Good location. Staff have attitude. Rooms not ready when we arrived, although they had been told an hour previously that we were on our way. I was told to help myself to a drink from the fridge in the room, because of the hour wait .nice thought until I found out the fridge contents were free. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Just an overnight stay - impressed with new room layout, breakfast (don’t often find nearly crispy bacon in a French hotel!) and a front desk reception team who were from my arrival until departure were very friendly and helpful - well done!

We travel as a family with children. The room is good for children, the swimming pool is convenient, the hotel staff is nice, and the hotel location is good, 5 minutes walk from the old city. But the breakfast is a disaster. People are queuing up all the time. There are no varieties. There are no dishes except sausages/eggs/fruit pieces. I asked the waiter if there are tomatoes and other options for me to make a simple sandwich for the children. The waiter replied that there is no such thing in France... There is a long queue in front of the coffee machine, and the machine keeps breaking down... In short, it is the worst breakfast I have ever had in the accor hotel.

Clean and well appointed hotel with a good restaurant and breakfast buffet. The hotel was easy to find just outside the city gates. Parking was included. A short walk (uphill) to the old city. We would stay here again.
