NOONE picks up the phone. Transfer does NOT arrive. Reception are LIERS! Reception is INCOMPETENT! Reception is asking for Ppersonal Data in the public place for EVERYONE to hear! SItuation: we have arrived to Terminal 2 of Marseille airport. Have been calling the reception to understand the Transfer terms for 20 min straight. Noone picked up. while we were standing in the cold!!! then Ahmed picked up and advised us to go to a special place to push a button to call for a reception. We went and did so. we were told to wait 2 min. after 15 min we pushed the button again. and Ahmed was asking me to give my Full Name! while we are talking on the public machine, surrounded by crowd of people waiting for other Transfers to arrive! we gave the name of the reservation and he simply droped the line! tryed calling again (via pushing the button) - he picked up, asked for name and dropped again!!! after that my husband was calling by phone and after 5 min of different attempts, Ahmed picked up and advised that we need to wait another 15 min. in 20 min NO Transfer arrived and we went by foot. SO INCOMPETENT LIERS! The room: the bed and linens smelled like cigarettes or smoke. We could not open the window, as someone was smoking. the AC is not working for cooling. it was an AWFUL NIGHT! I tried calling ALL ACCOR Customer Care and agents were not available NEITHER! It's an AWFUL experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am extremely disapointed in you!!!!!

We were really disappointed by this hotel. Room dated and basic. No water in room. Not even a fridge. We also felt that the hotel was completely over priced for what you get.

I use Ibis all over France mainly and this is my second time in this one. Super handy, 3' max from the airport terminals. Nice rooms. Nice staff.

I booked this hotel for one precise reason: because they offered airport transfer, I even checked on their site that transfers start at 4:30 AM. My flight was at 5:45, so I thought it's perfect, I rather pay a bit more for a hotel, but at least I don't need to deal with taxis or walk kilometers at 4:30 in the morning. Turns out, the transfer -otherwise 2 minutes long journey- is in every half an hour, and if there are more than 8 people needs it, then everyone else gets left behind. The transfer doesn't do two rounds... Their website doesn't say that the transfer needs to be booked in advance or that it only goes in every half an hour. As there was a French group of 8, and I was alone, it didn't come as a surprise that I was left out from the transfer van. So I had to run with my suitcases, to make it in time to the airport...it's a 1-kilometer walk, but neither I did particularly plan to go running in high heeled boots at that time of the day, with backpack and suitcases, nor I wanted to spend 15 Euros extra and wait 10 minutes for a taxi. The receptionist was also negligent and a bit rude, he didn't even think twice, to find a solution for my problem. So this incident ruined the whole experience for me, as a Platinum Accor Hotels member, I was expecting a bit less inhumane treatment. I will never book in that hotel again.
