Everything was great, the room, the restaurant, the location... but the fact that you cannot open the windows in a carpeted room is what made me give you a 7. I had a hard time breathing in my room. Please correct this and you will haven excellent hotel.

Biggest frustration is finding out how to take shuttle to hotel from airport. This should be on your website with info that the shuttle picks you up outside arrivals door 5! Impossible to figure this out!

Stay was let down by music being played in the bar at a volume so loud you could not sit and enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Given that there is nowhere else to eat in walking distance, I choose not to eat on my second night. I appreciate that the hotel may have been promoting a bar offer and was the reason for the music but playing at such a high volume was not considerate to other guests.
