Dear Tim B., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback afer staying with us. I am glad that you appreciated our location near by the mid old town. Morever, I am happy that you highlighted the kindness and quality of service of my teams. I am sorry that you felt in room. For ecological reasons as our government recommended, and as franchised Accor hotel ; we do follow Accor recommandations for save energy using the air con with moderation in summer and maintaining a temperature at19-20°C in winter.
