It like you had a negative experience during your stay. If the reception staff were unhelpful and you found the overall service lacking, that can certainly affect your perception of the place. While the cleanliness of the room is a positive aspect, it might not be enough to offset the other issues. That have been frustrating, especially if you had a lot of luggage. The absence of luggage trolleys can make checking in and out more cumbersome. It’s reasonable to expect amenities that facilitate a smoother experience in a hotel.

Super clean hotel, nice rooms with excellent beds. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Restaurant and bar were very good for an airport hotel. Would recommend to anyone traveling, especially from America.
