hello Jose, Indeed, when guests stay for several nights, we perform a thorough cleaning of the room every other day. On the other days, the bed is made, towels left on the floor are replaced, and the housekeeper cleans the bathroom. As the guests' personal belongings are scattered around, she is not permitted to move them. I hope you understand that we have to strike the right balance between housekeeping and your privacy. You don't clean the room every day, only change the towels and made the bed. Never clean the bathroom.

The hotel is in an easy to find location and is well placed to walk into the walled city. Our room was very small but clean and tidy, the shower was good and the shower gel was lovely. It was very noisy though, the road is busy and the park opposite is lovely but dog walkers seem to allow their dogs to bark incessantly at 6am opposite the hotel windows. The underground car park opposite (underneath the park) is very good and excellent value.

We are delighted to learn that you appreciated our prime location near the Medieval City, as well as the cleanliness of your room and the convenient parking facilities nearby. We are, however, sorry that the size of the room did not fully meet your expectations. Our rooms are designed according to Ibis brand standards, but we understand that their size may feel limited for some guests. Regarding the noise from outside, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. While these disturbances are beyond our control, we appreciate your feedback and have taken note of your comments. While the hotel was good for a budget option, banging doors, and poor sound insulation meant that it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. A shame for what would otherwise have been a pretty good experience.

The location is nice and the bed is good, but the cleaning level can be better. Most likely the cleaning crew cannot see the room and bathroom properly with the bad lighting. All the reception people I interacted with did not speak English well and this might be a serious problem in the future in case of emergencies.
