We love staying at this hotel as a family. Especially during the ski season. The rooms serve us very well and we enjoy the location due to being far away from downtown noise yet close enough to walk to all the city shops and restaurants by foot.

Ok. Kids club was closed! We reached the hotel with no one to help with luggage. Breakfast is poor with no fresh fruits like berries

The staff was super helpful and assisted us with various questions. They have a shuttle service that makes it easy to get to the ski resort although it’s not a far walk either. Wanted to give Allesondro an out since he went out of his way to wish my son a happy birthday which was super kind and thoughtful. Would definitely return.

Reservation was under Cedric H. while I am Cesar H., reception was not able to locate my booking. Breakfast is very commercial and not many choices. I believe as a unique branded hotel in town you should have a richest breakfast and à la carte option. Reception insisted to have a credit card for guarantee upon check in while my stay is full charge to a third party. I didn’t understand the purpose. Check in is at 5 pm while check out is at 11 AM I don’t understand why? Parking: is the best

Regarding breakfast, we strive to offer a selection of quality products. While à la carte options are currently not aligned with the concept of our breakfast offer, which is designed to remain competitive, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to refine our service. The request for a credit card is a common practice in many hotels, and as someone working in the industry, you are likely already aware of this. Even when a stay is fully paid by a third party, we ask for a credit card as a guarantee to cover any potential damages in the room or any extras not covered. The official check-in time is 5:00 PM. Due to the nature of the hotel in the station, it can sometimes be difficult to have rooms ready earlier, although we always do our best to prepare them as soon as possible. In your case, you were able to check in at 3:00 PM. Regarding your comments on room cleanliness, we regret that we were not informed of this during your stay. Please know that these are not remarks we usually receive, and we would have been happy to address any concerns immediately to ensure a fully comfortable stay. Thank you again for your feedback.
