Very uncomfortable bed

I have a disable wife which she cannot walk or stand on her own without being held up so I have to make sure I’m there for her needs 24/7 so a good night sleep is important to me we stayed there for 10 nights and found myself being tired and ached every morning the bed was lumpy the the quilt felt it had weights in it with the climate of carcassone you’d of thought nice lightweight quilts would of been nice the mattress was most uncomfortable it seemed to slant to one side I actually fell out of bed on the first night I don’t know why this should be because last time I stayed the was comfortable enough l would like to point out no matter what you write down on this reviews nothing is ever done last time I stayed I told you about the lighting in the room was so dim part of it nearly in darkness I actually bought a small lamp to plug in so we could see what we were doing as a disable room I would of thought one of priorities would for a disable person able to see clearly in her or his room also one the bedside light still doesn’t work this Maybe this trivial to your company but certainly is not for us.

Above average Ibis budget. Well located close to airport. Clean and comfortable room. Special thanks to Alicia who was very helpful and fixed an issue despite our poor language skills.Recommended.
