Had to change rooms 3 times: first room, no heat; second room, the lock stopped working.

The night-time staff was extremely helpful and responsive to the variety of problems that we experienced. However, the change of rooms and the issues we experienced troubled what should have been a quiet evening. We spent at least an hour coordinating room changes. All we were offered for our trouble was a free soft drink coupon with the suggestion that we talk to the manager in the morning. However, we left for an early morning flight and had no opportunity to do so. The evening staff should have had the right to comp us our room.

We have stayed at the Marseilles Ibis several times and always find the rooms clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly and the location very convenient to the airport and the shuttle to terminals is a the best. The convenience of the Courtpaille for breakfast and dinner is great. This time we enjoyed being able to borrow boules and play a couple games of petanque in the small court beside the parking lot before dining. We appreciate that scented air-freshener is NOT used in the rooms and hope it remains that way. We look forward to our next time there.

This Ibis is perfect for Marseille airport. It is modern, very friendly,well appointed. The beds are perfect for a good night's sleep before travelling. Wifi, breakfast and bar are all up to a high standard. Thoroughly recommend.

Very good. I was immediately greeted by someone at the reception with my key in his hand even though my plane was 2.5 hours late. Nice, helpful driver for the navette. Smiling staff. Nice breakfast. Easy check-out. I work in hospitality so I pay attention!

Cramped and smelly room

First room given was on ground floor, directly next to entrance. Noisy throughout the night because of smokers right outside the window and constant traffic Strong sewer smell from bathroom permeating the room

Had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle to take me to the hotel from the airport. The entrance lobby is shabby and not very welcoming.
