Entry gate not working (with instructions only in French - not good for an hotel close to an airport). The person at the reception didn´t open the other gate when I rang. Checkout was delayed due to IT issues which should not happen. The bar was opened, but refused to serve a beer after midnight "due to direction policy". For an hotel close to an airport, this is not welcoming.

We had an early flight and chose the hotel so we could have breakfast before we left. We used the shuttle and both staff were very pleasant. Had a leisurely drink at the bar. The upgrade was welcomed and shower very clean. The receptionist was very pleasant. We would use again.
