My second stay was as good as my first. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and great beds. Shuttle is quick and timely but needs booking.

Air conditioner in the room wasn't working. We informed staff, but they only fixed it by unlocking the window with a key to let outside air in. They didn't change our room, which made it difficult to sleep because it was so hot and sweaty. The hairdryer also didn't work, so we had to borrow one from a friend in another room. There was no drinking water in the room; we had to go down to reception to get some. The positives: The hotel looks new, the concept and design are beautiful, the rooms are clean and decorated in a modern pop art style, and the location is good, near Malpensa Terminal 1 airport.

The hotel has great rooms; however, the front desk staff are quite abrupt and could have been friendlier and more accommodating. Breakfast options were disappointing given the hotel's quality.

Booked into room 333 which had a sickening smell. We called down to the desk twice to get another room and we're told both times we would be called back shortly. We never were so my wife went down to the front desk and got us switched to room 121. Room 121 smelled fresh and clean BUT, shower door was broken, phone in the room didn't work, refrigerator didn't work - all of which the maintenance tech confirmed once he came to the room. He also got the bathroom sink to drain which it didn't initially. Bathroom mirror was mounted crooked. Nice staff and nice looking hotel but very low quality workmanship of the actual facility.

The main reason to book this particular hotel was the swimming pool in very close proximity to Malpensa airport. Nowhere through the booking said the pool is open only during summer, so this was a huge disappointment because we had already planned a late check out to enjoy it. Sadly, this obscured how nice the hotel is. The room (MAX) was huge and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location for Malpensa is excellent.
