Clean and comfortable hotel, good bar and breakfast and we enjoyed an excellent evening meal. Pleasant area to sit outside with a drink of warm enough.

Accomodation is always top-notch, feel the restaurant is nowhere near as good quality as it used to me though. Unlikely we will eat there again.

Good stay

We arrived after midnight enroute to skiing in Les Arc. The receptionist was excellent and very helpful. The family room was comfortable and spacious for our family of three. Breakfast was great and we had a great stay. The only problem we encountered was to charge our Tesla onsite. The charger in the carpark was not compatible with our car.

Nice room but no cancellation charge

Booked for two nights 14th and 15th March since my wife broke her leg skiing and was staying in Albertville hospital. Received news that she was going to flown home an 15th at lunch time. I explained this to he receptionist when I checked out at 2:00pm. She said that was the policy and so I spent €315.12 for effectively one night stay!

Good location, close to the motorway. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfy well maintained room with good bath and shower. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and piping hot. Good breakfast selection too. Would definitely stay here again. Just take care in the car park - some very large craters!!
