A comfortable stay but a couple of low points. No heating on the ground and first floor, we were given a heater on the second day only after asking if there was a problem. Room wasn't serviced on the second day.

We stayed here once before but hoped, as we couldn’t get into the other one here, it would be improved. It was actually worse. The lady who checked us in was so rude which really set the scene. The room was the tiniest we have ever stayed in. The door couldn’t open properly because of the bed. The casual bathroom was the same, if you shut the door while on the toilet it hit your knees. We won’t stay here again. Just have to say that In complete contrast the lady in the morning was very polite and nice.
