in regular maintenance on the air conditioning in the rooms, as it was much more effective in the communal areas. This should be done to ensure that guests get a room with the amenities that they expect.

good for simple stay and there is free navettes to airport but it should be informed in advance sinde we had to walk to the hotel on the first day

The location, airport shuttle, and restaurant were top notch. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room, despite a complimentary upgrade, was disappointing. The air conditioning never cooled the room and the TV did not work (no signal). When you are tired and have many suitcases, a new room is not en easy option after 9pm at night.

Comfortable and well located with friendly and helpful staff. The WiFi was problematic and kept dropping which marred the experience but overall we were satisfied.
