We arrived extremely early at 5:30am, but because of our Accor status as diamond members we were well looked after and had a magnificent breakfast while we waited for our room which was ready by 7a.m. The facilities are wonderful, although in the summer the pool would be disappointingly small. And our only complaint is that their automated night lights beside the bed need fixing as they turn on even if the blanket slips slightly over the edge! Which made for a disturbed sleep unfortunately. But if they fix that I'd rate them 9 out of 10 :)

the only bad thing was the smell of the bed room pillows! it was smelling very bad!! 5 star hotel should have higher quality house keeping to give good experiance for customer.
