Loved how close to the airport is, a HUGE plus is the shuttle service to/from the hotel (considering the taxi prices in the area). Rooms are really comfortable. The man at reception was really helpful. It seems I have found my go to hotel when in Malpensa.

The hotel location is close to MXP airport. Unfortunately, Not possible to move airport to Hotel by foot, need to use Taxi or Hotel Shuttle bus. The Shuttle bus should be Free of charge for more easy connection between Hotel and Airport for guest.

Rooms very hot and stuffy. The bedside light panel extremely annoying during the night. Not enough pillows but you can ask for extra as well as asking for the window to be unlocked. Confusion at reception where I had asked for 2 rooms, and the hotel decided to cancel one without letting me know. It was sorted but took time. Restaurant staff very pleasant. In all a decent hotel but quite pricey
