My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were very accommodating and even allowed me time to speak in French, as I really wanted to refresh my french language during my short stay, with such patience. I really appreciate that. The room was fresh with air conditioning, and was much appreciated in the 30+ degree weather last week. Taxis via Uber to the medieval City of Carcassonne were affordable and only a short drive away as opposed to 30 minutes on foot. I highly recommend La Marquière and La Patisserie De La Cité. The assistant manager with the dark hair, Karen and the gentleman with the glasses behind the bar were very polite and made our stay feel relaxed and we're very welcoming coming and going at the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and thought the price was very affordable for the two nights we stayed. La piscine was also a welcomed addition to our stay and was quiet considering the time of year. Thank you very much team and bon chance! J'adore la cité de Carcassonne! 💜

Reception staff very welcoming on arrival and friendly on departure Room, dull, dated and "tired", bed and pillows very comfortable. Restaurant not open although advertised as open on ALL app, we ate in the Campanile restaurant, booked for us by receptionist. Excellent secure parking, quite good breakfast, fresh fruit and yoghurt, cheese, bread etc, nice outlook onto swimming pool Room clean enough, however the shower room (accessible wet room), was pretty grim😩. Tiles smeared, no shelves for toiletries, floor not clean and the underside of the shower seat was very dirty, also, the shower gel was fixed too far away from the shower and far too high for a wheelchair user to reach You need to do better!

Nous avons connu mieux dans d autres ibis peu de fromage au petit déjeuner petite salade de fruits peu de pain petite brioche les rayons manquants n ont pas été remplis à nouveau dans la chambre une seule serviette par personne très déçus de notre séjour
