Please accept our apologies for the long wait for the airport shuttle, the condition of the bathroom towels, and the difficulties you encountered in our restaurant. Your comments regarding the lack of cups, cutlery, and plates, as well as the pressure on our restaurant team, have been shared with the relevant departments. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been and regret the inconvenience it caused. We arrived at around 10:00 p.m. After calling from the shuttle bus station, the Ibis hotel we booked confirmed that the shuttle would arrive in about five minutes. About five minutes later, a shuttle bus with “Ibis” displayed on the front arrived, so we got on. However, when we reached the hotel, we were informed that it was not the Ibis hotel we had booked. This was very frustrating. There was no indication on the shuttle showing which Ibis hotel it was serving, even though there are three different Ibis hotels in the same area. The driver also did not confirm our destination before we boarded. We then asked the reception staff if they could contact the correct Ibis hotel and arrange for its shuttle to pick us up. We were told that there would be no more shuttle service after 10:30 p.m., so we had no choice but to pay €12 for a taxi to reach the correct hotel. When we finally arrived there, the receptionist informed us that their shuttle actually operates until midnight. This misinformation caused us unnecessary inconvenience and extra expense. We also booked the shuttle for 9:00 a.m. the following morning. However, when we arrived at 9:00 a.m., we were told that the shuttle was already full and that we would have to wait until it returned. Overall, the entire shuttle service was very poorly managed. From being taken to the wrong hotel, to receiving incorrect information, and then being unable to use the shuttle we had booked, the experience was extremely disappointing. What made it even worse was that no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience we experienced. I hope the hotel will improve its shuttle management, ensure that drivers verify passengers’ destinations, clearly identify each shuttle, and provide accurate information to guests in the future.
