The location, rooms, accessibility, cleanliness were all very good - no complaints. However the airconditioning for the rooms seemed to be centrally controlled and was set so high that it was like an oven. We had a terrible night sleep across both the rooms. We kept waiting for the aircon system in the room to adjust and it was quite late before we realised that something was wrong.

Arrival in the evening, no parking at the hotel, parking outside the hotel a few hundred metres away. Room OK, breakfast OK, staff mostly friendly. The hotel is getting on in years, price too high for the standard offered. The biggest advantage is the location - a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the castle.
