The billing person should be briefed about the billing procedure. Restaurant options is very limited including the buffet breakfast.

Exceptional services starting from checking in to offered room, facilities like pool, gym and sauna/ steam. The best iftar dinner buffet so far, with loads of options from salads, main course, traditional arabic dishes and grill. Deserts and drinks had a good variety too. Few names to be mentioned who offered great services, Accor desk representative Srikanth and Jimmy helped us in checking in and offered an upgrade to Vitality room. The level of courtesy and support was commendable by both. Special thanks In the food section the persian chef who was serving the bbq and making fresh bread for a great feast in the bbqs. Marie and Godfrey in the Purovel spa and gym were great. Overall an amazing new ACCOR hotel keeping up the atandards and offering great services.
