My second stay was as good as my first. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and great beds. Shuttle is quick and timely but needs booking.

Air conditioner in the room wasn't working. We informed staff, but they only fixed it by unlocking the window with a key to let outside air in. They didn't change our room, which made it difficult to sleep because it was so hot and sweaty. The hairdryer also didn't work, so we had to borrow one from a friend in another room. There was no drinking water in the room; we had to go down to reception to get some. The positives: The hotel looks new, the concept and design are beautiful, the rooms are clean and decorated in a modern pop art style, and the location is good, near Malpensa Terminal 1 airport.

The hotel has great rooms; however, the front desk staff are quite abrupt and could have been friendlier and more accommodating. Breakfast options were disappointing given the hotel's quality.
