Everything went well. The service was great, except for that one time I called in before my arrival to ask if I could get an early check-in. The girl who answered was a tad annoying. I was required to say my booking reference, when I say Q for Queen, she would repeat Q for Quebec. E for Egg, she would repeat E for Eden. That complicated the call. When I called it out, "I was being rude" she retorted. Other than that, everything else was great.

My wife and I had a lovely stay during 2 days in Doha. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the Doorman and Concierge. The buffet meals were excellent and varied and healthy. The gym and swimming pool were also very nice. The bed was comfy and we slept well.

The stay was quite an experience for us but the only thing was the receptionist who checked us in could have done better. She made us feel like we could not afford the place and asked too many times if I am bringing my children in, coz accordingly I only booked for 2 guests and the room is too small for all of us, like its my problem not yours, my children are still small, they wont occupy the whole bed anyway. I booked with other hotels too but I never had this encounter.
