THE HOTEL IS IDEAL FOR EARLY MORNING FLIGHTS FROM AIRPORT, SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT LOCATED CLOSE TO LAST BUS STOP FOR THE NO 1 BUS LINE ,THAT CONNECTS THE SNGF STATION..

This budget hotel is perfect for an overnight stay before catching an early morning flight from Carcassonne airport. This is when you don’t need anything fancy, just a comfortable, practical, secure and inexpensive place to stay close to the airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the window could be opened (although not widely). Bathroom and shower facilities clean and functional. I walked to the airport in about 15 mins. My only worry was trying to make the security “swipe” system in the lift work. It was hard to understand how to make it go up. The staff member who was on hand to help was efficient and pleasant.

The lady on reception was very kind and looked after us well. Even calling the taxi service to ask if a teddy bunny had been left in the back if his cab. Which it had and was very kindly dropped back off. Very grateful, Thank you so much!

The person at the reception was very friendly. Main services were functionnal except hot water from the shower: it was not regular, you have to adjust the mix of hot and cold water all the time. But the very negative is the cleaning of the room: the floor is with dirt especailly on the corners. The extra blanket for my son was very dirty but the receptionist gave us a new one. For the second day, we noticed that someone tidy the romm but the bed's sheets are not change, still with some hair...

Stayed four nights whilst on a nearby training course

Easy checkin. Lovely shower. A great night's sleep and a super breakfast. All this with excellent hygene and social distancing.

The hotel is located within easy walking distance (about 10 minutes), no need for a taxi unless your cases are very heavy, or not on wheels. The hotel is rather tired, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming and for convenience to the airport it is hard to beat at a budget price.

Great location, Convenient for autoroute & airport. 3 or 4 restaurants close by. Room was as always very clean. had top floor room and a very good nights sleep - can not ask for more. Breakfast was goo too. Will stay again.

The room was clean but quite uncomfortable for three people. The bathroom door and the bunk made terrible noise so it was impossible to get any sleep at all. The location is excellent for visiting Carcassonne and the hotel personnel was nice. I guess it would be ok for two adults, I wouldn’t recommend it for three.

One of your staff went over and above by driving us to the airport when the taxi failed to show up. Well done. She also helped us get our boarding pass. The breakfast was well presented and lots of it to satisfy us for the day.

We stayed on a Saturday night & were very pleased with the hotel. We had a car & drove in to the city to eat, there is/are restaurant(s) within walking distance of the hotel, but I don't know how easy it is to get into the city without transport. We had breakfast which was good value & saved us stopping on our onward journey, although we were disappointed with pre-packed croissants (maybe this was just because it was a Sunday morning). We would definitely stay again.

Convenient location - BUT every door on the floor like mine needed pulling hard to shut. That meant doors banging until past mid night every time someone entered. It started again at 4:30 AM. Not a problem I have ever had before with any other IBIS - A one off we hope.

Great value, clean, no frills hotel. Free parking. Very handy for the airport and close to the autoroute. Easy to find if you have a satnav but in the middle of an industrial estate so not good if you don't. Not so keen on the staff smoking in the doorway though. They might as well have been standing at reception.

Nice, fair value, typical Ibis Budget hotel. Good option for one night's stay. Not close to Carcassonne citadel, as someone would probably expect. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was cheap but very poor, so nothing to lose if you can skip it.
