We had an early flight and chose the hotel so we could have breakfast before we left. We used the shuttle and both staff were very pleasant. Had a leisurely drink at the bar. The upgrade was welcomed and shower very clean. The receptionist was very pleasant. We would use again.

The room was stuffy and di not have aircon or ventilation. We had to open the window, from 6th floor! The window had mosquito warning. If there are mosquitoes, should have switched on aircon. Otherwise, staff was courteous. There was an airport shuttle at 4:30 am - which was very nice.
