For over a year and a half, the drink voucher has been digitized within the ALL Accor app; consequently, physical vouchers are no longer issued upon arrival. Your drink voucher was indeed available in the app during your stay at our hotel; you simply needed to visit the hotel bar at any point during your stay to claim your welcome drink. Cordially

...as was the swimming pool. Your breakfast buffet was disappointing compared to other Ibis Hotels I have stayed at, also the serving area is too small.

Nice hotel well run but not worth the premium over a standard ibis

Hotel room was quite small for all the furniture it had.Th floor wasn't entirely clean , lots of hairs, not ours. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good size. Shower was a little slippy and could have benefited from a rubber mat.

A pleasant and comfortable hotel about 15 mins walk from the Medieval Cite and 30 mins from the Bastide Saint-Louis avoiding the main road. Good views and quiet surroundings.

A pleasant experience here, with Ibis Styles clearly a step above the basic Ibis. Staff were nice, breakfast was surprisingly very good and the (family) room was very comfortable, with A/C that worked well, crucial for a week when temperatures were 40C! My daughter loved the funky bunk bed type arrangement in the family room. Pool was enjoyed. Location very convenient for the old city.

werent sure what to expect but a big Ibis fan as a family. Our room was massive and opened onto a lovely deck right by the pool - which in 35deg heat was just what we needed. the location was a 10min walk to the old city. the staff were just lovely and as usual with Ibis, a nice friendly vibe around the place.

A new hotel, everything well designed and thought through. Nice room, great access to the pool. Pool big and clean, plenty of parking lots, close to Carcassonne old castle. Good breakfast. It was a perfect stay for us!

Welcoming staff, great location and good car parking. The breakfast was fine. The evening meal was not. It had a limited choice, which was not of the expected quality when brought to the table. The starter salad was stodgy apparently not being freshly prepared One main course had a chicken leg which was dried out and inedible. The dorade was clearly cooked from frozen and lacked flavour, the Provence sauce had been from a tin however the rice was good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sincerely sorry that your dinner at the hotel restaurant was not to your liking. It seems that, despite the great care our teams put into preparing the daily specials, we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. Our staff offered you a complimentary dessert, which you declined, and we ultimately provided two draft beers as a gesture of goodwill. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for a future stay and providing an experience that truly meets your expectations. Best regards,
