Clean hotel excellent location friendly staff close to the town centre where’s there’s many restaurants will stay here again for sure if you need a taxi to the airport it’s best you book a day before as there’s not many taxi’s in carcasonne taxi from hotel was €22

The room, although small, met our needs for a one night stay. Breakfast was satisfactory but the area is small and became quite crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Arrival reception not particularly good, no ice available, wrong type of bed allocated. Beds are just foam and offer no support plus singles are pushed together with no space. During the night there was a continuous banging noise which kept me awake. At breakfast you could sit outside but tables and chairs were not clean, there are piles of crates and rubbish at the back door in full view. Jam and honey pots are not sealed so full of wasps and meats/cheeses also uncovered so wasps on those too. Won't return and price was €110 for one night...
