My stay at this hotel was terrifying. The air conditioning in the elevator didn't work. This isn't a 5-star hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my family. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Koren, Jewl ,Beler, and Marciel at the reception desk for their outstanding service and for arranging our early check-in. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future

I arrived, they gave us same room we ordered, but we didn't got the upgrade as a Gold member. Also they gave us a room with smoking smell, even we were with a baby, they didn't bother to change it , they just sent a mist spray that didn't absolutely nothing. Also the hotel it self felt old and not like a 5 starts hotel.
