Although we had reserved a room with twin beds and a single room with king size bed, upon arrival we were assigned both rooms with king size bed We went down to the reception to change room and we were given a room with twin beds, but when we entered there was no electricity. Other guests in adjacent rooms who has destinarsi before us had the same issue, which was fixed after a while. These inconvenients took about an hour, therefore the check-in experience was not very positive. For the rest, the hotel is very nice, well positioned, rooms are nicely furnished and equipped, plus the mattress is super comfy! In general, we were a bit unsatisfied but the inability to communicate with the hotel directly before our arrival, as all our queries went through prior screening which wasn't fast
