We had such a wonderful stay at Novotel Megève and can’t recommend it highly enough. The hotel itself is fantastic, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff and their exceptional service. A special thank you to the gentleman who checked us in — I’m so sorry we didn’t catch his name. He was incredibly warm and welcoming, and even arranged a surprise horse and carriage tour of the town for us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. We would also like to sincerely thank Fetty (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) for kindly returning our ski rentals on our behalf, which helped ensure we didn’t miss our flight. This level of care and attention truly went above and beyond. Every member of the team was amazing, delivering genuine 5-star service throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back — thank you for such a special experience!

Everything perfect except the one that her name Lucie from the reception i didn’t like her way once we came from outside and we want to take a relax tea from the lobby as usual she said NOT allowed and then she call her colleague to remove all the cup in-front of us without showing any respect and this is weird to french people … this situation reflect to the hotel hospitality ( date Tuesday 20.1.2026) @ 9:32 pm Waiting for your response to this bad attitude..
