I stayed with my family at the hotel for a week last week. I really liked the hotel. It is a VERY GOOD HOTEL and was VERY GOOD VALUE. It is, indeed a 4 start hotel, not 5 star, in some noticeable ways, but the rooms were roomy enough, the beds were comfortable and the daily cleaning was good. The AC is mostly good (and much needed), which is a huge plus. . I have some qualms that I should mention, for one, the 6h gap between the 11am check out and 5pm check in, is, as far as I recall, unprecedented and IMHO unacceptable. The pool is actuulay not at the hotel, you need to cross the street and walk a bit to the sports center. Once there it is great, but you cannot just “jump in the pool” in the afternoon. It’s a to do to get there. All that said, I rate the hotel EXCEELNT because of the service. The entire staff was pleasant and efficient. The front office manager, Ubaldo Castillo, was very amenable to a special request I had prior to arrival and was concerned with our satisfaction throughout. One person deserves a particular mention, LAURIE, one of the receptionists. Laurie is quite incredible – an incredible aptitude, very pleasant and effective, and made every departure and arrival a pleasant experience. She really as EXCEPTIONAL INTERPERSONAL SKILLS and is just innately an encredibly nice and positive person. The service buys this hotel an easy five-star rating

My son and I had a wonderful stay here. The friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff were truly exceptional — we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent as well. A fantastic hotel in a beautiful location that we will remember very fondly. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

We stayed one night in this Novotel and had an amazing experience. The carpark was big and secure and the concierge welcome from the carpark was great. We were provided with a welcome soft drink whilst sitting in a comfortable seating area, and the reception colleague came over to us to check-in which felt a very nice personal touch. Access to the Palais de Megève next door was easy and included in the price. This was fantastic value for money and the different pool and spa facilities surrounded by the Alps was so relaxing and scenic. We had a room with balcony with village and mountain view. A lovely spot for morning coffee. As a Gold Member I have been to many Novotels and Accor Group hotels and this was the best experience, and sets the benchmark for other Novotels to aspire to.

It was really a very nice experience. The hotel is clean and has all the necessary items. No ac vent in the loft made it a bit uncomfortable at night

My experience was good, the room was clean the staff friendly the location was great. The only issue I had was with the temperature in the room. It was not cold enough and I could not change the temperature.

Very friendly helpful staff. Comfortable spacious room with balcony & views. Short stroll into Megeve. Pool is separate to the hotel accessed through the sports centre next door. Breakfast was lovely & we had a good evening meal too. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you !

We have a very pleasant stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. We had our dinner twice at the hotel restaurant, and the food are delicious. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends.
