It was clean , but the beds were lumpy. Breakfast could be improved, some staff are easier to approach than others. Good security especially in the car park

We stayed here overnight, on route south, the room was small but fine for the 2 of us, all clean. Liked the free secure parking to the rear as we had bikes on the car. Breakfast had good choice, and well stocked, the eating area is not large but they have a terrace but was a bit cool to sit out there. Easy walk to the centre where there is nice restaurants. Would definitely return.

Pleasant check in experience. Parking outside was ok. The room had everything necessary, and a good view. The bed had a comfortable memory foam mattress. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with a lot of choice. Easy 20 minute or less walk to 'La Cite' medieval walled town, which was renovated at the end of the 19th century.

The Ibis budget hotel staff here made our stay soooo pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. This makes a BIG difference to any stay. It is about a 25 minute steady walk into Carcassonne town (depending on your mobility-I could do it in about 20 mins -having very small stride). There is an Aldi + Lidl +McDonalds 5 minute walk should you need. Excellent value for money.
