We stayed as a transit hotel for one night using the shuttle service. The shuttles were prompt to leave on their timetable and easy to find when exiting the airport. We ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the choice of food. We did not have breakfast . Our room was very clean.

The hotel was clean, room was clean, food was good, and the prices were fair. In the other hand, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work. Room was too hot. I called four times to the reception desk; the first time I was told that they were going to adjust the temperature remotely, the second time I was told that the air conditioner is not working and that they could send someone to open my room window. The third call I was again told that someone would come to open my window but no one showed up. After one hour, I made the fourth call and someone came immediately and opened the window. I managed to have a good night sleep after that. The hotel attendant also may need to be a bit more welcoming. Everyone seemed gloomy from the reception to the restaurant attendants.

Lovely stay close to the Malpensa airport. However, despite it was mentioned in the website the pool is heated, it was closed.

Design led, good staff and handy for the airport. Aperativo was really lovely and we wish we’d stopped with that and the food in the restaurant was very below par. The worst pasta dishes we’ve ever had. Pre cooked, luke warm and generally blah. There’s nothing else around the hotel so you’re captive to their very average food.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel room. Good restaurant with long opening hours. Well organized shuttle to and from T1 (arrivals exit 5). I’d stay again.
