I stayed during Eid holidays, the suite was great, modern and elegant with an amazing views however it is blocked by the dirty glass windows. The suite had lounge access which was great at the booking time however the lounge operate only for few hours which wasn’t mentioned anywhere when I booked. I went for one night during the time I was informed at the check in however it was empty and the gentleman I met told that they don’t do service today and I can join the main restaurant. I joined breakfast for one day and it wasn’t what I expected I arrived, wasn’t escorted to the table so I entered I looked for a table I didn’t find any, I kept searching till I found a table other guest just left and 2 staff are preparing it I asked if I can sit they told me no it is for another guest waiting. So I told them am waiting too and I ve been looking for a table for quite a while. One them told me will find me a table and start looking and am following her, one guest asked her for smth she left me and went to help him and after she came back and offer me to sit in one of the high chairs, no water offered, no coffee, no approached me for anything… I left and never came back. Went for dinner the next day, food was good however more options could be added. There was only few tables at the restaurant however no table clearance was done. Elevators are slow and they stop in each floor, look like not all of them in service or maybe coz it used as well by hotel staff. One night before departure I approached the desk to ask for 1 pm late check out which was given and they updated my room key however the key stopped working after 12 and had to go back twice to reception to get new key ( both times I was informed that it stopped working coz it after 12 already and u re checking out).

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and everything was absolutely wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a high-floor sea view room, and the view was truly breathtaking. The service was excellent. Even though I didn’t need much assistance during my stay, it was always reassuring to know the staff were there whenever needed. I would especially like to thank Rania, Iskender, and Sephali for their kindness and professionalism, and of course Duke, who was always very helpful with the transfers. The breakfast was also amazing with a lot of variety. The rooftop pool was beautiful and the bar created a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would definitely come back to this hotel again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

It was our second stay and we were expecting much more than what was offered in Ramadan. Upgraded to Executive room being a Gold member which was amazing. Welcome fruit basket and chocolates were offered in the room with a welcome note. Pool was super crowded but well managed. Room service , front desk all were ready to offer exceptional. Little miss managed or unplanned at the time of dinner, as we have half board dinner included but were asked for Ala Carte later upon checking found we have buffet too at another. Which was not as expected as the standard or our expectation was raised too high after our previous experience. Upon registering it with the restaurant management they did accepted that it wasnt as it was in the past, obviously due to not that much of guests staying. But here when a promo is run with half board dinner included must have good preparation specially for Eid night and that too in a muslim country. I would like to thank the Restaurant management that they did listened to our concern and did whatever they could to offer us good experience. Many dishes from Iranian bbq which they are the masters off, were offered to us. Head Chef Hatem was coming to us again and again to check if we need anything. Obviously it was not upto the previous offering but still they went all out and offered us to satisfy our expectations. On top of that , offered us complimentary lunch at Azal restaurant. In between that after swimming got a chance to visit the Swiss executive lounge, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. Very nice salmon fish with grilled chicken was offered here. Ahmed was managing the lounge and he was surely an outstanding guy. 5 stars for him. Next day started with a perfect breakfast, well organized, large buffet menu offered with almost every dish which should be. The team was on toes to extend perfect morning experience to all. Kids area added value for little ones to spend good time. Well designed place with all needed toys and activities. As offered by Hatem, we visited Azal restaurant for lunch and this offering to make our previous nights experience better was a perfect shot. Entire team at the restaurant from Main Chef to the reception were amazing and offered premium service to us. Shahzaib was attending us and he recommended us the finest food from the restaurant. Specially the chicken barley soup, chops and salmon grilled. Overall this restaurant offered the finest food with mouth watering taste. Kudos. Concierge team was also helpful and our man on the day was Duke, special thanks to him. Just a small recommendation for the buffet dinner to be offered when you offer the best. Else offer Azal to all which will surely make them feel super good. Thanks to all the team. We will surely visit again and would love to be served again and again at Azal.
