Hotel room was quite small for all the furniture it had.Th floor wasn't entirely clean , lots of hairs, not ours. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good size. Shower was a little slippy and could have benefited from a rubber mat.

A pleasant experience here, with Ibis Styles clearly a step above the basic Ibis. Staff were nice, breakfast was surprisingly very good and the (family) room was very comfortable, with A/C that worked well, crucial for a week when temperatures were 40C! My daughter loved the funky bunk bed type arrangement in the family room. Pool was enjoyed. Location very convenient for the old city.

werent sure what to expect but a big Ibis fan as a family. Our room was massive and opened onto a lovely deck right by the pool - which in 35deg heat was just what we needed. the location was a 10min walk to the old city. the staff were just lovely and as usual with Ibis, a nice friendly vibe around the place.

A new hotel, everything well designed and thought through. Nice room, great access to the pool. Pool big and clean, plenty of parking lots, close to Carcassonne old castle. Good breakfast. It was a perfect stay for us!

Welcoming staff, great location and good car parking. The breakfast was fine. The evening meal was not. It had a limited choice, which was not of the expected quality when brought to the table. The starter salad was stodgy apparently not being freshly prepared One main course had a chicken leg which was dried out and inedible. The dorade was clearly cooked from frozen and lacked flavour, the Provence sauce had been from a tin however the rice was good.

It seems that, despite the great care our teams put into preparing the daily specials, we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. Our staff offered you a complimentary dessert, which you declined, and we ultimately provided two draft beers as a gesture of goodwill. We enjoyed staying there, and the swimming pool was an added bonus. All the Staff were excellent and very help-full when we asked about things. The only negative that we found was the sink, whoever designed it has obviously never had to use it. It is totally daft in its design, you can only just get your hands between the bottom of the sink and the tap.

Within 10 minute walk from old part of city. Height of Bathtub did not offer much headroom and I am only 5' 9". Front desk people helpful. Free parking helpful. Room was clean but the room was small compared Ibis Styles we have stayed at before.
