The receptionist is friendly but the hotel has thin walls and I didn’t sleep well due to the noise. The location us not good if you want to see Carcasonne on foot and have no car. It’s too far away and the road is busy and lacks charm

We encourage guests to let us know of any issues at the time, our team would be happy to offer a quieter room should one be available. We are sorry to hear that our location was not completely to your liking. Our hotel is however in close proximity to a number of shops and restaurants. We are also near to Highway A61 and just about 1.9 km from the station; where there is the possibility to board Bus No. 2 or 10 to access the city center. The option also exists to take an airport shuttle to the Medieval city of Carcassonne. Our team is always happy to assist and would be happy to provide any additional information or directions, if needed, on your next visit. We hope to welcome you back. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was a good choice of foods. The room was a reasonable size but could be cleaner and the bathroom really needs replacing. The shower was small for my husband and it was full of mould. The structure of the hotel needs refreshing.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and very well air conditioned! We have stayed before so know it is very convenient for the city and the autoroute. The breakfast area is a little small, but the choice was fine. Car parking arrangements are good.

Great location for a historic visit

Used as an overnight on our way south, but timed the visit so we could spend the afternoon/evening visiting the historic Cite and the town too. Arrived at about 15.00 and simple check-in left us ample time to walk the 15mins to the citadel. Handy map available meant we could explore without getting lost. Returned to hotel after eating. Room more than adequate, and appreciated the ability to NOT have the bunk over our double bed. Good nights sleep - we had a rear facing room - and after the usual decent buffet breakfast we were off and on our way bright and early.

Nice welcome and helpful reception. Breakfast was OK. Room was the let down I preferred the B&B hotels rooms as more spacious with better bed and a proper bathroom. Looking to close to a F1. Will not use ibis budget again

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The room was a reasonable size with separate WC and shower. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay, would have liked a greater variety and more choice of fresh fruit but it was tasty and we had enough to eat. A good budget stay

Enjoyable stay but few local amenities.

All very satisfactory exceot it is 45 minutes walk from the railway station. Much of the pavement en route is either blocked by parked cars or very bad surface. Only about 2 buses an hour in each direction. Hotel itself very good.
