Comfortable stay - Very convenient location near airport - Good food at the Fireho restaurant, however mosquitoes are a real nuisance on the terrace: there should be some anti-mosquitoes equipment

We stayed at the hotel due to a cancelled flight. The room was old and tired with various issues which would have been bearable given the circumstances, however there was an awful stench of sewage. We would have cancelled and gone elsewhere but it was already midnight and was too late to relocate.

So disappointed with this stay. After an awful stay at Novotel Marrakech where we decided to never stay in a Accor hotel again, we thought things would be better in Europe but no. Same standards. The bathroom was just not cleaned. And to us this is blatant disrespect. Never again.

I had a 6 am flight so I stayed the previous night. The room was very good, the check-in staff less so. But I couldn't get in one the 4:30 am shuttle because they already had too much baggage. Given that customers stay at the hotel exactly for the reason of having an early flight, and that the airport is only a 5 minute drive away, couldn't the shuttle have RETURNED to pick up more passengers??? I had to walk at 4:30 am. with many heavy bags!!!

We stayed for one night. Check-in was friendly and straightforward. The room offers good value. It was easy to return our car to the rental company located 800 meters away from the hotel. The breakfast was good.

Check in was easy and the staff extremely friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and the restaurant. I was expecting a much more basic experience - an overnight for an early flight. It was actually a very pleasant ending to my vacation.

I am an Accor Gold member. The room we were given overlooked an empty, weed filled carpark. There were nicer rooms overlooking the pool, but we weren't given one. Was our carpark view an upgrade? I think not. But the worst thing was that the AC simply did not work. It was probably around 28-30 in the room and it was just so uncomfortable. The bathroom was weird too - you had to step up into it and it was like an all-in-one pod from a ship or yacht. Just a bit dangerous with that step if you get up in the middle of the night. There was no liquid soap in the bottle in the shower and because it was fixed to the wall, the only way to get liquid soap was to step out of the shower and use the liquid soap affixed to the wall near the vanity unity. Not great! Also, there were two Nespresso coffee pods for the Nespresso machine in a little drawer. One was already used. At check in, the two staff members had no idea that as a gold member we were entitled to two welcome drinks. They seriously did not know what to do. I found the QR code in the elevator and went back to show them my voucher for the drinks. The only plus to this stay was that the restaurant was quite good, with the steaks cooked over charcoal being a real stand out. Would I stay again? Probably not, especially during hot weather.

While allocating the rooms to us, the guy at the reception mentioned that only two premium rooms were available and the price is higher than the normal ones. I agreed. However, I could not see any sign of premium-ness in both rooms!!!

Use this hotel often. Only downside was we had an early check in so the shuttle but wasn’t running.

I have stayed to Hotel IBIS Marseille Provence Airport on 10th July,2026 for one Night. Upon Checking , it was asked regarding breakfast and I confirmed the same and Paid the same (14.90 Euro) in evening along with Hotel accommodation Charges. It was informed that the Shuttle which I require at 04:30 AM is fully booked and not available for me. Hence, I told to the reception that I will ask airline and accordingly if needed I must cancel the breakfast as I have to walk early in next morning to go to the Terminal for my early flight on 11th July,2026. After One hour around 9 PM, I went to the reception and request to cancel the Breakfast. Breakfast was cancelled by reception, however as informed by receptionist, due to software limitation reimbursement will be given after 10 days and invoice will be generated after 10 days around 21st July,2026. I asked proof/evidence for cancellation which may require for future communication, but it was told that it is not required and money will be reimbursed around 10 days. After more than 20 days, with multiple email reminders and request generated in online Accor system, still I have not received reimbursement. I would request to process the same as soon as possible and provide the revised invoice. Thanks in advance for quick resolution

There were looots of moskitos and could not sleep all night. Asked to change the room but was refused.
