Front Office and Check-In Upon arrival, the front office staff demonstrated attentiveness and professionalism. Although the agent appeared slightly agitated and unfocused during check-in, they were accommodating, considerate, and so generous. The bellman and front desk agents were consistently observant and helpful, particularly in assisting with our luggage. Room and Facilities The room exceeded expectations, with outstanding amenities ranging from the washroom to the bed and the built-in gym. The overall atmosphere was both luxurious and comfortable. The spa and sports center were remarkable, and the hospitality of the staff during our tour was commendable. Facilities such as the sauna, steam room, and vitality pool provided a relaxing and stress-reducing experience. Room Service Room service presented some challenges. Communication regarding the menu was unclear, and the initial call was disconnected during a transfer to the room service team. This handling of the situation did not meet the expected standard of service. However, once the order was placed, the staff clarified that the room credit could be applied to food orders. On subsequent orders, the staff confidently confirmed the credit application after double-checking with the team, which was reassuring. Guest Services Guest services and front desk agents were highly supportive when we encountered issues with our room key. Their prompt assistance ensured minimal inconvenience. Additionally, the front office team demonstrated generosity by granting a late check-out, further enhancing the overall experience. Overall Impression The hotel provided an excellent stay, with standout service from the front desk, bellman, and spa staff. While room service communication could be improved, the overall experience was highly positive. I would rate the hotel experience 8.5/10.
