Wonderful budget little gem. Hadn't high expectations but the quirky details in the room and the friendly reception staff made this a really enjoyable experience

Stayed for 6 nights. Went to see two games of rugby league in Carcassonne and two in Perpignan ans well as incorporating vitist to La Cite and Narbonne.

Excellent staff, very clean bedroom and bathroom, great breakfast. Asked for extra pillows and a hairdryer, no problem. The extremely friendly girl on in the evenings booked a taxi for the trip to the airport. Location is just 15 minutes walk from the walled city and 25 minutes from the Bastide town. We took the shuttle from the airport at just €6 and it left us at the old city and we walked to the hotel. Lovely restaurants on Rue De Travalle which are just 15 minutes straight up the road to the Hotel.

Staff very friendly & helpful . Room very small & in need of decorating , but the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in & very clean bathroom. Public spaces definitely need redecorating even though it’s “budget” .
