Accor said Tribe is a 4 star hotel, but I am quiet suprise when they don’t offer room service as 4 star hotel. Late response when I need housekeeping to open our connecting door (called 4 times to reception). I am bot comfortable the fact that the reception need to scan all my family’s passport instead of just me as the one who booked. Good coordination between frontdesk and The shuttle driver, because we left our bag in the car shuttle. Far from convenient store. The vending machine is not so practical as wee need to pay in the reception anyway.
