Everything perfect except the one that her name Lucie from the reception i didn’t like her way once we came from outside and we want to take a relax tea from the lobby as usual she said NOT allowed and then she call her colleague to remove all the cup in-front of us without showing any respect and this is weird to french people … this situation reflect to the hotel hospitality ( date Tuesday 20.1.2026) @ 9:32 pm Waiting for your response to this bad attitude..

Very well located close to town and the ski fields. The hotel is fairly new with a beautiful decor. The standout is the stuff which is absolutely a delight to deal with a shout out to the team and reception in particular Alessandro and Lucie. Super helpful and professional.
