Would have been a higher score however a false Fire Alarm at 4:15am, which in itself was not an issue other than an inconvenience but the fire escape stairs would not pass a risk assessment, on a number of landings there are loose covers presumably protecting the floor which are trip hazards and the final exit at the bottom of the stair was not well lit, outside there was a number of trip hazards and no clear route to an assembly point nor a member of staff to guide people although soon after we got outside the alarm had stopped but we had to find our own way to the main entrance and ask at reception what was happening. Very disappointing if there had been a real emergency!
