I stayed in Tribe Milano twice in the last two months. First stay the room was great and there was only 1 minor issue. But this last time, there were many issues with my room. Bathroom mirror lights did not work, the shower door handle was broken, AC didn't work well and had to be reset centrally. I raised the issue with front desk and only the AC was addressed. The others the team just dismissed my concerns and said sorry you have to deal with it.

Initial issue with early checkout, but resolved very well thanks to the professionalism and support of the front desk team. Overall, our experience had both a challenging start and a very positive resolution. At checkout there was some confusion regarding our early departure and the handling of an unused night, and we did not initially receive the follow-up that had been indicated. However, I would like to highlight the excellent support we later received from Giorgia and Fatima at the front desk. They took ownership of the situation, involved management, and worked to find a fair solution. Thanks to their efforts, the unused night was converted into a future stay credit, which we have now successfully rebooked. I particularly appreciate the professionalism and willingness to help shown by Giorgia, as well as Fatima’s assistance in resolving the booking details. While the initial handling could be improved, the way the team ultimately resolved the issue reflects a strong commitment to customer service. We look forward to our return stay.

The room was warm and stuffy and the air conditioning was poor hence a difficult sleep. Had booked a double room, however allocated a twin room. The shuttle bus from the airport was difficult to find (more so given didn’t land until midnight) despite being advertised as 24/7. Hence ended up in a tax the short 3 minute drive to the hotel, which was €20.

Whilst we greatly appreciated the early check in (due to Accor status) it was an awkward check in experience. I was informed that the rooms were not ready and informed that check in was at 3:00pm. Really? Next time, check the guests’ status then offer the expected early check in before presuming the guest has no status and is. Or entitled to early check in. I expect a more professional check in. Some rooms had a nice view, one room had a courtyard view. I would expect status to ensure all rooms have a nice view. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Staff friendly enough.
