The hotel was well located to the walled city. It was a clean and spacious apartment and hotel staff were helpful.

I'm used to travel all over the world because of my job, most of the times I stay in Accor hotels. One of the things that I like is to have the consistency of a brand, but I have to say that this crew from Mercure Carcassone went above and beyond. From the front desk, to the restaurant to the cleaning people they are super friendly and they know how to create a great environment for their guests. It's noticeable when there is a good work environment and when there is not. For Mercure Carcassone, we could notice that there is a genuine good work environment as people are there to do their best and provide the best experience to the guests. Thank you very much for everything and keep on rockin' !

Second year have spent Christmas at this hotel. The team making everything work are all excellent, smiling, helpful - nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and I can thoroughly recommend a stay at the hotel. Had a quiet Superior room which was clean and well served by the femme de menages during stay. Public lounge was beautifully decorated for Christmas and a very nice, simple but appreciated touch was the Christmas card left in room on Christmas Day.

Overall nice and comfortable stay, peerless location. I would also add more flexible hours at the restaurants. Bear in mind not all your guests are French used to French meal hours.
