Our 5 night stay was great.  The staff were friendly and helpful.  The room was clean and a good size for a budget hotel. It had everything we needed.  Unlike Premier Inn, the window opened which was a big plus.  The hotel is close to the old city and the main town. There was some traffic noise in the evenings but we closed the window which kept the noise out.  The only thing that could be improved was on our floor (3) the soft-close door hinges didn't seem to work, so other guests' doors slammed when they came in and out, which kept us awake.

You don't clean the room every day, only change the towels and made the bed. Never clean the bathroom.

hello Jose, Indeed, when guests stay for several nights, we perform a thorough cleaning of the room every other day. On the other days, the bed is made, towels left on the floor are replaced, and the housekeeper cleans the bathroom. As the guests' personal belongings are scattered around, she is not permitted to move them. I hope you understand that we have to strike the right balance between housekeeping and your privacy.
