My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure Carcassonne. The check-in was easy and simple and the staff at the reception offered us room 84 which was huge and very spacious. The room was spotlessly clean and full of Nuxe amenities. The breakfast was of good quality although it lacked cereal options. I still can’t believe the parking was free of charge. The pool was a heaven. The best part is the accessibility to the old town/castle only 5 minutes walk. Superb hotel!
