5min walk from the airport and they have a private shuttle service running almost all around the clock. The staff is great, friendly and extra caring. The rooms whilst simple are clean and super quiet. Will be back !

You stay in this hotel because of the location and because you have a flight to catch... Sadly do not expect more. Rated a 3 stars is not up to standards. Most of the time there is nobody in the lobby. I ask for a cola (because of the voucher you offer us), but serve in the bottle like that, not even a glass or straw... strange. Breakfast was disappointing as well : poor choice, did not look WOW. Everything was just simple... Too simple ? I am glad my stay was paid with my rewrd points...

One of the rooms assigned had several dirty plates with remaining food in the closet. Really digusting!! wripped bedding sets, flat pillows. the shuttle service when requested to drop off in the correct door ignores and drops were they want.

My flight arrived at 11:45 pm. I called the hotel at 00h03 to ask for the transfer service. They refused to pick me up at the airport because the service stops at 00:00. There were no cabs or buses. So, we had to walk with backpacks and suitcases to the hotel. The room is ok. The bathroom is bad. The plastic floor is noisy. The air conditioning did not work. The breakfast is not worth it. Better to have breakfast somewhere else.

No heating - got cold all night long

No heating in the rooms - even after asking, the only response was "no heating", even so the night were very cold mid-october. I got cold all night.

I like Ibis for the efficient, well-designed and clean rooms. With this stay, I criticize the accommodation for not maintaining the rooms properly. Some things were a bit shabby, over-used, in need of replacement. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. The reservation process, communication, and personnel were all great.

Everything was fine except the air conditioning was not working overnight and the room was hot and unfomfortable. I heard other guests complaining about the same thing in the airport shuttle. Thank you

We needed a clean, quiet and not fancy place to stay while waiting for our next flight and that is just what we got. I also had requested that our room be scent free and it was! Property needs some maintenance, but rooms were clean. The shower is dangerous though. With the controls so low, it is easy to hit the knob. I don't remember hitting the control, but I got scalded with hot water. The standing area is so small that if you turn around, you will trip on the ledge, a hazard!

Late in early out. First beer at 11.30. Staff were absolutely excellent. It was like coming back home from a hard days work, two beers and to bed. Felt the rooms would be a bit small for a longer stay; big beds in a small space. Would certainly recommend it.

I was really impressed with this hotel. It was extremely clean and nicely presented, couldn't have been more convenient for the Airport and the little swimming pool was delightful as we were there in a hot spell. All of the staff who we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

This Ibis is perfect for Marseille airport. It is modern, very friendly,well appointed. The beds are perfect for a good night's sleep before travelling. Wifi, breakfast and bar are all up to a high standard. Thoroughly recommend.

Rooms so small you cant even lay a suitcase anywhere except on bed. No fridge or mini bar, no coffee maker, very basic and duvets only on bed so turn ac up so that you dont cook under duvet. It was quiet and elevator sercuity was good.Nice pool, descent food in restaurant

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your expectations , we strive to afford the best quality. Nevertheless , Our hotels are 3stars hotels and doesn't provide bar and fridge in the rooms. Though we have a bar running round the clock. Same thing for the rooms. The point and advantages of our rooms is that they are fonctionnals with bed and duvets since old blankets passed out. Reception available 24h/24 , could have removed the blankets and provided extra sheets for your comfort, if warned. Luckily for you , Among the ACCORHOTELS brands , you can upgrade your expectations with 4 stars hotels like NOVOTEL , MERCURE or PULLMAN wich provides all the requirements you are lucking for.
