I only stayed for one night. The hotel itself is lovely and was of a very good standard. The breakfast is nice however I felt a bit limited for the price, maybe it’s because I’m used to an English breakfast. The airport shuttle transfer service however needs a bit of work. I was left waiting outside Malpensa airport in the November cold for 40 minutes, and the hotel was not picking up. I eventually managed to contact them by clicking the bar option over the phone.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our international flight to the states. The hotel is an extremely well located near terminal 1 for pickup & rental of automobiles, good parking reasonablly priced. Best of all is the entire staff from front desk, hotel etc every one was very helpful & a joy to speak to. We did like the atrium in the center of the property that really makes it relaxing. Thr restaurant offers good breakfast & dinner options. We would certainly stay there again.
