For such grade of hotel, i am surprised there is no tissue paper or paper napkins in the room. And I suggest to add towel hooks for hanging of bath towels. The hand tower rail design is great but not enough to hang bath towel.

nothing much for vegans and vegetarians to eat, the room 080 had cobwebs, then there was an electric fault that left us awake in the middle of the night, then to fix it, it took more than 4 hours!

I booked a room for two and was surprised to find only 1 chair in the room. One of us had to ‘sit’ on the bed. Not pleased with this. Did not eat in the restaurant-food was very expensive.

Arriving from Australia, I met the hotel shuttle directly outside arrivals at Gate 5. It runs every 30 minutes and the branded vehicle is easy to spot, making the transfer simple and efficient. Check‑in was quick and seamless. As is standard across Italy, passports are required, and as an Accor Gold member I was kindly upgraded. My room was exceptionally clean, modern, and offered a lovely view. I dined in the restaurant that evening and was impressed with both the quality of the food and the expanded menu, which had been updated that night. I returned a week later and found the food even better. The sleep quality was excellent — comfortable bed and pillows, and a powerful shower with hot water that comes through quickly and access to nice toiletries. Staff were consistently helpful and assisted with storing my luggage when it wouldn’t fit in the rental car. The hotel also offers plenty of great workspaces and relaxing areas, making time on‑site easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend. Grazie mille!

At check in both front desk representatives were working together to help one guest. After the guest was finished they continued to work together for another 4-5 minutes and completely ignored us. I understand that you have a job to finish, but good customer service would be to look up, acknowledge your guests and say “we will be with you in just a moment”. The shuttle service wasn’t offered during check in, I had to ask. We checked into the room and I was disappointed to find only two pillows on the bed and no hair dryer in the bathroom. I called down to the front desk to request these items and had a rather awkward exchange, but the items were brought to us. The facilities are perfectly adequate. The beds were comfortable (ended up with two twins as doubles were sold out), the shower had good water pressure and was hot, and the room was clean. The proximity to the airport is good, and the hotels shuttle is reasonably priced (5€ per person). I would stay again if we fly in our out of MXP. The hospitality that’s displayed at check in really sets the tone for the whole stay and that was extremely lack luster. That, combined with missing items from the room is the reason for my low rating.

The rooms were great. There is only one restaurant but it was okay too. The pool was closed. The staff were pretty neutral, not polite and not rude and could’ve been a bit more courteous. It seemed none of them wanted to be there. The transfer to airport was just annoying as it felt like they are ripping you off - €5 pp to get to the hotel but €10 to get back. This makes no sense and I almost wish they’d charge us €7.50 each way!

We booked the Tribe Hotel at Malpensa (near T1) for one night before an early flight back to the UK. We booked the hotel shuttle by phoning reception 2/3 days ahead of arrival. Upon arrival at malpensa T1 by train at the start of our stay, we struggled to identify the shuttle pick up point but eventually got there. Menu in the restaurant was slighly disappointing. Staff in hotel were great and very helpful. Shuttle to T2 in the morning was perfect. Would stay again.
