The location is nice and the bed is good, but the cleaning level can be better. Most likely the cleaning crew cannot see the room and bathroom properly with the bad lighting. All the reception people I interacted with did not speak English well and this might be a serious problem in the future in case of emergencies.

This hotel has a great location, everything you might want to see and do is within walking distance. The park across the road is lovely and begins the walk into the town. The other direction out of the hotel brings you over the bridge to the Medieval City. Carcassonne is stunning, we enjoyed our stay very much and the hotel added to that with friendly welcoming staff, clean and comfy rooms and healthy breakfast.
